George is the best when it comes to fixing my 2004 9-3 convertible. The couple times i took my sabb to George he knew how much it was going to cost and always promises to deliver your car on the day he said it would be done. His prices are very VERY reasonable. People had said to me that I was going to regret buying the sabb since the parts were expensive. Ive spent more fixing breaks on a Honda than I ever spent fixing my sabb. Since George doesnt rip you off on prices I drive 2hrs to have him fix my car. I trust him 100% with my baby.

The Duke is a Saint. This guy will always fix your Swedish yank tanks for a reasonable price!

George was more than patient with my crazy plan. I have always had excessive rear camber (rear alignment off) on my Saab 9-5s. It was so bad on my current one its killing tires in months not years. The Saturn L200 was built on the same chassis and came out with an adjustable rear control arm and I found a website that said it would work on the Saab. He had to be creative with the headlight level sensor but it worked! Im not riding on the inner edge of the back tires! Everyone else I called said they had to see the car first but George was willing to check out the website and then to try the repair. Fast, reasonably-priced and great service. Thanks George, you saved my car!

George Duke, the proprietor & Master Mechanic, is for certain the straightest-shooting auto mechanic Ive ever done business with; and I have heard nothing to the contrary from anyone else Ive talked Saabs with! Georges wife, Pauline, is Office Manager extraordinaire, and the two combined are the epitome of Mom and Pop--customers receive prompt, polite, and personalized service...the actual quality of the auto work is excellent, and George stands by his work...pricing is very reasonable & is always fair...and George addresses only what needs to be addressed, is NEVER pushy, and many times has said I didnt owe him anything, because it was an easy fix to him, not because he didnt do anything to the car... Now, THAT is what I call integrity. Gouging and less scrupulous business practices, sadly, may be expected with some other, larger establishments--but NEVER here. I bought my car a year and a half ago off my mother, who had it for the prior 10 years--and Duke of Saab has unquestionably been our go-to resource all this time. Great job!
