DO NOT use this company. The repair man came to our house and look at our dishwasher and suggested we use duct tape on it. Then he ordered the wrong part for the washing machine and didnt install it. The washing machine began to wash again and they charged us $200. Our washer stopped again and when we ask to order the correct part we were told that the repair man no longer worked for them and that the supervisor was out of town until 9/23.....and no one was there to solve our issue. So, they took our $200 and we have a washer that doesnt work. DO NOT use them!!!!

Called and had same day service, gave me a timely heads-up about 30-45 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, arrived on time and got right to work.He was courteous and efficient, immediately troubleshooting the unit fully. He quickly disassembled the dryer and pinpointed the problem (the heater itself). He provided a price, reiterating that I had the option to either pay the service charge and do nothing or if I wanted to, pay for the part and install which would waive the service charge. He had the part on the truck and the whole visit from start to finish was maybe 30-45 minutes.I work in the plumbing industry and cant tell you how many times people complain (for some reason?) that we completed the work in 30 minutes or less. We always tell them that its because we know what were doing, and the same can be said about this technician. He definitely knows his trade and Im glad he was able to fix our dryer in no time.Any time our appliances go out, I now know exactly who to call for amazing and fast service!Thanks for a job well done and I now unfortunately have to finish my laundry! Haha

Dryer would dry one time, next time it wouldnt dry. Read on internet of many possible causes of dryer failing to dry. Called A-Appliance to have a professional do the repair. Repairman was prompt, without taking unit apart, said the heating element needed to be replaced for $345, but he would not charge taxes. Would take 2 to 4 days for parts, later said more than 5 days. I checked internet and the cost of heating element was $30 to $100. I refused the high charge. He said a service call of $69.50 must be paid if amount quoted is not paid. The receipt was for $75.23 with no tax shown. I ask the repairman to put charge total and tax before signing. He said that is not the way they do it. Repair man was friendly and said he only works by the hour and has no control over charges or taxes. Warning. Check around for an honest company.

They will over charge you to the max. I went by good rating too so be wary and do your research on google, youtube and DIY videos. If you are looking for fair price this is not the place.I had a simple job of changing condensor fan motor, I told them the problem when I called. the technician looked at and said GE OEM motor is $295 which he pulled on his ipad and then said we use universal motor. I asked the price, he went back to the van, came back 15 mins later holding generic motor and said total job is $310 plus tax. Would not tell me what is part cost and labor and said system generates total cost of job, would not give me an estimate printed or email. I said No and paid the visit charge.Thanks to a youtube video and helpful repair guys, I changed the motor myself in 15 mins which included cleaning fan blades for 5 mins. total 5 screws had to be undone and redone.the motor cost $21 on amazon and $17 on ebay. I guess they have to make a profit lets say $50 for motor. So if they charge $250 plus for 15 mins, thats $1000/hour. they better be fixing satellites.Also they add tax to visit charge but the invoice does not mention tax. they say 69.5 for visit plus tax but invoice says $75 something.Pics attached, silver is old motor and black is new. now fridge is working great.Update : I knew owner is going to claim quote was for OEM part which I double checked with the tech he held a generic motor which he is own word we use universal motor . Tech would make excuse when asked about what is part cost and what is labor as, the system just gives me cost of job. If I read owners comments $295 is what motor costs in sears and for $15 he will come and change it in your home. A saint ? I dont think so. So my comments in not outrageous, the owners excuses are. Complete Lie that we were quoting OEM part, tech held same $20 dollar motor, that how I searched it and bought it.And my point about tax is, Invoice clearly mention what is labor and what is tax. Not just plain one amount. Because if you file it as visit charge that does not qualify as repair and has not tax. So this could be tax fraud as you pocket what you charged as tax.

Quickly diagnosed the issue. Didnt try to upsell! Only reason not 5 stars- got to the house 30 minutes early, but couldnt wait 5 minutes for my wife to finish up something before letting them in. They came back a little later, but then my wife had to wait.Otherwise, professional, and I would recommend their services

My door lock stopped working on me while washing my little girls clothes and i called about 5 or 6 places, the soonest i was going to see that part would be in about 5 days, most places were closed for the holiday. I called A Appliance and Pam answered, she was the only one working today (thank you Pam for working today) and she managed to track down the last part they had, it was hiding on a shelf in a techs van. I called A-Appliance on Saturday morning for help with my Maytag Refrigerator defrosting issue. The scheduling lady was very helpful and went out of her way to send a technician almost immediately. She called back to confirm Tech is on the way and will arrive shortly.As promised Remon arrived shortly and immediately started diagnosing the problem. He was very meticulous and went methodically about checking and eliminating each issue. He finally diagnosed the issue with Control Board and as this is an off market part, promised to order and be back in a week time to replace it.Meanwhile my refrigerator is working and we are able to use it until the control board is replaced.I highly recommend them, they are independent local business with a sense of excellent customer service and timeliness.

They said a technician would be out within 20 minutes and after an hour he showed up and said the base needed replaces for almost $500 because no place to hook the spring. Spoke to an honest company they hooked the spring to a hole right beside the rusted one for $55 and it works good. What a bunch of con men.

I dropped my dryer off at their shop and didn’t get it back for 3 weeks. After picking up the dryer and reinstalling it in my home. It still did not work. I called them again to come look at it an they said now the motor is bad. After replacing the motor it still doesn’t work. Now they say they can’t fix it and I’m SOL because they won’t give the me back the almost $800 I spent for them to “fix” my dryer. The dryer will run one load but shuts down on the second load and won’t run again until it cools off for a couple hours. The repair guy kept telling me “it’s not a commercial dryer you should not be doing more than one load in a row”

The technician, Remon, came out to do a repeat call on my dishwasher. Found that I have a bad circuit breaker causing the problem. Did not get charged for the visit. Technician was very thorough and professional. During the same visit, he also was able to look at my electric range that had stopped heating and fixed it in the same visit. Im very appreciative of the work and will use this company again in the future.

Tech did not have the proper tools. He was supposed to fix the fridge but ended up doing something to the freezer and it stopped working. We tried to call and get help. Our calls were not returned. After several days, we put a stop payment on the check. We then received a threatening letter. I called to try and resolve the issue and was treated very rudely. I was told that I had to pay for the service call regardless of the quality of work. I will never use this company again.

They charge different visiting prices as per your model, if it high end or low end. Thats a first. Service visit should be service visit.

A power outage on our street left our refrigerator broken. We called on a Saturday, and they worked us in on Monday. My washer was leaking. I called A-Appliance and had a tech at my home on Monday morning. The washer had a broken water valve, and Remon said they would have to order the part. I expressed that I had a family surgery on Wednesday and really needed to have the repair done on Tuesday. Remon picked up the part on Tuesday, and came and repaired the washer before he went home. He also looked at my garbage disposer and gave me some helpful tips to keep it functioning. From the office girls, to the technician, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I will definitely call them in the future.

After multiple calls of following up and several visits from technician in a period of more than 1 month, my oven was finally repaired. The cost of the repair (labor + parts) is about the same as buying a brand new oven range. Unfortunately, my oven broke down again 3-4 months after being repaired and they only guarantee labor for 1 month and parts for 3 months.

Horrible. Tech came move my freezer from the garage into the house. That was it and charge me $86. Didnt even do anything. Took them less than 5 minutes to do so. Then told me if if hours later i plug it back in and it dont work. Then throw it way. Waiste of my time and money
