They are terrific. I did not have an appointment but got attended on. After checking my documents, I was given an appointment same day to go and get those documents. I did bring those documents and everything went just like a breeze. They have my five stars and I will ask others to check them out.

I went to AAA today to have my renters insurance updated because I am moving out of my current apartment at the end of the month & am moving back to the apartment complex I lived in before I moved here. I messed up and should have remained at the apartment complex I was in before.I never should have moved to the apartment complex I am in now. The rent is too high & they charge a fee for valet service which is something I do not need.

AAA Checks each person for Covid exposure at the door. The agents are very helpful. We moved a cruise to a later date and had great help from Amanda, an excellent travel agent.
This is the only AAA office at West Plano. The office is vey big. During COVID I have visited and they are very organized to give best safety experience. They offer all AAA services from there and have free maps for members available there. They offer remote help for various insurance and member ship renewal. For service like passport photo, notary, license purchase, etc. they are allowing propels to visit the property. They are ensuring the general COVID protocol for customer and AAA employees.
Very helpful. We needed a notary public for a couple of documents and they got us set up quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated the service. Another good reason to be a AAA member!
People are very nice, the insurance pricing is way higher than other insurance companies, I have had no accidents and no citations in 20 plus years, and still was being charged double what other companies were charging. Customer service was spot on, I just cant pay an astronomical amount for it.

Do NOT waste your money on this insurance! All is good until you have a claim then you are on your own. Your agent will not communicate with you, absolutely THE Worst customer service ever!!
Everyone is helpful and amicable. We went there for Notary. If you have AAA membership, notary is free.

Very nice staff. I went to get a International Drivers Licence. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, including pictures. Ill be back next year when my license is up for renewal.

They had exactly the maps and tour books to help me dream about traveling to Arizona. They all had masks and one met me at the door with some safety questions. I was even given extra brochures for some possible side trips. And, of course, they offered to help me save money with my car insurance.

I got my home insurance with my car insurance here. AAA offered cheaper price compared to my previous insurance with USAA, but customer service is far better with USAA. My agent had never picked up her phone, and she stopped working one month later after I signed up.
Very bad experience. They are inconsistent with explaining information to customers. They do not give accurate information. Their records get misplaced and information gets mixed up. Just a very bad inconsistent company and would never do business with them again. The only benefit is the Membership and everything else just costs you more money than you should have to pay. Do not do the Safe Driver Discount because I can tell you that will not save you anything. My policy went from being a little over $1300/starting for an entire year to well over $2000/renewal for an entire year. No accidents, no violations, was told I had the good driver discount but as you can clearly see it does not pay to be a good driver. I went with another company. Saved over $750. Take a second thought before continue renewal. Oh, and do not buy a newer vehicle because you are only going to get a MASSIVE increase on your policy if you do. You would think by presenting a lower offer from another company (with Documents to show) would have them take another look at my policy and make some adjustments but no. When transferred to the save department the young lady I spoke with said their would be no way that another company to offer me insurance at a little over $1100 for an entire year with a 2017 vehicle and kept questioning me an how I could get such a low rate and was I giving them the right information. Well yes I did and of course when you input your social, DL#, and vin # of the car everything pulls up...soooo just saying. You cant really tell a lie can you. Just a very impolite individual. AAA only cares about the money and not the customer.
The insurance agent I talked with in this office (a gentleman btw) is incompetent, impatient and rude. Stay away from this place which used to be ok.
One of the worker there hit my car while at a Walmart neighborhood helping someone. Ask for his information refused to give it up because he said it wasnt a big deal. There was clearly dents and scratches on my drivers back side. Talked to the boss and he was so rude about it. For a insurance company ya sure are horrible! Still waiting for them to reply back 3 days later!
I went to the office to get an auto insurance quote and found out that getting my auto, renters, and life insurance together was cheaper than getting the auto by itself. Thank you guys.

Had a significant drop in my Home Owner Insurance and most importantly its not some one yeat teaser rate. I was going from Insurance company to Insurance company every year because they would back the policy 20% even with zero claims/accidents.I have my home and 3 luxury cars on my policy. They also paid out a roof replacement claim with no issues.
The lady working at road side assistance dept is so rude. Trying to get some battery warranty information, her reply was not helpful at all and sounds like she got up the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Very helpful to me..helped map out my route for vacation. Gave me State maps as well so I could see all the little towns in between my long stops.

Almost impossible to get a human to answer the phone .. Their phone tree has options that are dead ends and there is no way to press zero to get someone.
