I compared two Maaco locations and their prices were different by almost $600.00 dollars. Maaco Mckinney and Maaco Plano.I could not believe it the price difference. I went to Maaco located in Plano TX, which was less expensive of about $600.00 dollars, and I was shocked by the quality work they do.I entered their location and told them that I needed my car within 4 days. They said, We can have a lot of work but we can do it for you. When I received my car on time.I thought there was a mistake. I did not believe that my car looked so beautiful again. I was stun on how beautiful it looked compared to how I brought it.Recommendation: Better Price, quality work and delivered on time, you cannot beat that!!Note: I paid around $1500 dollars for everything including tax. (Paint, restoration, blending, retouching etc.)Take a look for yourselves!! Its a no brainer where to go to paint your car, honestly.

II have a 2004 Toyota corolla and the paint was peeling off. The engine hood started getting some rust as well. I was helped by Mac at the Maaco Plano. He was very professional and provided me THE BEST quote. The car paint quality was awesome and it was an on-time delivery. I am very much delighted with the service. I just picked up my 2004 Nissan from Maaco and although not perfect, I am very happy with the results. I didnt go 5 stars for a couple of reasons I will explain below.First, Maaco provides a good or better paint job at a reasonable cost, and that is what I got, but you cant fairly compare this to a $5K or more paint job.I did have to make a return visit to get the pin striping completed, and to wet sand a couple of runs and spots where trash was in the finish and were visible. After the the second visit, it was much better, but not perfect, but see above.Everyone there was friendly, answered all my questions, and worked to help with any issue. The truck was completed in the time frame estimated. On my second visit, it was all handled while I waited and the detailer/painter came out to make sure details were being handled properly.Although I had my entire truck painted, the color match looked exact.I had excessive clear coat peeling on the hood and roof and it looks great now.I would recommend and also I would go back to this Maaco.

Great overall experience in getting body repairs completed on automobile. Had body work to repair and explained that this was the only auto that I had available and I would greatly appreciate if they could expedite the work. Not only did they expedite the repair, it was completed it in record time while doing a professional job. I was unable to determine where are the repair work wasncompleted. It was a seamless job. They return the car clean and in spotless condition. They also did an excellent job matching the paint. Seriously one cannot determine where any work has been performed. In addition the sales team was professional, timely, personable and dedicated. I would not hesitate to recommend this site.

I got my car back and they half cleaned it . then they put parts inside of my car that got the inside dusty. Why even store part boxes in my car. Thats what they storage or lock up is for not my car. Then they didnt even clean the area they mess up. Want go back.

It was a long process. Originally I was suppose to get my car back in a week. But the snow storm did delay things a little. I called and they told me by next Wednesday which would have been 2 weeks so not bad. After that I called and they kept pushing it back by a day or 2. So after about 3 weeks I finally got my car back. Although I was adding a conversion bumper I thought everything would be fine. When I tell you the bumper didn’t meet my hood which wasn’t their fault but they could have called and informed me of the matter. I could have at least retuned everything. They also got paint all over the black part above my tires. The customer service was horrible. I would never recommend NEVER... Don’t waist your money.

Had to fix up my leased car in a span of 2 weeks to return to the dealership. They were able to get all the damages fixed and done within time. I got a quote from other businesses in the area as well and Maaco had the lowest price and the quickest turn around time. The staff are also really polite and do not try to upsell you.

We used Maaco to repair and repaint the bumper and right quarter panek of my Genesis g80. They did an excellent job -- it looks like new! Whats more, it was completed in the time frame they indicated. And they actually washed and cleaned out the car! A bonus, IMO. I was super happy with the results and the attention to detail. Had 2002 Highlander painted last Labor Day time. Then I pulled too close to a concrete column and made new scratches. So this week I had Macco repaint that area. Another good paint job.

The staff is extremely informative, professional and nice. Clean environment and easy to find. They told me it would take my 4-5 business days to get painted. Turned out to be only 2 days. The paint on my BMW bumper was peeling off do to rock damage. The paint is a metallic color. They did an outstanding job. I contemplated taking it to BMW to fix but the price was so much more. The car likes new again. Great job Maaco!

Maaco Auto Repair is easily the best auto body repair shop in the area! The quality of work is fantastic, the price is ASTRONOMICALLY lower, and they even offer a warranty with their services:) they were able to repair the front end damage on my 2018 Toyota Corolla to the exact paint match, as well as done a day early. I was happy with the job they did for me, and it was not an easy job. Full color change on a 1969 MGB. Went with British racing green. They delivered within the promised time, the job was solid - don’t get me wrong it isn’t perfect or near perfect, but for my money I got a very good pair job. Only gripe ( minor) is that I asked to see a sample of the color and they didn’t grant that wish. It all worked out and I’m happy with the color. Staff is friendly

We took our white 2011 Nissan, with paint failing on almost every body panel, to Maaco in Plano. We got the package that has the 5-year warranty. I’ve never had paint fail on a car before. So I didn’t know what to expect having one repainted. I shared my concerns with Benjie- he assured me they’d prep the entire car to ensure the new paints adhered to the metal, not to the failing Nissan paint. We certainly didn’t need bad factory paint as a base coat.We picked our van up yesterday, and I must say, I am VERY PLEASED with the results. She looks brand new. Maaco/Plano gets Five Stars from me. Customer service was great. From the time i called until i picked up my vehicle. That aspect is very important to me. My cars finished was better than i expected. Benyi was excellent throughout my process.Update: I had to purchase a battery for my car after it was fixed here. I couldnt drive out the parking lot without getting a jump. I had to get a jump 3 more times in a 2 day span very inconvenient. Although the work performed was good. Please charge the customer battery if needed. Dont suggest after to come back to charge for 40 mins or longer. Definitely not a good time to make large purchases.

Picked up me truck after being in the shop for over two weeks. Tailgate wasn’t attached properly, weather stripping wasn’t attached properly, right rear door won’t shut properly, left rear tail lamp has primer paint on it, passenger window inside has paint on it, windshield has paint all over it. The actual paint job was done good but the fine details are horrible. I was told my truck would be ready in a week, then was pushed back another week, then another day, then another day, then the next morning ended up not being until late that day. Again paint job done nice but all the fine details horrible and having paint on my windshield and other spots not acceptable.*****UPDATE*****Love the response but very false information to your customers to try and recover from a bad review. I was called by Benji who began to tell me I needed to redo my review because I demanded such. He told me the timelines for the vehicle to be done. When I was told the vehicle would be done Saturday and I could come and pick it up. He gave the timelines and I called to check on the timelines. When I called Saturday the receptionist told me the truck was going to be hand washed and detailed before I picked it up on Saturday. Benji was also the one who told me her personally took the tailgate off. A shame a company just can’t be honest and own up to mistakes. I gave an honest review. I would not recommend taking your vehicles there. They aren’t fixing their issues with my truck. The paint is even coming off the guard rails already. Hmmmmmmmm. True professional not. Doesn’t know timelines but willing to take money and back track when a bad review comes in. As a veteran and such I will make sure others know and the BBB as well. Take your business else where.

We had my wifes 2008 Toyota Corolla pained here. We paid just under $1,000.00 for the entire car and it came with a warranty. Read the fine print of the warranty. Its two years plus three pro-rated years.Also, the low stars is because the manager called my wife and said her car was ready. We showed up and the care hadnt even been started. They said that there was a mistake. How do you not talk to each other and communicate what car is ready and what car is not ready?Paint quality is... You get what you pay for. The overall customer service was lacking.

I had my wifes 1995 Toyota Tacoma truck painted (Urethane + Integrated Clear - 4 year Warranty) in Sep 2017 by Maaco at 1205 Summit Ave. Plano, Tx. The truck is an older truck and the paint was starting to have some really faded spots. Danny Jones, the manager/estimator, treated us very professionally. He even spent time showing us some of the cars in the shop and what we could expect her truck to look like after completion. Aside from having great prices, their service is impeccable The workmanship of the surface preparation and sealer speaks volumes, in terms of high quality work. Moreover, their employees are extremely talented and professional auto painters. The dedication to producing outstanding work is truly evident, as the truck now looks new, and they were able to match the original paint to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Maaco. Were so happy and highly recommend this facility and their employees.

Maaco said their standard is high. However, when it comes to my 2018 Jetta, there was no their standard. They said This is my best, I couldnt do it better when I pointed bubbles on the paint work. Also, they said they were going to replace the windshield because it was installed unprofessionally including scratches on the windshield but they found did not replace it. He lied about it and they said I was too picky. They hesitate communicate with email. They prefer talking to writing letter for their promise. And they changed their mind.

We have used the Plano location twice this year. Danny was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the process. My daughter’s car looks brand new now and the paint job is flawless. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to our friends.

The person that owned it 5 or so years ago had some issues from what people were saying, he apparently lost the franchise. In addition, she so wanted the color to be changed.I have to say, their service was excellent with wallet friendly pricing. My service agent was very friendly and came across as being knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that he was trying to get me to avoid the door jam painting which is a little expensive; but I went ahead with it anyway.All in all -- we love the new look of the car -- it is awesome! Danny had to work with this god awful insurance company that hit me, and he did a stellar job. I’m very glad I found these guys, they’re hungry for the business and they have gone out their way to earn mine.The paint looks great and they really took care of me, I have got nothing but compliments on how good the truck looks, and I am got nothing but compliments on how good the old car looks, this shop is one hell of a good body shop, And there are a pleasure to deal with. They even impressed my mother, and nothing impresses that woman.

Amazing service and price. I went to Service King for an estimate. Service King quoted me $1,300 and needed my car for 3 days. Danny at Maaco did the same job for $650 and had it done it in an afternoon.10/10 will come here the next time.

I got my 2003 Honda Accord painted at Maaco. The paint had been peeling and falling off, but Maaco made it look brand new. Benji walked me through all the different options and made some good recommendations.

My experience with Maaco was amazing! From the inspection to the final bill everything was explained up front and there were no surprisss! I recommend them and if needed will use them again!

I love the paint job that this Maaco location did on my Infiniti M35. Definitely recommend them!

Just bought a used Mini Cooper and brought it here to get repainted (same color) and some minor dents and scratches repaired. Went with the higher tier base coat option. I certainly wasnt expecting a showroom paint job, so my expectations werent unrealistic. Cost was the lowest compared to other quotes I received from Herbs and somewhere else, which wouldve been 3x as much. I wasnt about to pay a third of what I paid for the car on a complete paint job. Main difference is Maaco masks off parts that wont be painted instead of completely removing them before spraying. Not ideal, but for this car I was ok with that. In the end it turned out good. They did a great job color matching. I notice all imperfections and it wasnt a perfect paint job by any stretch, but again I knew what to expect going in so I was ok with it. The manager was very good and had excellent communication throughout, very pleased with that.

Hi,Not sure why this place gotten such low rating, but when I went, the service was very good. Candice was helpful and asked one of the guys in shop to give me a ride back home while the paint job was done. My paint near the sunroof was peeling, and they repainted the top. Paint matches original, and didnt notice any issues. Also was told life time warranty, so that is a peace of mind. The car was ready the next day on Sat, and she called me to remind to pick it up since closing early.

Fast and at the right price. My respray included a hood, the roof and a front fender. Could not be happier with the product and service. On time, on task.

Be aware of this place. They are truly unprofessional and liars. They did the lousiest job I have ever seen and ruined my less than a year old car. They are even rude and insulted me as they didnt want to admit their mistakes in repairs on my car. I would show the photos of my car to anyone I know and try to keep people from being humiliated by this horrible place.

All-Star Collision is an excellent place to take your automobile. I recently took my car there and recieved great customer service along with outstanding body work. Im a repeat customer and they are highly recommended from me. They are a full service body shop which means they repair,paint, and even customize your automobile. It is Macco, but we had lots of issues with our paint when it was finished. We took it back and they fixed the issues, but it would have been nice if it was done right in the first place. In addition, the car was extremely dirty when we got it back and the fender liner wasnt in position so our tire would rub on it when we would drive.

I went in to get a quote, with only five minutes until they open I decided to go inside to get away from the cold weather. As soon as i stepped inside they told me sorry we dont open till 9 and made me go back outside you would think they would at least let customers wait in the waiting room. What bad custom service

Danny, Dave, and team at Maaco (under new management for about 10 months) have made my 17 year old car look brand new! Its paint had chipped away over time on the hood and top, mirrors, door handles...they fixed her up as good as new for a reasonable price, and with a solid warranty. They’re friendly folks that do good solid work.A BTW - I originally asked for an estimate from Caliber - they wasted my time and never even wrote the estimate because apparently it’s not worth it to them unless they can charge your insurance mondo profit margins. Walk-in customers who just want to pay out of pocket for wear and tear not caused by an accident don’t rank. Don’t bother with them! Go to Maaco!

They did some warranty repair and it looks really good. The chrome letters are still on order but I dont anticipate any problems.
