LOVE this place! i am currently a cos student and my first time coming here was a bit overwhelming because they have so many products and things to look at, but Kaitlyn made sure to inform me on all the different products and colors and answered all of my questions perfectly. you can tell she is passionate about it all and knows her stuff. The store is very organized & I will definitely continue to shop here in the future

This place has the most unprofessional manager Ive ever tried to do business with. I tried ordering a product from this woman and she acted like I was making her do something an over her pay rate. She told me to come back on the 11th to pick up my order but when I got there, there was no product to pick up because she had not put in any order. Instead she lied and said they ran out(the store on monfort was nice enough to order me one though)

I called this location at 12pm today and asked what time they closed today and the man on the phone said 5:30, at normal business hours, and when I pulled up at 4:05pm at the Plano location there’s a sign saying they left at 4pm. Wow, thanks for giving me false info and wasting my time.
