Emanuela was professional positive competent and beyond helpful to me when I rented my unit as was her manager who provided assistance to me also. This is the nicest cleanest most modernized storage facility Ive ever seen on Long Island. Their accommodations are unlike any Ive ever experienced. There is an actual garage you can directly pull your car into so you can unload indoors without having to go in & out of multiple doors with your stuff all while not being exposed to the elements. Its such a pleasure! I highly recommend this location. I only wish I knew it existed sooner than Sept 25, 2021 Im am so grateful I discovered it. Terrific customer service. The manager in Plainview is incredible. Extremely thorough, efficient, helpful and responsive. This is my first time renting with this company, and she made it seamless. We move in next weekend and anticipate it will be a great experience, too. The units are all super clean and well kept, safe and secure. So far, I can recommend this company for anyone needing local storage.

Emanuela was great! Warm, friendly, professional, efficient. Gave us a tour of the facility and explained its operation clearly. The place was clean as a whistle and smelled fresh. Brightly lit with multiple cameras. It was a little chilly, which served to highlight the fact that its temperature-controlled. Felt I paid a good price for my locker. Got a nice deal for signing up for 6 months. Very pleased to be storing my stuff here!

My experience with this location started a few months ago and all is well. Have to give a special shout out to Ms.E (dont want to use her government because I didnt get her permission) she is a fantastic woman and very thoughtful. She helped with an email address a couple of weeks ago and didnt have to. Her patience and willingness to show great customer service is so appreciated.

Very quick, easy process - handled efficiently as possible by woman who helped me check in after I made a reservation online. Space is clean, efficiently laid out, and the bonus of pulling the vehicle inside to load/unload without concern about the weather is a huge plus. The app/bluetooth access control to all the doors is very modern and easy to utilize.

We had a great experience getting a locker lease at Safeguard in Plainview. Emanuela was extremely helpful and patient in helping us understand our options and showing us different lockers. She is a gem. The facility is clean and well lit. Their technology makes things easy.

I recently moved to New York and called atleast 5-6 storage. I looked up online and gave a try to Safeguard Self Storage which currently in google has 39-40 overall reviews as of August 2021. Dont get me wrong but I was bit skeptical still i went ahead and reserved my unit. Next Day I get a call from Emanuela Cattedra. I told her I will be coming in by afternoon & when I went to see the storage it was clean and beautiful. Some storage either has cleanliness problem or rude service behavior but here Ms. Emanuela Cattedra was very nice and showed me my reserved unit and other units space which I had in mind. I rented it the same day with reasonable price and happy with Emanuela Cattedra very great service. BTW, This storage is fully digital which is a big thumbs up. Just a tap and you can unlock your unit, sliding door and even car parking where you can unload your item. Emanuela Cattedra thank you for that 10/10 customer service.

This is quite an impressive facility. State of the art access and security. The Plainview location is fairly new. It is impeccably clean and the the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They also sell moving supplies at this location. Reasonably priced too. The truck and driver option is only is limited to a VERY local proximity. Highly recommend this facility.

The best place to store your items

Great place, nice staff and easy to use. Everything is digital - so no messing around with locks or key codes. The staff was informative and easy to chat with for the whole sign up.

Brand new facility thats spotless with the newest in technology. Having an app to open garage doors and the specific unit is very convenient. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
