Went to two other shops for quotes before deciding to service my tires here. Talked with Chris, and 20 minutes later they repaired my tire at a great price. The staff is super knowledgeable and they pair it with fast service. Couldn’t ask for more. Nice seating area with entertainment as well while you wait.

Being in the classic, musclecar and exotic car business I have crossed paths with hundreds of body and repair facilities over last 20 years. I recently moved to the Plano area and needed tires for both of my cars and an oil change for my hot rod. After looking at my options I chose One Stop. From the owner Michael, the manager Chris and all of the technicians, they’re nothing but knowledgeable, lighthearted and professional. I had a brand of tires picked out and they switched me to a different brand that was owned by the bigger brand. They saved me close to $200. They could’ve given me what I asked for but didn’t. I used that extra money to take care of other needed repairs that I put off and the technicians took care of it, with confidence. What’s more impressive, no dirt in the car when done. If you’re in the area, and on the fence on where to go, give them a shot. I’m confident you’ll receive the same professional courtesy I did.

I went here because they have good ratings. Overall the staff inside was very nice. I have been having issues with one of my tires. I specifically pointed out the tire I was having issues with. The tread on it was starting to separate even though it was a good tire. They said they would change it no problems and I decided to get two so my ride would be as smooth as possible. They changed out the wrong tire and threw out a perfectly good tire with great tread. I noticed immediately when I got on the highway the next day because it was the same problem I had been having. I called them and brought it back the next day. They claimed they got in it, drove, and felt no issues. 100% false. How can you not feel tread separation going down the highway??? Now I’m out $215 and on top of that have to buy another tire so now I’m out $330 total. Completely frustrated because when I came back for a third time they continued to argue with me instead of owning up to their mistake. No apologies, no refund, no nothing. Take your business elsewhere. Discount Tire a block down the road took care of me. I recommend them.

Fast reliable service

Im new to the area and picked up a screw in my tire, so I went here because of all the good reviews. And indeed, strictly from a tire-fixing perspective, they did a great job!I WAS THE ONLY ONE WEARING A MASK--forget gloves for staff or the like. They hadnt adjusted the seating to ensure social distancing, and as far as I could tell they were taking no COVID-19 precautions whatsoever (and FOX News was on, just to fulfill the stereotype). When I was being rung out, the cashier told me that it was great people were getting back out & about again--I felt like informing him that my mothers assisted-living facility had its first COVID-19 case last Saturday, but I figured hed probably tell me that she deserved to die.If you are elderly or immune compromised, or if you live with someone who is elderly or immune compromised, DO NOT GO HERE. Find someplace else.

Awesome Service!After a horrible experience with Goodyear in Frisco, One Stop Tire fixed the alignment on my GMC Sierra in no time. I should have went here first. The truck drives like it should. They explained what was wrong and how the truck needed to be adjusted before working on it. Frisco Goodyear couldnt make it right after two attempts, didnt know what to do and werent too nice about it. One Stop Tire & Automotive is my place from now on! Thanks guys!

I had a screw in my tire and put a plug in the previous day. They checked it out and confirmed the tire wasnt leaking and didnt try to sell me new tires. I didnt pay anything and was there less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Ethical and affordable

I have been customer of this auto repair shops for the last 5 years. They have been honest with what the auto repairs I needed. I could tell since I do know a little bit of how to do my own auto repairs, but as I am getting older, I no longer want to do most of the repairs myself. They would provide you with suggested repairs, but they never try to push or scare you into doing the repairs right away.

Reliable, friendly, no bs

I was pretty disappointed with One Stop Tire. I got 2 tires replaced and they were quick, but made a lot of mistakes. The biggest mistake was mounting one of the tires backwards where the tread pattern was facing the wrong way. The tire is clearly marked with INSIDE and OUTSIDE, so this was just not paying attention. If I hadnt noticed and gotten them to fix it, that tire would have had lower wet traction and reduced tread-life.Once they fixed the mistake, I was told the low tire pressure indicator warning would go away after 5 miles. After 20 miles of driving and it not going away, I checked the tires. They were 5 PSI too low, so I added air myself and then reset the sensor and the warning went away instantly.The guys at One Stop Tire were friendly, but I expected more from a place with Tire in the name.

Chris, Stephen, an Don were fantastic! I went in with no A/C, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Which was a chewed through wire to the compressor. Most shops would have taken the quick and easy route and charged me an arm and leg, but these guys took the time to repair only what was damaged. They have a customer for life!

I was looking for a specific kind of tire. Nobody had it, so I called them to ask if they had it. They di not but they look for it and in less than 30 min they had a pair for me. They even told me about a special they had with it. They were really fast, nice and did their job great without trying to up sell. Great service.

Excellent shop for tires and alignments! Ive come here many times for tire installations, and most recently I went there for an alignment after the dealer aligned my truck with the steering wheel crooked. The second time, the dealer fixed it it was still crooked. I explained what happened to the Goodyear guys, and they centered the wheel perfectly, and even let me check it before they finished up. Excellent service.. Ill do all my alignments here from now on!

I have been going to this Goodyear for over 5 years and would not go elsewhere for car maintenance. The personnel are knowledgeable, direct and honest. The mechanics work hard and are efficient in their jobs as well. You cannot go wrong taking your car here, ask for Darrell.

They say they do an inspection and top off fluids. They dont. The fluids they said they checked were still low and my windshield washer fluid went from the dark blue fluid I put in a week before to clear water. This pissed me off since I paid for what was in it, was drained and filled with water. I went as far as draining some out into a glass and tasted it. I wouldnt be surprised if they put conventional oil in the car even though I paid for full synthetic. If you are smart, I would NOT let these rip off artist even check your air pressure.

NO experience or any knowledge about cars, Brought a car that I had the attention to buy for them to check it out, the CSR in the front was trying to sell me (AFTER A BRIEF CHECK 30Min) all kind of service that it was done (all the fluid were changed,chocks, and breaks done) on the the car a week earlier,, when told him that at the end he still insisted but at the end he retracted, when he realized that we are not stupid and started to chock on his words, when ask about the engine size of the car HE GOT IT WRONG. We paid the small fee and walked away.If a manager dont even know the engine size of your car that should says it all. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY WILL TRY TO EMPTY YOUR WALLET FOR UNNECESSARY WORK.
