Very friendly atmosphere, a bit crowded under current circumstances, but not much they could do about this given the size of the store. Friendly employees, clean workspace, good products. No issues aside from the tightness of the shopping space.

This is the worst JOURNEYS Ive been to, the man followed my husband around like he was going to steal something. I am watching this from the other side of the store. Yes my husband is black, this doesnt mean he is going to steal! With a store full of people, you continue to harass 1 man. We was there to pick up a pair of shoes on hold. I wanted to get some boots but after everything I sat back and watched, I will NEVER be back again! I just watched profiling, discrimination at its finest!!

The young man was very courteous and very helpful did not get aggravated as my eight year old granddaughter tried on about 12 pairs of shoes before she got the pair she liked. I appreciated the way the young man handled the situation took his time dealt with her smile cut up the whole time.

Great customer service! The staff members were very friendly and helpful!! Did not have what I wanted in the store but placed an order for it in the store. Was very surprised and happy that what I purchased will come straight to my home and free shipping!

Good quality shoes at a decent price and great selection, especially for kids shoes. Very small shop inside the Shops at Perry Crossing near many other clothing stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. Weve been buying shoes here for years and weve never been disappointed!

I love their converse my shoes are great I got the black sparkly pair and they are so awesome. I also got the pink and they kinda hurt my feet if I walk in them a lot but that is reasonable for any shoes I have. They are just so great and I wanted to share with anyone that sees this

They where great. They didnt have a wide selection of 12s or 13s. If u have bigger feet you may not find what youre looking for.

Place is unorganized, not enough employees to handle the the amount of people on a busy day; they cant keep track of who is next in line or next needs help. Theres a broken system. For the amount of $ they charge, fix the management to flow in the store so its not total chaos every time

Went to buy my grandson new shoes. All employees standing by counter on phones. Asked for help after 10 min of waiting. They just looked at and went back to texting on phones. Needless to say we left without getting help.

No one helped us, not one rep asked if we needed assistance the entire time, we had the item in hand ready for the size check and to complete the purchase but had no help at all...the place was very hectic...maybe needs structure for busy days?

Hip, edgy shoes for teens and young at heart!

Had my doc martens in stock and in my size. was able to have ready for me as I am incredibly busy. They were SWAMPED, which is a good problemto have. They got to me ina an appropriate amount of time and the lady that helped me had first helped me on the phone and recognized my voice. This location is a little small, so if you dont like to be in small quarters with a lot of people go daytime during the week. Knowledgable staff, and well staffed for business needs.
