Excellent service, friendly workers, reasonable price, amazing experience. Have the neatest car shop I have ever been to. The first mechanic shop I have been to and fell reluctant to leave because of their amazing entertainment. If there was something more than 5 star, I would have rated hem 10. I look forward to my next visit.

I called this morning because of a check engine light. I was told that I could bring my Prius into the shop even though much of the hybrid repairs would have to be done by a specialist, but he would at least run the codes. These guys are ready to work, barely had parked and they were out to my car ready to assist. Sure enough they couldnt fix what was giving me the light but they were so friendly and seemed very trustworthy. They have earned any other service that I cant do myself.

I showed up to get an oil change While waiting for the oil change I was offered by Kwik Kar to change my air filter and my cabin air filter for $29 and $39 I said no I only need a oil change. After leaving Kwik Kar I realize my air was not blowing properly So I called kwik last r and spoke to the manager who said nothing in my car had been touched. I checked my cabin air filter and realized it had been stolen then my cabin air filter lid was not on so I called back and spoke to the same manager who told me that he did take the air filter because it was broken!! I don’t know how my air filter was broken nor do I know why he took it instead of putting it back I came the next day to pick up the air filter and it was destroyed completely sabotaged Obviously somebody did this intentionally and I don’t understand why over Trying to make a quick $70!!! I will never take my car here again neither should anybody reading this if somebody is willing to take things this far To scam somebody and make an extra $70 I can only imagine what they would do to somebody more oblivious!!!

Had a trip coming up and needed to check fluids. Kwik Kar team was excellent with their customer service I was in and out and had no issues. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an honest service.

The crew is very fast and courteous....the owner is hella cool and the work was perfect...fixed my front ac quicker and for a lower price than anywhere else around....they have a very clean waiting area with refreshments and of course the huge tv while you wait...I give this location 5 stars for sure...go check them out if youre in need of vehicle repairs or inspection

I got inside the shop because some guys were outside with some signs,the service was excellent, I needed tires, and the manager went to get them, I will come back, they go the extra mile to take care of their costumers, if I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!

I had a Groupon for a brake job. Went here with squeaky brakes. It was fast and easy.

State Inspection - quick, thorough. Rafa let me know about wiper blades, and we took care of them. I have an oil chage coming up soon, and Im coming back here.

I recently went in as my brake pads were extremely squeaky. The guy and girl were very helpful, fast and efficient. The girl looked at my car and advised me the best brake pads. The guys worked fast and my brakes are dont squeal no more.

I found them on Groupon for oil change. Got charged extra for something I didn’t even ask for without them telling me first so it ended up being more expensive than if I went somewhere else with no Groupon, it took over an hour even though they said it’s going to be 20 min, and they left the door handle dirty from the oil. I would not recommend this place and I’m definitely not going back. So disappointed.

Clean waiting room and friendly staff. Watch out though, groupon says 19$ for conventional oil but at front desk an additional 7$ out of pocket charge for taxes. So the oil change is actually $26.

I ended up at this Kwik Kar after first going to the other Kwik Kar at 305 Legacy, next to Mei Mei China Restaurant. They have new employees who have very poor customer service. I stood at the counter for a good 15 mins and the guy walked by the window several times and never even said anything. So I left and drove down to the Kwik Kar at 6533 Ave K and was promptly met by a mechanic who got my truck in within 15 mins. The service took only 15 mins and I was on my way. I will come back to Kwik Kar on Ave K.

Me and my bf just got oil changes done on both of our cars. Great service, comfortable seating while service is being done. Amane Wrenn that I see posted a review right before me came in while the gentleman, was taking my car back and then left immediately without asking us if we were waiting to be helped, have been waiting long, etc. So I dont understand why she lied in her review saying that my bf and I left sounding irritated seeing as we stayed and got excellent service on his truck and my car, and we were the only other ones there. I dont have any ties to this place but it annoys me she would lie on her review about us without even a hello. If watching their TV (which happened to be playing a show I recently began watching=bonus points) and laughing with my bf portrays us being irritated then Id sure hate to see what I look like when Im unsatisfied...So if you want the review of an actual customer that got service then I recommend this place! Friendly staff, great service, comfortable clean lounging, free beverages, and get out quickly due to fast workers while still being thorough...you found the right place! I came in last week on Friday and got my boyfriends car inspected. The girl who did my inspection was very nice and attentive. She even checked all of my boyfriends fluids, filters, etc and let me know what needed attention. Would come again!!

I came to this kwik kar today because my tire light was on and they were conveniently located right off the highway. They got my car in to check my tire pressure immediately and also checked to see if I had any leaks in my tires and didnt charge me anything. Great customer service. Will come again for my next maintenance.

Being a car enthusiast and not so easy to please when it comes to my car, I was very satisfied with the service and will go back again.

On my way to the college I noticed I had the bottom part of my car falling and scratching the floor when driving. I came into Kwik Kar because it was the closest to me and they were very nice. Took care of my car so fast! I am very grateful and I know if i ever need something done on my car, this place will definitely be my go to!

I was here in May when I needed an oil changed and was surprised to find out Plano auto hospital sold their business.Well I needed an oil change anyways and paid $40 awesome.My sister then went back to get the oil changed again as she is now driving that car and they tell her it’s going to be 70$. I looked at my bank statement and I confirmed yes last time I paid $40 and called them to tell them so.He said on the phone the last owner got fired. Uhm no he didn’t he sold his business and I paid $40 when it was in fact Kwik car by that time.They are ripping people off just like Kwik car is known to do. I won’t be returning again.

I waited for almost 10 minutes at the front desk. There was a couple that seemed like they were waiting to get serviced before me but they left, sounding irritated. I had to call the store number just to get someone to come to the front, just to be told that the mechanic specialized in car inspection had been out for a month. I suggest taking down the inspection sign and replace it with hiring sign.

Service was good and they were informative and nice. Plus I could watch a movie while my car was being worked on, wich is better than being forced to watch news or sports highlights.

Alex as the new mechanic for this location on his day 1 there my car was left for repair as and he went the extra a mile to explain to me the repairs that was needed and also explained everything in detail for my understanding and fixed it in a timely manner where it didnt cost me much at all. Extremely horrible. If I had an enemy I wouldnt refer them there. Which says alot. I spent nearly 750-800 dollars on parts /labor that they claimed I needed yet 50% of what i was told wSnt at all what I needed. I ordered parts when they came i got a new run of things I needed and no longer needed what was ordered. That happened 3 different times under 3 or 4 different managements.(sidenote- huge red flag and a huge issue) need i mention the reason i decided to stop by this location was because I bought a oil change groupon on June 26 and from then the hell began.after leaving that Friday. I drove home and Saturday went to uptown. Which is stopped on me after getting to a friend place i called manager and asked if oil was put in. I had it towed to them to see what was the issue was, he said i had to get a crankshaft sensor with 3 other diff parts so I left it there til I saved up within a week the entire staff was fired so I had to get a new diagnostic from their opinions🤬 then I need to save for new parts so by now its a lil over a month later. Lets fast forward this skipping alot of other parts ordered and then told i no longer needs and also new management AGAIN Here in September. Im told i only need 3ignition sensors & it should be 👌 when i picked up the car the new guy that works in the office smugly grinning saying if I was u dont spend more money on the car . I said why u say that because when u called and said I only needed the 3 sensors u mentioned it will be a piece of cake because toyotas are some of the best cars etc. So I go pick it up . After they installed them and I drive home and on 75 highway it started flashing off and on and my meters kept up and down raging as i got off it stopped on me at the light I restarted it and made it a fw blocks from .my house. . My car was fine before all this because I drive for uber and lyft part time. So lets just say. If u see this locstion pray as u keep driving past them. I azked for the owner he had the nerve to tell me i would never speak with yhr owner about this . Well thats fine. No need to anymore but I will be sure to make sure this review make it on all platforms.

Have taken my Ford Excursion Diesel, Lexus LS400, Lexus SC300, and other family cars here for about 10 years. They always offer options and give excellent diagnosis and are as mindful of my budget as I am. I have been to multiple dealers, Firestone, Christian Brothers, and other solutions. Plano Auto Hospital exceeds them all. Their emissions testing process and reputation attracted me initially, but stayed because of their great service. As honest a team as I have found anywhere, and up to date with their technology.

Been taking our vehicles here for years. They dont BS you or try to pull any tricks. They are a good place to get a oil change and to fix whatever issue you might have with your vehicle. They were able to fix my fuel pump on my Firebird a while back made it run like new.UPDATE: Note the above review was for when this location was known as Plano Auto Hospital. Will post an updated review for the Kwik Kar of K Avenue once I take my car there.

They have always been super nice. Always excellent work. I feel they are very honest and although automotive repair is rarely cheap...sometimes the bill is less than expected. I would recommend them to my best friend.

BEWARE! Used a groupon for $27 synthetic oil change but still charged me $15 for the filter and disposal fee. They told me I needed new brake pads but I just got my tired and alignment fixed at another place and they said nothing was wrong. Also no one is wearing a mask.

My car broke down and as I was trying to get it off the highway I saw them. I was just getting off a graveyard shift and a long way from home. They gave me an estimate, explained everything and said they should be able to fix it same day. Got my car back, yeah!!! Not only does it run good but the estimate was the final cost. They were super nice, did just what they promised and I am so happy I found them. If you need a good mechanic, I defiantly recommend Plano Auto Hospital!! Great honest service and work!!

Love the cheap oil changes. One time I took my truck in because it kept dying. Upon inspection, the gentleman told me I needed new plugs and wires. The job cost $500.00. I am slowly learning more and more about my truck, but after their diagnosis and repair I still had problems. I did some research and found a common problem in Chevys ignition wire. Upon inspection, I found a broken wire that needed a two minute solder job. Everything has been running great since. Either these mechanics are terrible at their job and cant find a broken wire, or they like to scam people. Either way, not a good place to go unless you need a cheap oil change.

These people do great work and are HONEST...they do not take advantage of us automotively challenged people.
