J. Joho helped us make Christmas special for one of our family members this season. We dont live in IL and shipping this season was a nightmare, so we contacted Jennifer on Facebook and she graciously helped us pick out a gift, pay for it, and set up a local pickup from hundreds of miles away. Our family member was able to swing by the shop and pick up her gift - they even wrapped it beautifully so she couldnt peek before Christmas! So grateful for the wonderful service and for helping us find a beautiful gift.
