***Long review disclaimer***It’s been a few weeks since my experience, but I just wanted to say I enjoyed working with the IndyWest team from start to finish. I was very specific on the make, model, and options of the motorcycle I wanted and IndyWest had exactly what I was looking for so I reached out to them. Troy got back with me right away and I appreciate the team working with me from afar since I live in Fort Wayne. We were able to have productive conversations prior to me making the trip south to see the bike in person and take a test ride. Troy in sales was easy to talk to, easy to work with, low pressure, and was helpful throughout the process. I need to mention again how important it was for me not having a salesperson trying to push me reluctantly into a sale or steer me into a more expensive model that I did not want. I was able to go down on a Saturday morning, finalize the deal by lunchtime and then coordinate our schedules with the team for dropping off my new bike and picking up my trade-in. A few days later Bryan showed up in my driveway with a nice delivery van with ramp and was able to back up very close to my garage so we didn’t have to mess around with any inclement weather concerns. I was very impressed with Bryan’s attention to detail and meticulousness in ensuring the new motorcycle was taken care of and in impeccable condition throughout the delivery process. I must say, I initially had reservations about working with a dealer 2.5hrs away in the winter time when I have a local dealer closer to me. Those concerns disappeared quickly and once I took delivery, I am pleased with the overall outcome and experience and would highly recommend IndyWest to anyone. Now, I just need the weather to warm up and snow to melt so I can start putting some miles on my new ride… until then, I’ll just have to admire it sitting in my garage.

Staff was awesome!!! They allow dogs and my girl was soaking up all the attention!!! One guy even came out of the back to pet her!!! Saw some beautiful rides!!! Unfortunately they didnt carry HD s&p shakers or the stickers you can put on your lid (helmet). Been looking for some to put on my van! Im lucky cause where we are staying we get to hear bikes everyday!!! Love my bike fam!

We went there on December 8th to see what bikes they had. Honestly didnt plan on purchasing a bike that day. We were greeted by salesperson Doug. Showed us all the used bikes on the showroom floor and back in the other building. I seen the one I purchased and instantly loved it! Doug was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. When I decided that was the one I wanted they worked with me and my circumstances to get me on that bike! The Indy West staff are awesome and I would recommend anyone there for their Harley purchase! You all rocked!!! Especially Doug!!!

Took Rider Academy in prep for my motorcycle license. Nice folks and facilities.

Rick and his associates in service dept. Always go out of their way to make best of our purchases and great knowledge. Dave and Matt went step above help make the financial sale fit our needs always. Anthony was a great sale person to work with help us get our new ride. Great experience. Every employee always greet you with a smile and friendliness. Loved our little poker play to win a great gift certificate. Brian was a lifesaver in being able to deliver and pick up our trade in almost 2 hrs from store with great professionalism and could tell he treats all delivery bikes like his own with great care and pride. Explained some features and made sure we didnt need anything before departing after delivery. Indy West is an awesome store with awesome employees. So glad we was able to purchase our second bike from them. Definitely recommend Indy West for all you Harley and Motorcycle needs.

This was our first Harley Davidson, so we were rather excited and nervous. Anthony was an awesome guy. He listen to everything we were looking for and made great suggestions as well. He truly had our best interest in mind. He was super informative as well. I would totally recommend Indy West and Anthony to anyone looking to buy a new or used Harley. They make you feel like family and not a customer.

Im stoked with my purchase Doug and Kale made the process seemingly quick no bs or smoking guns just facts made me feel like I could trust the process even after a long two year nation wide search Doug this time heard my concerns riding style and features that I wanted in my next bike although I had (3) other bikes to look at upon my return visitThey worked to get the price right at an affordable like new bike for me

He was very personable and remembered why I wasnt there the previous weekend because of my parents. Personal touch means all the difference in the world it wasnt about getting the dollar it was about making it work for the rider. I have search got years for this babyblue, electric blue Softail, and his email to me with this bike, I knew she was the one. From financing, to parts, to service, and floor and cashiers, everyone was amazing. Ringing the bell, feeling the pride of owning my first new vehicle and it was a Harley Davidson. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!On a road trip got a flat rear tire 26miles out. Managed to limp it here. It was a Monday (closed on Monday) so stayed at hotel next door .They got me in first thing Tuesday morning. Tire so flat wouldnt take at at all, so they trailered ot over to their service department. Whole staff was super kind friendly and helpful.Thank you so much for the quick turnaround Indy West.

I made a post last week and took it off because I did not word it the way I meant it. This is one of my favorite places to go, just to look at the clothes. The only problem is that most of the time I cant afford stuff. I live on a disabilty check and we all know the government is cheap so I dont get much. I can always find something on the clearance rack amd I am grateful for that area. I am saving for a jacket that I saw on there a week ago and Im praying that its still there when I have enough to get it. If you have never been to Weatside Harley I think you should go check it out...

Doug took the time to talk to me 2 years ago when I was not ready to move up from my Sportster yet. He sat me down and talked me through what to look for when buying a bike. I knew then I would not buy my next bike from anyone else. He would randomly send emails stating in touch and in March I decided to make The move to a fatboy Lo S. I can not recommend Doug enough! I had brought my bike in for routine service and, a couple other things in preparation for a road trip to Florida that I was leaving for at 5:30 the next morning. Everything I asked of the service department went as expected, no problems. The First come first serve service on Fridays and Saturdays is an excellent feature. They have always taken good care of me at Indy-West. While there I was picking up a couple items I needed for my trip, one of which was a new rain sock for my breather. Unfortunately they were out of stock at the time. Mike at the parts counter loaned me his own for my trip. This is service beyond what I expected and, I sincerely appreciate it.

Bought a new Ultra limited there back in 2016. Cant even count the thousands Ive spent there since, BUT, even if its just for a couple of screws in parts, or a little advice from sales, Im always treated like family. Love that place & stop anytime we’re scootin by...!

Stopped in a Saturday evening and was one of the best experiences that Ive had a any of the Harley dealerships Ive been at. Even though it was time to close Doug stated that he would stay as long as he needed to. Then on Tuesday when I returned to ride and ended up buying the Limited several of the staff members stayed past the closing time to make sure the buying experience was the best one we could have. I will recommend your dealership to everyone I know.

Doug has been extremely helpful in purchasing my first bike. He is so friendly and knows his stuff! He made communicating with him easy and fast. Terry worked with me on getting exactly what I wanted and the payments I needed. Both employees put me first and I really appreciate that.

Will not be returning for service. I believe the only thing you could get done at IndyWest Harley-Davidson without disappointment is buy a t-shirt. I recently relocated my family here from Fort Wayne and was excited to have a local dealership close to me for service and parts. When I called into speak with service I was spoken to rudely and drilled on questions about my Job. I had already dropped off my bike so I decided to ride it out willing to let it go. Other than the safety recall, I requested some quotes on some accessories and requested an inspection so I could complete any maintenance they would recommend since it hadnt been to an authorized dealer in 2 years. I told Don this and told him I wanted to be sure everything was perfect because I had hit a deer on this bike several years ago. I was ready to spend some money. Since the accident there are a ton of parts that still need replaced. I Never felt welcomed and wasted a ton of time, and paid for an inspection that I believe was never completed with accuracy. (Because my front Rotors are WARPED) Maybe instead of drilling me about my job, Don should work on being good at his.

Doug was awesome he went above and beyond to help me out to get my husband the bike he wanted from another store to Indy West.

I happened to walk into the dealership to see if I could get a jump for my vehicle- the battery discharged. They walked to my worksite and got me running. Keep in mind they understood i was NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER. They went out of their way for me. I am grateful. Operationally speaking, I give them straight As for their working knowledge of the product lines that they are carrying. Additionally the service centers abundant knowledge of current as well as old hogs gives them a deserving A as well. Home run boys you dated outside of the park. Highly recommended.

I have purchased seven Harleys over the years and all of them have been great, Whats not to love about buying a Harley? This is definitely the best experience Ive had. Mark Crist was great to work with, and everyone that he introduced me to was as well. I never felt like I was being pushed, no sales gimmicks, got a very fair offer on the bike I was trading in. The people at this dealership are very hospitable, a family like atmosphere. I felt like a VIP the whole time. I would highly recommend you get this dealership a shot at your business.

Bought my very first Harley! Doug went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the bike that I wanted! Just completed the MSF basic rider course earlier this afternoon. Rider Coaches Bill & Tiffany were absolutely great. They explained every exercise very well and made sure we were being given the tools to build solid, safe riding skills. The bikes were easy enough to maneuver and they really focused on those core skills to be successful in taking the skills test at the end.I highly recommend anyone debating whether to take this course or not to do so with Bill & Tiffany. While I know my weaknesses (and boy were they exposed), I feel much more confident as a rider even after just a couple days. We had a few riders who had not ridden a bike and amazing how much more comfortable they were. For those not sure whether they want to ride/buy a bike, take this class. Youll be glad you did.All of the staff we met at the dealership were super positive and so friendly. I dont ride a Harley but would consider it for my next bike just because the atmosphere was so positive. The owners should be very proud of this team.Thanks IndyWest for helping me get further in enjoying motorcycle riding.

We were called to come in and get a seat backrest installed. When we arrived an employee said we would have to bring the bike back another day. Brent stepped in and honored the commitment originally promised us on the phone. Kudos to Brent! He knows the true meaning of customer service.

Stopped at this store this past Sunday. Store is nice, good selection of clothes and bikes. Not very impressed with the salesperson. He left me feeling we were wasting his time.Update: ended up buying a bike at Harley Davidson Indianapolis in Fishers Indiana. What my experience lacked in your dealership, they made up for it tenfold.

I always bought my bikes from my HD dealer in florida and theyd ship once I moved back to Indiana. I sold my Road Glide and was looking for a cruiser to make fast and Mark matched their price they were gonna give and made the same very Easy.

The service crew always aims to please. Their expertise is always spot-on, from mundane tasks like oil changes to more complex jobs like lowering. And their detailing department is second to none. Many times I expected only a wash a got a detail instead! Impressive! Ill never forget the time they saved me hundreds of dollars on a paint job by buffing out some serious scratches. Youve earned another loyal customer here!
