Great service! Quick in and out.

It took three trips to get the first two windows and mirror right and two trips to get the second set of windows right. It took way too long to get all the work done.

I requested a quote via e-mail to cut a glass mirror into a new shape. E-mails were quickly responded to and the quote was reasonable. When I brought the mirror in, the gentleman who helped me (Chris, I believe) was personable and helpful. The work was done quickly and the mirror looks much better than when I brought it in. Really pleased with the helpfulness and customer service. I would definitely recommend Binswanger Glass and will go there again for future glass/glass-work needs.

This one is a mixed bag. I asked them over to repair our for glass in October... It was finally done in mid February. They took the original down, boarded it up... Brought back the wrong glass. When I called to complain I was told that they never make mistakes, until I sent photos to prove it. Then they sent someone to come and take down the glass, put in a filler, and said that would bring ours which was at another location. We waited for a few weeks and they replaced it with a new one but with a pattern similar to the original. Im happy with the final product but to get here it took some patience and several phone calls. Taren was on the edge most of the time but still delivered at the end of the day. Hence the mixed bag review and 3 star.

Just received the replacement glass for my front door that had been damaged somehow last fall. The replaced large oval is perfect and looks exactly the same as the previous glass. Because the door is 20 yrs old, they did have to send it to a different cutter for the exterior replacement. This did add a higher cost, but I am pleased with the work and happy to have this project behind me. The people on the phone were so helpful when I was trying to understand all that needed to be done for the replacement; knowledgeable, and knew what they were talking about.

E. PLANO PKWY store saved the day for us. Needed a piece of glass for the instrument cluster on a Ferrari. They were able to get glass cut for us in less than an hour late Friday afternoon and the car made the transporter. Thank You Binswanger you guys Rock!!!

GREAT Customer Service! I had an issue with one of three pieces of glass they cut for me. Two were cut perfect and smooth, but one had a miss-cut edge I didnt notice at first causing a very troublesome leak. They replaced the glass so I could move on with my restoration project asap. Professional and reasonable prices as well. Thanks!!

Fantastic, fast service. Great customer service on the front. 30 minutes they finished two cabinets with custom glass size. Great price too. I liked their sign about safety first, and no job is as important than employes safety.

I have used Binswanger Glass in Plano, TX twice and both times the guys installing were professional and kind. The work was done well and quickly. They left no mess and were very easy to deal with. Today was the second time that I have called them. I am just a couple days from giving birth to my baby girl and they sent someone right over to fix my window and gave me an unbelievably low price as a baby gift. I will ALWAYS use them for glass repair.

Technician pulled parts from a good window, not impacted by hail. After 10 months and 25 phone calls, I am still waiting on the repair or parts to be replaced on the good window. On another window that was broken by hail, the glass did not match and was visibly the wrong size. The technician did not care, blamed office. Service use to be great prior, provided several referrals in past years, but pretty horrible now. They did charge fees to my CC quickly, but have not performed all the work, and dont seem to care.

Great service and great prices! Needed a small piece of glass for a project. Checked with a couple other glass shops in the area and Binswanger was by far the lowest price. Placed my order over the phone and they called the next day to let me know it was ready.

I had a windshield installed but found that it had a small leak. I took it back and the technician attempted to simply patch the leak which didnt work. For a long time I just lived with it until it finally became a bigger problem. I took it back and since it was my fault for not addressing the problem sooner, I fully expect to pay a charge. Well to my pleasant surprise they said no charge, we stand behind our work to which I was very grateful. Thanks Binswanger ! You have earned a customer for life.

Horrible customer service. Went round and round with the office staff. Sent out wrong windows, came out to swap out vinyl around windows and broke 16 of the 18 windows, had to remeasure 4 times, left my bathroom smelling like a gas station restroom, sent out wrong windows again, left broken blinds after work and didnt tell me, didnt clean windows so I have a large suction cup outline in a window I cant get to, left broken glass pieces in my bedroom and kitchen...I can go on. Would never recommend them.

They do good work, but make sure if you get a quote that they note EVERYTHING you need. twice I have been screwed by work costing more than initial quotes. even though we specifically talked about things like edge finish, I guess the info wasnt on the quote good enough for them to know what we talked about when they had their guys figure up the cost...

We used to have this company do all our windows glass and mirror repair, but not anymore. I wanted to install strips of 4-inch wide mirror to cover the black seams on our bathroom wall mirror. They wanted to remove upper strip, which was not needed, at a cost of $450 before they will give me an estimate. I took Plano Bath and they did a wonderful job at a total cost of $487 installing all the strips... We will not call this company again. I heard similar complains of price gouging from tenants in the building that we just moved in.

Had some issues with the original install due to a cracked window being installed, but they made it right by ordering a replacement and installing it free of any additional charge.

I needed a small piece of glass cut and they were so very helpful. Got exactly what I needed and everyone was very friendly. If I need glass in the future, I will use them again.

This branch is awsome. Had two broken windows and bad weather was comming. They got the glass I needed in less than an hour and. Saved the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially the girls at the front desk. Ask for Kristen.

Danger!!I had this company attempt to reinstall the original windshield in my 1980 K5 Blazer. They arrived with the incorrect gasket. They told me that the gasket i had would work, although i told them that it was damaged by me attempting to put the windshield in myself. 3 weeks after getting the windshield in, using my damaged gasket, the gasket failed and split. The original cost for labor was paid at the time of installation with no questions asked. The company stated that they would cover the failure under warranty. Wonderfull I thought. I was told the technician would come out and see what was needed. The technician showed up, took a look and said i needed a new gasket. That was why i called them back in the first place. After calling the company back again, i was told that they could not acquire the gasket. Ok no problem. I ordered a new one, but was told that there would be an additional labor cost. The technician showed up again and was unable to install the windshield by themselves, and needed to come back. This situation has lasted 5 weeks now. Fortunately for me, I dont need the vehicle on the road at this time. This started out pretty well, but has snowballed into a disaster. I will never use this company again, or recommend them to anyone, without letting them know about my experience.
