I bought the top of the line Genesis but it felt like I was buying an Elantra. They never mentioned the concierge service. Never mentioned the complimentary maintenance. Never mentioned the military cash incentive after I told them I was retired military. When I asked for a quick primer on this complicated car, they had very little knowledge of it. I love the car but its not the same buying experience youd get if buying from a MB or Lexus dealer.

I recently purchased the Genesis G90 after reviewing all the other cars I had been suggested near the same type, class, price range etc. Visited Genesis of Plano for the first time and fell in love with the G90. Pio was my go to person and was great to work with and helped me learn every feature of the car, both before AND after purchasing the vehicle. Even texted me that night to see how I got home, and was there any other questions. Loved working with him. It was a quick easy process and their communication with me (which is very important to me) was exceptional.

I dont normally take the time to write a review but I received such exceptional customer service from Brandon at Genesis of Plano that I am compelled to write one. My daughters car (a used Genesis and no longer under warranty) was towed to Genesis of Plano. The issue required the dealership to have a part shipped which meant they needed to keep the car for several days. My daughter needs a car for both school and work but she also does not live close to the dealership. Brandon personally drove a loaner car to her so she would not have to miss any classes or work. He also fielded all of my questions/phone calls from start to finish thoroughly explaining issues/options. We will only be taking our cars to Genesis of Plano for service from now on.

I was here to check the new GV70, but Huffines is ripping of people by pre installing their custom black exterior package for $5000 on every single GV70 in their inventory. The model itself comes with sporty exteriors in stock which dont need any customs. They are just trying to take advantage of the current Automobile market crisis. I got GV70 from FREEMAN GENESIS of Irving. And I am super happy with my Car. I would suggest to check any dealer for Genesis except Huffines in DFW.

We went to Plano looking to buy a Genesis GV70 and when it came to trading in our vehicle the sales manager seemed like they were not upfront and honest and did not offer a very equitable deal for our vehicle. We ended up going to Rockwall and purchasing the same vehicle. The sales team and management at Rockwall were awesome. Even though Rockwall was a considerable distance for us I would highly recommend them over Plano.

It was just alright. I have been suggested the same service(Fuel Induction Cleanup). I think this is performed every 30k miles or so but no at every service. When asked about it the service advisor said just ignore. What does that really mean. I cannot trust if the service has been done earlier or if they are pushing the service again. The problems which I told the last time about the rattling noise of the moon roof was not fixed. I did not bother asking them to fix again as I really lost trust.

It was a comfortable car buying experience. Sean was helpful, serving, and a great guy to work with. Just make sure you read the papers when negotiating prices; if you want a 2020 year model, youre not agreeing to a 2019 car.

This was the second purchase of a Genesis from this dealership and both experiences were outstanding. We were treated like a valued customer, no pressure, and the after sale service has been outstanding. I couldn’t imagine buying a car anywhere else.

This is basically a older hyundai which is also selling Genesis cars. Customer service and facility is better at the Patterson Kia in Arlington.
