The shop is immaculate. At the counter, there is a pleasant lady. Imported goods come in many shapes and sizes. Prices that are reasonable.

Its pretty neat and nice, and its a great area for kids to hang around. It is widely accessible, has a wide range of food products, and is reasonably priced.

We dont have a Jewels in the south this was the first job I had growing up in Chicago I always enjoy my grocery shopping experience when Im in Chicago they sell my favorite candy praise the Lord it happened to be buy one get one free Fannie Maes. I love the deals, savings and fresh foods great prices! I love to buy the package mixed nuts.

This Jewel Osco branch has always been one of the better one, in terms of customer service. I dealt with Becky on my last trip, and she was extremely helpful in getting my item ready for pickup and then helping me load it in the car.

I’ve been coming to this jewel for 15 years. Everyone who works here are amazing, helpful and friendly! The honestly treat you like family. From the deli counter, bakery, my favorite sushi guy who knows my order as soon as he sees me, to the meat department who’s always made sure Christmas Eve fish and Christmas Day meats are in point! I can’t forget the floral department who has made every special occasion look amazingThank you

This jewel osco has one of the best floral departments out of the few around, the store is always kept pretty clean and they have quality workers Always willing to help I have seen many young ones coming to assist the older customers.

Great store! Everything is all ways fresh. They have people to wait on you so you are in and out quickly!

This is a small Jewel store with limited selection, low inventory, and narrow isles that arent safe for social distancing. They typically run out of sale items even before the weekend. Cooked food items in the deli arent offered until late morning. One time I wanted to buy five buckets of wings for an office party but was declined. I immediately called the Jewel on Caton Farm Road in Joliet who gladly accepted my order. I gave up on Plainfield Jewel. They have a friendly staff but thats it. I do the majority of my shopping at Meijer. I cant wait until the new Plainfield Costco opens.

Out of apple pies during holiday season...come on! Wanted to give apple pies to some co-workers, and Jewel had none...

This may be harsh, but I truly wonder if the people they have filling pickup orders can read. We have been doing pickup orders since they started it. They make mistakes on every order. They rarely have really good quality produce. And if they do have high quality organic produce, its usually rotten because people dont buy good clean food anymore.

This has to be one of the best Jewels Ive been to! Im not easily impressed going to a supermarket but wow! Very clean, organized, big selection of everything! Very fresh food selection. Ill go out of my way to come back here!

Great customer service at the Chefs kitchen with Chad! He was very polite and helpful. He didnt rush in helping me. Took his time and was friendly and knowledgeable!

We still like this Jewel, but past two times I got the large shrimp cocktail tray, it was awful, dried up like paper. First time I thought I got the oldest one, and kinda brushed it off. But second time it was embarrassing in front of my guests. I know for 20$ its a great deal but still seafood needs to be checked thoroughly for freshness :(Plus with the Covid-19 you cant even take it back to replace it...

Jewel Osco needs to train their baggers on how to bag the items. I shopped there last Sunday and when I got home I had 2 damaged items.they just throw everything in the bags like they don’t care.

This location must have a bad management, compering to other Jewels. Poor selection, specially on produce, vegetables and fruits are low quality it goes pretty much for the whole store. Other locations have products that this one doesnt. Ive started shopping at Meijer or different Jewel.

The food are fresh and the place is clean

Pharmacy is outstanding. The rest of the store seems crunched on payroll and supervision. Today basically out of fresh rolls in the bake shop at 11:45 am. Twice last week my wife went for fresh tortillas in the deli and out. Was told not enough help. Service at registers is very efficient.

This jewel just doesnt have enough produce or meats. Just a small store.

Good sales, and great markdowns, too!Customer service and product variety justifies any prices that are higher than big-box grocery stores. (At Meijer you would need to shoplift to get any staff member to pay attention long enough to point out a product location.)

Fine store and meat market. The bakery is good, my only gripe is how often the sale price do not show up when scanning at the cashier. They always resolve any issues but at the customer service counter which adds time spent doing something that should not have occurred in the first place. But friendly while dealing with the staff.
