Ive been to a couple of Daltile Sale Service Centers but this specific store in Plano are great with customer service and when it comes to getting your materials ready, it took me longer to pull my truck around the back when they already had my materials ready I was very impressed with the guy that works in there storage facility !! He moves fast in and out great team !!

Great to see many of the tiles in person. I even left with samples.

Beats the pants off of those other Tile Shops. This place has tiles youd actually want to put on your floor. None of that 90s garbage that still hasnt sold because it was ugly the moment it was manufactured... Seriously. I wish I hadnt wasted my time going to other Tile Shops.

Takes a long time to get your order even when you got your receipt thats ready for pickup.

I was in,out and on the way to my job. The employees were more than friendly and very knowledgeable. I will choose this location even of its out of the way. Great job guys!!

Not much selection and most are overpriced. I was in and out in 10 mins. The last at the counter was helpful and courteous.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Sometimes lines can get long (maybe 4 people ahead of you), but generally only at open time, when tile crews are picking up materials on the way to work (which commom sense woukd tell you to expect). Other than that, Im usually walking in and right to the desk rereceiving help, no wait. there are between 2 and 4 employees at any given time to help with finding and ordering materials.

Best place to buy flooring materials.

Terrible customer service, long long long lines. Actually there is no line, people all schleppin & loitering all over the place, not friendly, they never greet you or thank you. They have a dont really care attitude especially the long hair man in the warehouse, he was a smart ass to me. Ill never go back
