The worst experience ever.... I purchased a drink was never told about a no exchange no refund on product until I go back and try to return, didn’t end up using it and explained that I didn’t need... was told by Jeff the one in charge that I’d have to keep because all GNC’s have this no return policy, I was even told to just give it away because in these trying times we just have 60$ laying around to give absolutely no sensitivity towards his customers and their needs, I immediately got in my vehicle called another GNC and was told with the receipt and ID I’d have no problem on exchanging or refunding at their location, save yourself the trouble and bother by going to this store thankfully the mall is 4 min away, the gentleman was able to accommodate me and gave me a refund and a worry free piece of mind, thank you Jeff for reminding me why I’m in customer service for 18 years I love what I do and it’s people like you that remind me why I got into this field not everyone has a chip on their shoulder and not every customer service person is rude!

Me and my boyfriend were just there and he was picking up preworkout. It wasnt his favorite brand and it certainly wasnt cost effective. We were kind of just talking to ourselves about an ingredient we didnt like, and Jake heard us and immediately suggested another one and grabbed it for us. It was a little bit more expensive, but Jake got us a coupon from a promotion they had going, without us even asking!...so we got a brand with the better ingredients, there was double the amount of product in the container, and for just a few bucks extra after the coupon. This is the best GNC in the area and Jeff is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has always been able to explain the differences between products to help me make the best choice for my needs. Dont waste your time at online suppliers that may or may not sell you fresh product.

My first visit to this GNC I was in search of Protein powder and a recommendation of a personal trainer in January 2019! I purchased the powder and received the recommendation and have been working with the personal trainer ever since!!! I am in the best shape ever and I have replaced all of my supplements with GNC brand! I owe it all to Jeff at GNC Plainfield 😃

Well GNC finally got the rewards program working in the store. I was looking for some male vitamins and the owner Jeff was a big help. I know people claim GNC is overpriced but you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back to Jeff store

This is by far the worst store I have ever been to. Service was beyond poor, absolutely no nutritional experience or knowledge. Questions were answered while the clerk was texting a friend. I highly recommend going the extra mile to the GNC in the mall.
