Ok, I suppose. I just cant understand why parts and fluids cost so much more at the dealership. Dont they put enough markup in the price of the automobile when you purchase it? I guess not. I paid $70 for 6 quarts of transmission fluid, which I think the only difference to getting robbed is that they didnt have a weapon on them when they did it.

Kind of busy, but they are always doing good service.

When u call the operator doesnt know what u talking about as far as plan you have they only say we take whichever plan you have but when u get there only whom taking your car telling you that they dont cover your plan while u wasted your time and gasWhen I got refused by the service I called the operator again and she still saying we take every plan you have when I said I got refused she was confusedNo apologies no respect for customers

I bought my Toyota Prius at Toyota of Plano in 2011 and have it serviced there ever since. Service has always been honest, fast, and thorough. Several times, they have taken care of warranty work at no charge to me. This last time when my car was on the bubble of whether or not warranty applied, the service rep and service director really went to bat for me on an expensive repair. Toyota of Plano is going to lose roughly a $1000 job for our 2003 camry repair. We have an account with Toyota and are one of the VIP members.The service department loves calling me at 7am in the morning for reminders on oil changes and the sales team loves calling me asking to upgrade our 2018 CHR we bought from them, but when I call for something its like pulling teeth.Call in twice for a quote, was told I was going to be transferred to an advisor for assistance, both times no one picked up. First time, it kept ringing and ringing then the line drop. 2nd time the desk apologized and told me, they would get me an advisor to answer, they transferred and it rang a couple times. Went to voicemail. So I call a 3rd party mechanic shop. Picked up right away, gave me a rough estimate ans my options. Im pretty sure im going to go through one that has time to take my calls.

I bought my car from here last year and it was a pretty easy process. The sales guy was very good at his job and pretty thorough on any questions that I had. Besides not wanting to put in an order to install a push to start feature, all was fine. Now one year later, Ive been hearing a noise around my dash and had already reported to another dealership before the warranty expired. I scheduled a service with the Richardson dealership and they couldnt fix it unless they kept my car for a couple of days. Unfortunately, I dont have another vehicle to just say okay. So now that the noise has started to back up and this time worst, I scheduled a service to get it checked out and requested a loaner car. I thought it wouldnt be a problem since Ive had cars from dealerships and they gave loaners to people that needed it. I am not saying the sales advisors name since he is just doing his job but why would Toyota of Plano charge $35.00 a day for a loaner car? If my car needed to be in the shop for an extended amount of time, I dont want to have to pay for a loaner and worry about being able to pay my bills. When I explained this to the Sales guy he seemed annoyed that I was asking for a loaner car. He probably gets these calls all the time but seriously, I am just asking for one so I have a way to get to and from work. I thought if I went to the dealership that I bought the car they would at least know that Im not just doing this for fun, I really need to have a way to get around. Toyota, you need to change your requirements on loaner cars or something. I need this fixed but Im debating on just leaving it alone cause I dont want to fall behind on my other bills just to have a vehicle to drive. Toyota of Plano servicesSTAY AWAY!!jI just left this place and I will never go back. I took my RAV4 for the first time and they told me it will be $85 including oil change changing tires and a new filter. Since the price was almost the same as pretty much everywhere else I agreed. After an hour they came back to me and told me I have to pay $180. When I asked them to explain they said it’s all labor plus what I was promised. I asked for the manager and after a few minutes the lady came out and told me I can’t talk to the manager but they will knock out $20 but will take the filters back. They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

I bought the car and with 2 days was noisy in the air conditioning. I took it to check and first the mechanic said it was normal. I went with the guy who sold me to check another car and saw that the noise was not normal. The mechanic didnt want to have work, but was forced to check. He saw that there was a plastic inside the air duct. I was 6 hours waiting.

Brought my car in for a recall and could not have asked for better service.

I order here a lot and have the least amount of problems they always have good customer service and I will always order from them over any other Toyota dealer

Took my truck here for its 5k service. Facility was clean and the staff was professional.
