My family and I use the Click List for pickups, and we have gotten nothing but great service. Updates/Substitutions are sent to me in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very clean store.

I was just in this Kroger On Main Street in Plainfield. Im from Michigan. I went in to use the bathroom and had to tell the manager that it needed some work. I met Danielle Renee Store manager. This girl works for a living. Works! I believe she needs a raise if not also some accolades to go with it. Shes a good, definitelya good girl to keep for an employee.Thank you...Mike Dicca😜

Staff here is great, but this Kroger has really gone downhill. 6:30 PM on a weeknight, half the self checkouts are closed and all the cashier lines are closed. I thought more self checkout lines were supposed to make things faster. Looks like they are just inconvenient and cutting cashier jobs. Man, whaling lines.

Clean but still working on getting shelves fulling stocked. It appears to be a smaller store so choices of products is a little more limited than what I am used to. Overall, generally a good experience.

My husband and I came here to get some snacks and drinks today Friday July 3. We found them quickly and went to check out. The only problem was the slow service though it was very busy. We took it back to our car where we’ll be sleeping tonight. I’m going to give context to the why we’re sleeping in our car for a couple nights. On Tuesday June 30 we checked into a hotel nearby but left after we saw bugs. We got a refund and an older couple let us stay in their spare bedroom that had an attached private bathroom. They were super nice and let us stay with them for free, and we left this morning as we didn’t want to feel like we were overstaying our welcome. And we’ll sleep in our car for a couple nights and then stay in a nice hotel in downtown Indianapolis paying for it with the money we’ve saved by sleeping in our car and staying with the older couple. I’ll continue to update my reviews.

Thw store itself still has good selection but on todays visit they overcharged for my deli cheese. I took the receipt back in and waited thru the line again and was told the needed the bag of cheese. Id already spent more time than I wanted to there. She was very unpleasant about it. Had I made it the cashiers problem they would have fixed it but I was trying to be courteous to the other shoppers as well. Id rather go to the Avon store they have a higher level of customer service.

Im not a huge Kroger fan, but this is a FAR superior shopping experience to the Mooresville store. Theres plenty of parking, the shelves are usually fully-stocked, and the people are generally friendly. Cleanliness of the store is also where Id expect it to be, and the prices are also the same high Kroger prices youll find in Mooresville. If youre looking for a good Kroger, this is it.

Customer service is horrible. Ordered online. Some third party delivery service was set to deliver. Mistakes were made.Got ahold of store management and they were rude and of no help. The store has been going down hill for years.Wont ever be back.How bad is it? Id rather go to Dollar Tree and Walmart.

Gabriela, who assisted in the floral section, was extremely helpful. She prepared our flower selection very well with the vase we picked. She paid great attention to detail and it turned out great. She deserves five stars!!!

Horrible experience with Plainfield Indiana Store Management for a friend of mine. They charged her multiple times for Clicklist and she tried for days to get someone to refund the charges and they didnt care to call her back. The various individuals she spoke with treated her like she wasnt telling the truth and could have cared less to go the extra mile to help her. She ended up having to physically go into the store and still basically didnt really believe her. They wanted more proof than what she was showing them from her credit card account on her phone. Instead of them working to fix the issue, she had to spend so much time jumping through hoops when they should have done it for her since it was their mistake but they made it her problem. Still, after more than a week of trying, calling and faxing a ton of paperwork, nobody has yet to call her and money hasnt been refunded. I will never use this store again. Have been a customer of the store since it opened. Sad that customer service is non existent here anymore.

No Diet Tonic Water in store last three times I shopped. Three weeks short or no Tonic water. Couldnt find Graham Crackers in Crackers, Cereal aisle or Chips. Where do you hide it. Really good checkout and bag in my bags this trip. Thanks to the checkout team!

Ive been going to this Kroger for 20 years. Up until recently Ive had great experiences . Today I was looking for something and it was a rare time I needed help . I could feel the staff consciously ignoring me as they could tell I was searching for someone. Then once I found what I was looking for (with no help) I walked up to the cashier Hannah I believe was her name . And greeted her with a hi hows your day. She rolled her eyes and said I need to see Id as I was buying beer. So its a great place until you need help with something .

This store is awful! Try shopping for 8-10 people and having 2 or 3 carts and you have to wait forever. Only 1 cashier at any given time of the day. I shop here because of the convenience of it being so close to us but definitely not worth it.also check your groceries especially boxes. I bought a box of snack cakes and found a mouse hole chewed into the box.

Pretty good organic options. This store needs to take another step and offer grass fed beef, grass fed cream, and grass fed butter. People will pay more for healthier options. It would be nice to see this store offer even more healthy options and rise above all the other grocery stores in the area.

Get very frustrated with this Kroger store they run specials like Friday specials that are only good for two days Friday and Saturday you can go in at 8 o’clock on Friday morning and they’re out of it when you complain they tell you that it was not sent on the truck And since it’s a digital special they do not give rain checks how convenient have been in the store five times in the last three weeks to buy rotisserie chicken they never have any have been given all kinds of excuses from managers two weeks ago I was told I would get a free chicken can’t get a free chicken when they don’t have any it is becoming one of the worst stores in Plainfield Indiana to shop at running specials does not help a customer when you don’t have the items very poor customer service always full of excuses. Also on this day it was Friday afternoon at 2:15 there was one line open everyone else was going to express checkout with carts full of groceries the line was nine deep at the express checkout the express line is for a few items not carts full of groceries this is a Friday afternoon in Plainfield Indiana only one line open really why didn’t someone from the office or manager open a cash register

I got the #1 chicken combo meal on my lunch, choice of baked or fried plus 2 sides and roll for $3.99. I thought that was a pretty good deal, and the food was really good!

A Kroger employee named Penny helped us find kid-size water bottles for Us. There was none on the shelf and she went back and got 2 cases for Us. Great employee! Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

I was in line for check out which went well except for the woman who I believe to be the manager stood at the end talking to other customers so our groceries couldn’t be bagged which held up the whole line, then after they were done talking her and another employee stood next The like watching the groceries pile up instead of bagging so I started bagging when an older man came over and started bagging on the one I was bagging at instead of the one next to it, he moved as slow as possible. It was fine shopping but getting to the lines where employees are just standing around talking and not helping was completely rude and annoying.

The store itself isnt terrible but I will never get my click list here again. I got a dozen eggs cracked, rotten meat, and moldy produce. Never again. Southport road is worth the drive.

Went in for a simple item. Was able to locate parking within reasonable distance. Locate item check out and back to the house all in 29 min.

I like shopping at this Kroger, the people are very helpful. My experience today was different, the cashier was a little rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I was buying greens and she did not want to touch them. I told her they only had water on them.

Their floral department is unprofessional at best. Everything looks nice but the flowers are rotted and blossoms will fall off/or will have been previously cut. Dont buy flowers here.

This was my to go store, but have to say whats the purpose of using your down load coupons if the store is not acknowledging them at check out you dont realize it till you get home and look at receipt and see you got charged the regular price.I have bought expired food here who has time to check the dates, is it my job NO tells me someones not doing their job shouldnt the stockers be looking for this. I can go on but I will leave it at that,but I will do my shopping at Meijer for now on

We love shopping at Kroger. They have a great variety. The veggies are fresh and the shelves always stocked well.

Everything is always great except the parking lot. It is the worst. Ive almost been ran over countless times and trying to park or pull out can take up to 20 minutes just avoiding people speeding through.

I usually find the produce that Im looking for. I would appreciate if they would have more Jewish foods and desserts all throughout the year, Thanks.

For the Plainfield Area, Kroger has the best meats and fresh produce. I enjoy the organic selections and they have even special ordered for me in the past for a product that was not a stock item. I have always experienced great service and I shop there 3 - 4 times a week. Pharmacy has been very good service too. Today I ordered a specialty cake so I am eager to how that turns out. Certainly my favorite grocery store in Plainfield.

Pros: Extremely fast checkout and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cons: Store overall very disorganized, lots of holes in shelves where merchandise should be, shelves not zoned throughout store, twice picked items from shelves (and a gallon of milk) that were extremely close to expiration (showing stock isnt rotated, just put on the shelf).

I buy my lunch meat here this is the only place in town that has Boars Head produce department is pretty nice pharmacist is really nice. Some of the staff members needs some tuning on their customer service skills Ashley happens to be one of those.

Their produce lasts more than a week, their deli is always polite, and the butcher has answers to every question. Top all that off with plenty of parking and a fast check out and Im sold.

A little disappointed in the Deli service today. I have to use the mobile handicap carts, so Im in sitting position. Deli server ignored me for 15 minutes, while she served others who came up after me. When no one else but me to serve she asked me what I wanted. That experience was the worst I have ever had at Krogers in Plainfield Indiana. I will still go there, but the manager will be told about it.

It was a great trip and the people who work in the RX are the best I have had in all the other places like CVS and Walgreen and walmart .So yes I will always go to Kroger.

This visit was the worst. I couldnt find quite a few.things this time, I waited for help for about 20 minutes then moved on, the pharmacy was absolutely chaotic, the tech, vicki, was extremely rude, I understand that you are busy but i dont appreciate being ignored, spoken over, and then left waiting (i am a single mother with two kids WAITING on me) and the way she spoke to the younger girl like she was a dog made me a bit angry, I felt the need to tell her no one is perfect and its all about looking on the positive side, things will go wrong but dont allow it to change you or your attitude...she smiled. Vicki then proceeded to tell me how my insurance is ran and tell me that she couldnt do certain things, she refused, which really means that I had to wait longer and then eventually walk away because she was helping others and I was the first person there, I also did not appreciate that. I was still attempting to be nice, yet when she came back to me she still said she couldnt, I was firm that she could she said I dont have time, and i was trying to be polite as I work in the healthcare field, but the way she purposely disregarded me, as well as spoke over me without even hearing what I even said, and then proceeding with the same sour attitude and presence really makes me want to take all of my business elsewhere. I have times, dates and other events with this tech that are previous with the same result. This is the Kroger that I chose to keep going to based on a few people that go over and beyond because I am a regular. But I also had a problem with the cashier (I asked her if she could count the save 5 items for me to make sure I got them even and she said she couldnt, I know that she can but I dont understand why she lied, she took my coupons without scanning them, I had a few for free milk with purchase and I asked if she could have someone grab them and she ignored me) and the bag boys, I had to run to my truck to get my Id and when I came back they were literally slopping all of my groceries, produce, cleaner, detergent, yogurts EVERYWHERE! I just finished unpacking my groceries and almost everything is busted up, my produce is smashed, there was bleach Crystals in with them as well, my yogurts were busted, boxes smashed, chemicals packed with produce, bagged food, I bought alot of fresh fish and shrimp that was packaged with febreze and leaking everywhere. Im super disappointed about the experience and I will be filing a complaint.

A little run down, but still has descent selection of organic and natural foods. Have had trouble with the natural meats being spoiled even though in date. Still much better than a Walmart!

Hours say they close at 10pm. At 9:25 their doors are locked and I see people inside. Please adjust your hours. Very misleading.

Good store for variety of harder to find grocery items but if you go later at night they have only self check with only one person assisting....meaning that anyone with a larger cart full is going to jam up the whole operation. I get off work at 930pm. If I stop by after that the wait at checkout is ghastly. Poor management in that respect as I have seen customers put thier items back and leave on more than one occassion.

Clean and orderly. Stock is easy to find. Prices are competitive.

Town of Plainfield and Kroger need to work together to offer Plainfield a better Kroger store. Amenities offered at other locations around Indianapolis and surrounding areas simply are not offered at this location. For example, Click List, a better selection overall and possibly a gas station are not offered at the Plainfield location.

People there will help you with anything that you would like. Going above and beyond

Im going to complain about this Kroger having 6 self checkout lanes open and only 1 regular lane. I was in a hurry because I had popsicles and ice cream and because I was rushing, I dropped a canned food item on my toe. It hurts pretty bad and I blame Kroger!
