I had been searching fb for cash cars for a few weeks with a lot of them falling through or being sold before I was able to see it. Trae helped me a Nissan I bought shot a week ago! Cool dude that was super easy to talk to & helpful.

Mixed review:The Good: Nice car lot with a large selection. The people there were very friendly during the car buying experience. Vehicles seem to be reasonably priced.The Bad: I like the pickup I purchased. However, the first time it got cold (about two weeks later) there was no heat / defrost and it made a terrible knocking noise when I turned the heater on. I opted to not purchase the warranty that they offered and they were under no legal obligation to fix the issue - but there was no disclosure that the heater didnt work and certainly they knew this when the vehicle was checked before the sale. They offered to give me a discount if I brought it to their shop for repairs. My opinion is, under the circumstances, this should have been repaired since I had just driven it off the lot and the issue was there and not disclosed. Also, I was given a little bit of grief because I wanted them to mail the license plates when they came in (as I was told they would do) rather than drive back to pick them up. I was told, I mapped (your city), and its only ten miles away... please can you come get them?Bottom line, this is a nice used car lot with a good selection and prices seem reasonable. Customer service after the sale is lacking. At least in my case.

I have bad credit and have been checking out local dealers for over a month now but any acceptance I got was met with extremely high monthly payments. I let him know what I was looking to pay in monthly payments, as well as what features are most important to me (safety, gas mileage) and he had me in a 2013 Hyundai Accent with 80K miles by that night. My wife and I purchased a vehicle Dec. 2018 we traded away our old vehicle and was told we could only get a certain amount since our title was a salvaged one. Totally understood before we could get home the check engine light came on in regards to the o2 sensors which is a minor fix but that wasnt the only problem. Next the catalytic converter code popped up followed by a 0 compression coming from cylinder 4. Although I did purchase the extended warranty it was less than 6 months from getting the vehicle originally and already needing a rebuilt engine. Just last week we went and trading the vehicle in to a more accredited company they too tell me I cant get as much for the trade due to a salvage title. WHAT I thought banks didnt finance vehicles with bad titles and why wasnt that noted on the original car facts I received from them. Honestly dont know and dont care, and if you can go to a dealership with a major vehicle make in their name by all means go and stay away from the big dogs little brother. Or you might get burned next

I went into Auto Class Direct very skeptical and unsure due to past experiences with other car dealerships. I was automatically greeted by Micah. He went above and beyond. I originally went in for a different type of car, and all he asked me were the basic questions, he took it and ran. He ensured that the car was looked at before I drove it off the lot. Even though it took a while getting everything together, I never felt like I was being ignored. I work in a customer service industry, and I dont think Ive ever dealt with someone at a company that is honest, upfront, and doesnt just try to get the sale.
