Tony and his team did a fantastic job. They were neat, clean, kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I was working with another counter top company suggested by my first contractor until I switched gears and went with another GC. The GC we ultimately ended up using insisted on Tony and Granite Radiance. The price was much less on the quartzite surface we chose. The service and transparency was refreshing. All we wanted was to be treated fair and Granite Radiance delivers. The install was flawless.

Price was good but service was aweful. Very poor communication, I had to keep calling and texting. Appointments were always late. Measuring guy insisted the flooring MUST be installed before the granite hearth to find out when the installers arrived it was the complete opposite and they wanted to rip out my new flooring. Measuring was horrible as all the granite pieces were the wrong size. Ordered a 12” overhang for the kitchen, got a 10 1/2” overhang. Was told by measuring guy they couldn’t do larger but the installers said you use braces and they can do up to a 14” overhang. The installation took almost 5 hours and they had to cut & polish the granite in my driveway due the mis measurement.Aweful experience. The granite looks nice but I wish I would have gotten what I wanted as ordered.

Cannot say enough great things about this company. From the estimation process to total project completion, they were great. Andres was able to coordinate the entire demo and replacement of our total kitchen and flooring. Once the work began, the entire process took just over two weeks. He has a great team at his disposal who take pride in their work and left us with a gorgeous new kitchen (and brand new floors)! Tons of choices at a great price. Cant wait to have them back when its time to complete our master bath remodel.

Tony and his entire Company have been an outstanding group to work with. Granite Radiance did a complete kitchen make over on my brothers house and is under way on my home. I would recommend them to everyone. Pictures to follow!

They dont call you back. They dont do what they say or warn you that they are coming more than a few minutes. The people are nice and the work looks great but the trouble was not worth it. if you still want to use them dont pay more than half up front. If they fixed their CS issues I would have given 5 stars.

Carlos came to my house and said the job can be finished in two days. They showed up late the first day, and as they began working, it became apparent that they really didnt know what they were doing. They cut my back splash extensively to make badly cut granite pieces fit, leaving so many gaping holes that the entire back splash had to be replaced. They also incorrectly installed mounting brackets for the bar top area, leaving them completely exposed and unsightly. A two-day job turned into a week-long misery, and they made such a complete mess of my house, everything was covered in a thick layer of dust by the time they left. These guys are unprofessional, over-promise and under-deliver, and will cheat you out of your money. Dont use!
