It was my first time there. Service writer was very professional and respectful. Waiting area was clean. I appreciate the vending machines being there for a quick snack. Overall an excellent experience. Much better than the last 2 Chevy dealers I’ve been too. I’ll definitely be back to continue service on my truck.
Very impressed with Webb Chevy in Plainfield. I had placed a factory order for a 2022 Trailblazer with another dealer, after months of waiting I was told GM was halting the production of Trailblazers due to the chip shortage. With my heart set on a the new Mahogany Red color, I quickly searched for any dealers in the area that had one in transit. Fortunately, Webb had one coming in, made a phone call asked if I could come in that day. Diego was very kind and helpful while I was there and kept me updated the best he could on the status of the delivery.During my time waiting for delivery I needed to have two loaner cars, each time an employee dropped it off with me at my home and work, which was VERY convenient.
I love my Chevrolet Camaro! Jim was professional and answered all my questions, he made the process simple. What a great team Webb Chevy has! I highlyrecommend.
On Saturday (09/25), we drove over an hour to purchase one of your vehicles. Upon arrival we were greeted by Will, which we previously were messaging with. He was very nice, professional, and was straight forward with us. Would recommend him for anyone in the market for a vehicle. However, we were talking numbers and the “manager” came over to talk to us. This “manager” definitely had a short man complex. Firstly, he solely addressed one of us and ignored the other. Then he continued to state he would not move the price on our trade in or on the vehicle we were trying to purchase. We were not given time to conversant back, we were dismissed. This “manager” has ruined the Webb reputation for us and will never recommend due to him. Also, we wish that a better leader will be available for Will and other staff members (very friendly).
I started my truck search with a Costco member inquiry. I received a phone call from Jim Ceci asking how he could assist me in finding a truck for me. We discussed different options on the different models they had in stock and pricing on each truck that I was interested in, I decided on a Silverado 1500 with the most options I wanted and a price that we liked. Jim wasn’t pushy as some salesman can be, he understood the complexity of buying a vehicle could be. Thanks for not being a pushy salesperson. Tim C
Usually always fine but today 10/25 i came in to get my oil changed. they came up to me about an hour later saying the lug nuts are swelled up and giving them trouble i told them if they are having trouble to skip out on the tire rotation. Then MIKE from the service department comes up to me saying i have to go home with a missing lugnut and they are not replacing it and they’re aren’t any even close by in stock (pretty much a you problem) asked for his name and he ignored me and said he was ignoring me so he “wouldn’t say something he didn’t wanna say” whatever that means that’s why this review us being put up but the manager here definitely kept it professional and got the new lug nut put on there in a timely manner. Just saying someone like this shouldn’t be working directly with the customers if he isn’t a people person.

Unimpressed. From the moment I walked in to trade in my truck and received their lowball offer I had a bad feeling about the dealership. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because they had the truck I wanted. They came up 3k from their original offer. After 2 hours of “negotiating” they finally came down 95$ from what they initially offered me as my payment. I had positive equity on my truck that they were going to give me back as a check. However when I went to go pick up the check it was 325$ short Of course they finally took responsibility for their “honest mistake” and I came back at a later date to get the corrected check. Also tried to sell me a cleaning package which supposedly was not an option, but mandatory on all new cars to buy. I did end up buying the new truck because it’s what I wanted that’s why I gave them 2 stars because I’m happy with the truck. Be knowledgeable about buying cars before you shop here. Unfortunately it only takes a couple bad apples to spoil the bunch.
Just went through the process of buying a new car at Webb. I cannot say enough nice comments about the staff. All helpful and friendly. Specifically we worked with Jim Ceci. He was easy to work with and even answered our call when an issue outside of regular business hours occurred. He was friendly, helpful and communicated completely through the process. We are very pleased with how helpful he was. Would completely recommend him and Webb Plainfield to our friends!

My Yukon needed new fuel injectors. There were four that were bad.Devon, the service manager, replaced all eight and then installed new fuel lines. He then was about to get GM to split the bill with me. Fantastic service!!! The whole crew in service has always taken good car of my service request. I cant say enough about my peers. I bought a new 2021 Chevy Malibu RS from this dealership back in June. And I just love this car. The RS model comes with a spoiler, 18 in. Wheels, dual exhaust, etc. And the sales (Salesman, Jim) and finance manager did an awesome job. I give those guys 10 stars out of 5 lol.I live in Indiana, so it was difficult getting the car registered, new license plate. Indiana is backlogged.When I first bought the car it came with a 30 day temp. Tag. John Ott (finance manager) went above and beyond to get me the license plate immediately. They had the new plate and registration sent Fed Ex. I’m extremely appreciative and I’ll let everyone I know that Webb Chevy Plainfield is the best Chevy dealer around. I just want to say Thanks again for all your help.
I brought my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation and asked for one of my tires to be looked at because I was having to refill the tire often. I was told there was a nail in the tire and it was able to be patched. I opted to have it patched and thought the tire would be good to go. I was at the dealership for 1.5 hrs and the next day my tire started to rapidly lose air pressure. I was not near the dealership & needed it looked at. I ended up having to have someone else re seal the tire because it was not properly done. Nobody rotated my tires and I was not told the tires were not rotated. Overall the communication was lacking.
Patrick was our salesman; he was very thorough explaining the vehicle options and the buying process. He was very helpful and not pushy. The vehicle itself was competitively priced and well cared for. The dealership gave us the best priced trade in value for our existing car and John went to bat to get us the best interest rate for financing within our budget. We will be lifelong customers. In and out in 2 hours flat.

I needed a new car. I did my research for many car places and ended up at Webb Chevrolet in Plainfield, IL.It is a car salesmans job to sell cars. My salesperson, Mr. Allen Salazar has another job too. His job is to be fair, caring, listening, helpful and in my mind most importantly, to understand the needs of the customer.Today, He did both of his jobs very well. He negotiated a fair price for the car he was selling and I got a fair price to purchase it. We had even stayed past closing time to complete the purchase. That is dedication, not to a sale, but to a customer.There was a small issue with a cracked rear tail light (which they made very clear to me that it existed). Allen offered to order a new part and when it arrives in a couple of days, they will send Tyler (one of their techs), to my house and replace it. They did and I live over an hour away!Tyler is a nice guy too. He even helped me with something that was related to the car but he did not have to do, but he did it anyway. Again, dedication. I even offered him a tip and but he politely declined.The finance guy, John Ott was very helpful as well and had great advice. A clever man and a pleasure to speak with.With everything being said, it was a pleasant and fruitful time that I spent at Webb Chevy when my wife and I came to buy a car. No, pressure, no pushy salesmen, great service, great price. What more can you ask for?HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was just shopping around for some information but James Ceci made it necessary to act immediately. He was a breath of fresh air! I admit I like going to a car dealership as much as going to the dentist. My experience with James has shifted that dynamic. When it is time to switch cars, I will seek out James. I have already told many of my friends to contact James before they make any care buying decisions.
I went to Webb Chevy in Plainfield for the first time this past Saturday and it was truthfully the best experience I have ever had going to a car dealer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Patrick helped us tremendously finding our family car and he really worked great with us especially considering we were on such a limit. I am loving my new Bolt EV and hope GM keeps making this kind of affordable electric car.Please suggest that all GM dealerships install DC Fast chargers. They are in VERY short supply.

Very poor service. I dropped my truck off for service last night for a 9 an appointment today. I called today at 1 pm and 2:30 with no reply. So when i went in to Webb I was told nothing was done and that they had all these cars there There are plenty of dealers in the area that want my business. Absolutely outstanding parts and service department. I had a tire on my Tahoe that got sliced. I called Parts first thing in the morning, they ordered the tire and had it delivered in two hours. They transferred me over to Service, they squeezed me in right away and finished everything in an hour. I will definitely be bringing my Tahoe here for Service in the future.
Had a great experience. Went into Webb Chevrolet to buy out my lease. Daryl Tidaback handled my financing application and he was nothing but professional and extremely friendly. He made sure I had everything I needed and was taken care. Webb Chevrolet had been doing my maintenance while my truck was under lease now that I own it I will continue to use their service department and I will be recommending Daryl and the fine dealership of Webb Chevrolet.

For the 3rd time in a row your service dept. failed miserably and I had to go somewhere else to get the job finished. The most recent failure being that I called and made an appointment for 4: 00 for an oil change and freon charge, I was told over the phone no problem for the a/c charge for that time slot. When I arrived 10 mins early I was told that couldnt be done it was too late 1/2 the mechanics leave at 4. Thank you Webb chevy for leaving me in 90 degree weather with no a/c. Your right hand doesnt know what the left is doing and it shows up in your poor quality service. I hope to never have to visit this dealer again. In fact my next truck. Probably this year will now be a new Ford thanks to Webb chevys service dept. You stinck!!!

Worst car buying experience EVER!! If you make it to the finance office, thats where the real smoke and mirrors act starts!!! There are many dealers that handle this process honestly and above board, unfortunately this is not one of them!!

I waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have never waited more than an hour. My appointment was at 11, i got there at 10:50. When I went to ask the status on my car Kristina told me at 12:30 the car wash was backed up and it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later when I went back out to the service garage, I asked Kristina how long and she told me my car was in the wash and would be fine shortly. I told her I’d been waiting 2 hours and she told me customers are normally quoted 1-1.5 hours. She never once apologized for my wait, never once came back to the waiting room to tell me it will be longer. She had very poor customer service and was rude.
I was in the market to get a new SUV, I believe the deal was pretty decent and the salesman was very professional. However, the rest of the staff including the manager were not wearing masks. I would not feel comfortable seating there for more than 15 minutes, let alone signing paperwork

Went in for an oil change and while I was waiting one of the sales reps, showed me the new cars. I was impressed by his candor and he didnt try pressuring me into a new vehicle. He pointed out all the new features and knew the vehicles rather well. When I decide to invest in a new vehicle Ill probably go back and talk to Alan about purchasing a new Chevrolet.

I was looking for a truck that would tow and had 4 wheel drive for a reasonable price. I was very happy to find this truck on their website. The sale person Jason was awesome call back when he said he would made sure truck was pulled up and warm for us to check out and test drive . I would of have 5 stars because at first I had a good experience but one of my questions was about the cars condition because I didn’t want to drive that far for a less than perfect car and because it was new I was told it was in perfect condition. It is my fault for not looking over the car but I texted and emailed my sales rep as soon as I got home and still haven’t heard anything back. I have the warranty and want to know if The scratch and poor touch up job is going to be fixed.

Very pleased with the service. Appt time was held to and work was done in a very timely manner. All staff were very polite. Only thing i would change would be one of hte associates that were in the drive in area were not wearing a mask. I am not sure of dealership rules regarding mask wearing. Price was very comparable to other dealerships.
This dealership experience was one of the rare ones. They had the truck I’d had ordered myself if they didn’t have it in stock. They let me drive it immediately before hounding me for payment info or credit apps. They offered refreshments. The engaged in normal conversation. He gave us our space and time and was extremely patient while my husband and I discussed everything- was not pushy about any of our decisions. He was very personable and helped us get the car we loved in the budget we wanted. John was very personable as well while going over financing and we really appreciated that too. In June of 2016, I bought a Camaro 2ss convertible. Of course, they were very eager to sell the car. The price for the car was north of 70,000 because of all of the options and upgraded engine and so forth.A few months after I bought the car, there was a rattle in the exhaust anytime I was in second gear and passed through 1100 rpm. I took it in. They told me the exhaust system needed to be replaced. And that they would order the parts. When they contacted me to tell me the parts were in, I asked if they had a rental because I needed a car to drive to work. And over the phone, they told me no problem. Well when I brought the car in, it was a problem period no rentals. So I left with the car. Parts were returned to the manufacturer sometime later.Then after probably owning the car 6 months, once there was sufficient amounts of rain, the carpets in the back were soaking wet. So I took the car back in period well apparently when it was manufactured, the drain plug for the convertible top wasnt properly installed so the water was draining into the car instead of out. so they replace the drain plug, but didnt even bother to shampoo the carpets or even try to dry them.Meanwhile, the exhaust problem continued. Now my extended warranty is expired. The bumper to bumper warranty is expired. I was hospitalized more than a dozen times for various problems in the interim period not granted it has been several years. But I made an appointment again took the car back in. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the manager of the service center came and told me that there was nothing they could do. And I raised an objection because, as I said, its the exact same problem, the exact same noise, the exact same way to replicate it period everything was identical. The only difference was amount of time that has passed. And the service manager told me there was nothing they could do. So now I drive around in a car that cost $70,000 that makes a rattling noise whenever youre basically driving anywhere at 25 mph.
Full disclosure, I work for General Motors. I still have to get my vehicles serviced. I was able to schedule the appointment on the Webb Chevy Plainfield website. I received both an automated response and a personal response for one of the advisors. The advisor asked if wiper blades would be necessary during the visit and presented an installed offer price. The dealership accommodated the necessary service and had me back on the road sooner than I expected.
