They offer very professional service and they are very knowledgeable about their products. No more than 5 minutes after I entered my on-line ordered, I had a follow up call from the store in Plano, TX letting me know about some items that would need to be back-ordered. It was very easy to adjust on-line orders at the store.

My first experience was awesome. They had what I needed and changed my phone battery while I waited.

DO NOT GO HERE, these FRAUDS do not know what they’re doing, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, I had my phone battery replaced and they could not get the phone back together properly, they DAMAGED MY PHONE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, when asked what they suggest they said to get a case that could maybe hold the phone together!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! No refund was made

Oh my, the Eagle Scout working there knows so much about batteries and personal service, one could not find a better place to purchase batteries.

We could not find the ELB-1210N anywhere in Dallas. Ordering it online would have taken 5 days. Batteries plus bulbs were a life saver, plus their price was cheaper than anywhere else.

This place has fantastic customer service. I go there because I have several lights that have unusual bulbs. When I go in there, someone immediately comes to help me. I just hand them the bulb and they find the right one. They’ve always had what I need. I go there for unusual batteries too.

I called and was super frantic having a bad day. I discovered my battery had died right as I was taking my daughter to swimming lessons.Had to get a jump start to even make it to get the battery replaced.I got there and was taken care of with great customer service from Austin and Juan. Really cannot express enough how appreciative I was/am for the assistance and what gentleman they were.I’d give 10 stars if I could, not use to that nice of an experience on top of an overwhelming evening.

The employee who helped me was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He changed out my car battery with care, and made sure to refund me the Core fee which I would not have known was owed to me had he not done so. He was both friendly and respected social distancing throughout the transaction which is greatly appreciated these days. I will definitely be back to this Batteries+ location because of the great service provided.

Austin was great! He was dressed very professionally and behaved in a very professional manner! He told me the phone screen would be replaced in an hour and called me 45 minutes later with everything done! Will definitely return!

This was my second time in this store. The first, PP (pre-pandemic), was for a phone battery. Jim and his colleague were extremely helpful. This time, I went in for a battery for my car key fob. Again, Jim and his colleagues were knowledgeable and prompt. When I asked Jim whether they could make me an extra key, he apologized and said they werent allowed to go into customers cars, but gave me a coupon to use when life isnt so scary (my words, not his!). His colleague who rang me up was equally knowledgeable and nice, and I love that my battery has a lifelong guarantee!

Nice staff, however I am not 100% certain the battery I brought to the store was actually bad and therefore sold a new one instantly. Turns out the issue with my alarm pad at home was not the $40 battery after all, I feel somewhat letdown and wasted my money perhaps. Store was clean, staff we very nice and helpful.

At first I was sort of skeptical about allowing Simone else to replace my battery but Jim took gcareood of me from start to finish. He gave excellent service and product knowledge about the battery I needed for my vehicle. He had me installed and out of there in about 35 minutes. Ill definitely go back to him again when I need a new battery.

If you have to pay a core deposit, make sure upon returning your core that they credit your card. What theyll try to do is just say thanks. That happened to me today. The clerk just said Youre all set. I had to nicely ask What about my core refund? Kinda sleazy, guys. Kinda sleazy. We can buy batteries most anywhere, why treat customers like this? Edited to add that I filled out their survey form today with details. A regional manager called to say this is not how they do business and to apologize. He said that he had already called to store manager to tell him about the problem so he could review the procedure with the employee so this shouldnt happen again. Im impressed. Thats how you keep a customer.

The level of personal service provided from knowledgeable personnel is something rarely experienced these days. They understand the what makes happy, returning customers.

The staff here is knowledgeable, the store is clean. Theres almost never a wait to get what you need. They have just about everything and their prices are pretty good.

I ordered a replacement battery for my tent trailer online, to be picked up at the local store. The website showed my total amount, which I paid with credit card. The amount included a $12 core charge (to be expected), which would be refunded when I brought in the old battery. I went to the store, brought the old battery and the refund for the core charge turned out to be $9.99. They explained that there was a $3 environmental fee that had to be paid (in Texas). OK, the website should have factored that into the final bill. I was required to provide my location, phone number and identify the store I would pick the battery up at, so they should know I was in Texas and there would be that extra fee. Its just annoying being surprised with an extra charge. Also, it took them a long time to figure out how to process the refund to my card. Apparently, my name is too common and they had to scroll through hundreds of like names on their computer to find me. They should be able to process that refund based off information on my order (I had the order #). The clerk said next time I should provide my phone number as it would be easier to find me that way. Well, as I said above, I DID provide my phone number -- it was a required field in order to complete the order. This whole experience could be made a lot smoother for a customer.

Finding a local supplier of the battery I needed online and ordering it from a specific store is unique in online shopping. I like the method: You easily determine which store has the item youre looking for in stock; place the order and pay for it online. Then wait for notification for when its ready and pick it up at your convenience. The store employees were very helpful and personable.

Batteries Plus Bulbs had the Verizon/Frontier backup battery that I needed. I was disappointed that they did not have the tool that would open my Swiss Army watch so I could get a new batteries for the 3 Swiss Army watches I have. They guy who waited on me was very nice. The wait time was minimal. The price for the battery I bought was reasonable. All in all, I would give the store a good, solid 4 1/2 star rating.

Recently ordered a replacement battery for my laptop on-line with Batteries Plus Bulbs. Immediately, recd confirmation code. Printed confirmation and went to local store a few minutes later. Store representation picked battery off shelf a will call shelf, printed a receipt and I was gone. Currently cycling battery per included instructions and it seems to be working great. A satisfying experience.

I went in there with an iPhone that wasnt charging. Jim and Juan knew exactly what to do. They could have just sold me the battery and left it at that, but asked that I leave my phone there so they could test it and make certain that the battery is what needed replacing. It was. Jim made sure I knew to let the new battery get close to zero charge before charging it up, and to do that twice. I totally appreciate the time they took and the care they showed.

Bought a cell phone battery there with a lifetime warranty. They said as long as I own the phone theyd replace it. I went in for a battery replacement and the manager gave me a hard time and reluctantly replaced it. He said theyve changed the policy. Well guess what? I wont be going there again. Lifetime is for life (of the phone).

Not that long ago Batteries plus was a teacher friendly store. Our school district bought all its batteries there. They have teachers a discount on their retail purchases.No longer true. I mentioned I was a teacher and was not told until the job was complete- the full price. I approached the manager there and told him I wanted to pay— asking the price— before the job was complete.This store has bad management— honesty and upfront pricing would be a start.He wouldn’t even honor their $4.99 coupon price.I won’t be back to this or any other Battery Plus!Go to Kohl’s or Walmart they will do it for less than $10 or $13. Went in with 3 cameras, all with dead batteries. They tested the batteries, confirmed that they would not receive a charge and replaced them. Gave me a 12 month warranty with no additional charge, and gave me the packaging and told me there is a 14 day to return the battery if they dont work for me. Super nice efficient and effective.
