Stopped in on October 4th, 2021 to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been listed on Yorks website. Once I arrived I asked to speak to Jason Burt who is a salesman I had spoken with at a previous visit. Jason informed me that the Jeep I wanted to look at had been sold. No big deal. I asked Jason to show me a Toyota Tacoma that the dealership had on their lot. Jason and I took the Tacoma for a drive and after everything looked good, we started the purchasing process. Jason and his manager came up with a good deal for me and I signed the deal. My total interaction with Jason was a positive one and I would recommend anyone ask for him. I was then handed over to Tony Case who is one of Yorks Finance Managers. At first Tony was ok. However when he pushed the finance papers across his desk the final purchase price was $5,000 more than what I had agreed to. This is where I started having a bad experience. I asked Tony why the price was so much, and he stated it was for a service contract for protection for my new vehicle. When I entered his office, I had agreed with Tony to purchase a service contract, but he never informed me of the price. I told Tony I no longer wanted to purchase the service contract because I did not want to spend the extra $5,000. Tony just kept repeating himself and saying that he couldnt believe that I wouldnt want to purchase protection for a new truck! Tony must have repeated this line 5 times. Tony then tried to tell me I would be paying the same amount with or without purchasing the service contract. When I told him I had agreed to pay $5,000 less, he stated Well I dont know where youre coming up with that number. At this point I found the purchase agreement paper that was clearly ON HIS DESK and pointed to the lower amount I had agreed to pay, and told Tony I was not paying anymore than this figure. The sales manager and I had both agreed to and signed this purchase agreement. Tony again stated that I should be buying protection and it would take some time for him to redo all of the paperwork he had previously printed. Within two minutes Tony had the new paperwork in front of me. Tony had assumed I would just blindly sign whatever he put in front of me and had printed paperwork showing me paying an additional $5,000 BEFORE I ever entered his office. Buyer beware. After signing the correct paperwork, I walked out and said goodbye to Jason and entered my new truck. Once in my new truck I found that it only had a 1/4 tank of gas. Seems that this dealership is not in the business of giving customers a tank of gas if they only purchase a used vehicle. After paying a high price for a truck, they couldnt be bothered to put $40 worth of fuel in it. Nice. While the sales team were extremely friendly, I dont think ill ever be back.

I love the car I bought but the salesman I had needs retraining. It started with me using my own bank for financing. From there on, I did all the leg work. I had to call my lender and put him on speaker so the salesman could understand the steps in the process. I had to notify the salesman through text that the check from my lender had been delivered to the dealership hours earlier, when he asked if I would be bringing it with me to trade my car in. I had to notify him that the tax lein on my car had been lifted, he said he needed to double check. I asked about 3 hours later if everything was good. Im positive he forgot about me. His reaction was an instant, yep were good. He then contacted me about 2 weeks later to ask when I was bringing the title in for my trade. I had to remind him the car had a loan on it, he would be receiving it from my lender. If I had to guess, it was probably already at the dealership sitting in the mail, like the check was 2 weeks earlier. I told him the moon roof in my car was leaking. I know it was bought as is but I had only had the car for two weeks and asked if there was anything that could be done. He replied saying he would find out and call me back in a bit. That... was over a week ago.

Told me when I called that to replace a headlight on my car would take about 45 mins. So I scheduled the work between my working hours. They said they would call when it got done.. after 3 hrs. I went to see what the status was. Everyone was at their desks eating lunch and knowone knew who did the work or if it was done.. so, I went to the cashier who had the bill and I paid for it.They charged me $348 for a headlight!! The other mechanic shops I check out were only charging me $250, but because I purchased my car from York, I felt like I should have the dealership do the work. Never again!

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my vehicle form Jason Burt. His dealership is in Plainfield, IN. I live in Portland, OR. Jason was able to virtually show me the car, even getting on his back on the pavement to show me the underside of the vehicle. Jason also was able to find a shipper and have the car shipped out to me in Portland, OR. Most brick & mortar dealers just dont do that. Jason takes selling cars to the next level. Recently bought a used truck from them that had some issues that they promised to address at a schedule date. Day was schedule and they supplied me with a loaner. I thought all was good at this point. But while in service i never got any calls or updates on my truck. I was led to believe by sales it would only take a day. 5 days later and 3 calls later I went to pick my truck up and it STILL wasnt complete. They thought someone told me that the detail and aglaze wasnt done. The only time I ever had commumciation is when I took it upon myself to call. Sad part besides the window replacement which was subleted in 5 days they only billed out 3.2 hours of work on my truck! If I knew before how bad this experience would be I would of NEVER purchased a vehicle from them. I defenitley wont be trading my vehicle back there or taking my truck in for service!

This was pretty much an epic failure. I really didnt want to go as low as 2 stars, but I feel strongly enough about my experience to do so.On or about the middle of June I contacted the dealership about repairing some recalls on my Chrysler Pacifica. The 1st appointment they had available was July 14, 2021. I scheduled the service for that day which I was advised would take a couple of hours. Seems simple enough, right ?Fast forward to July 12, I called the dealership to confirm I had an appointment for the 14th. Confirmed. Late afternoon on the 13th of July,I brought the vehicle in and was promptly checked in by one of the service managers, I have names but I am choosing not to include them in this post. Once the recall issues were covered the manager asked if anything else was going on with the vehicle, which there was. He felt pretty confident he knew what was wrong, and advised there would be a diagnostic fee of $140 which would go towards the overall cost of the repair. As it turns out, the vehicle had an extended service contract which he was more than happy to contact to verify coverage and will be in touch. So far, great. On July 14th 0450 PM, I thought I might just check in to find out any status on the vehicle since I had heard absolutely nothing. after being transferred back and forth a few times someone finally picked up the call and after about 3 minutes of research informed me that my vehicle had not even been in the shop at all and they were hoping to get it in tomorrow July 15. Really? I asked to speak to the service manager but was told, naturally, he is with customers and would have to call me back. Of course. At about 1000 AM on July 15, one of the service managers called and left a message on my voice mail to call them with a direct number to service. I attempted to call back about 30 minutes later, and transferred about 3-4 times between the service department and the main switchboard, hung up on once, then finally speaking with a service manager who had no clue about the van but after looking in the computer informed me that the recall repairs were done, BUT the service contract WILL pay for the other repair only to be told that the part needed will not be in until tomorrow July 16 ! Yes folks, you cant even make this stuff up ! Finally about 1 PM on the 16thj, I called to see if I could get any updates, and now advised that, the repair is done and was done a few hours earlier, but NOW we are waiting for payment from the service contract provider. So I contacted the warranty provider and was told that everything was authorized and that the repair facility has not sent the completed paperwork or the claim would immediately be paid. I drove to the dealership, tracked down the service manager and asked why I am still waiting. I got the same answer with no concern for the fact that the vehicle had been there for at least 2 days beyond the original date, and that as far as they are concerned it would not be released until payment was made.At this point, I was, simply stated, done. I told the manager to get the invoice to the cashier and ill pay the bill in full, just give me back the vehicle ! So naturally this was met with an attitude, but all I wanted was to get out of there with my car.Needless to say, based on the very good reviews that are on her for this location, this must be a one off as they say. There are plenty of Chrysler dealers around me and while this one is the closest, it would be worth the drive ***Enough Said. I have also already been reimbursed by the warranty company without issue.

Brandon French took great care of me. They made me an amazing deal to get the truck i have wanted for years. They were super upfront, there was not one hidden fee anywhere. Doc fee was sub 200, title fee sub 40, and that was it. Great people who work hard to get you what you need, i wouldnt go anywhere else. Also hooked me up on some extra stuff for the truck free of charge cause they are awesome.

Out of all the cars I have purchased from dealerships over the years, this is the only dealership i have encountered to not send off a customer with a full tank of gas. The vehicle was provided with 1/8 of a tank.Nothing like spending $40k and not getting a full tank of gas.

Brought in my Challenger for water pump, covered by powertrain warranty. Was advised part was on order indefinitely. Service rep Becky got the district rep involved. The part went from indefinitely to in stock in less than a week. She even arranged a loaner vehicle for me since there was no set timeframe on how long I was going to be without my vehicle. From what I understand this was not something normally provided in cases like this. Obviously needless to say the experience was a very good one and special commendation to Becky for going above and beyond and getting me back in my car in less that a week turnaround when initial report was indefinite and no determinable timeframe.

The buying experience was great but in the matter of 20 min of buying the car and driving home, the caliper pin broke which leaded to the caliper bracket scratching all inside my wheel, note the wheels on this explorer are expensive to replace, they did great getting it up there and all but when it came down to fixing it they didn’t do anything but put a caliper bolt in it, I could of done that, so now I have a wheel that is damaged and is visible and they didn’t want to do nothing about it, if they full service the vehicles right they should of noticed something like this, I just expected more out of a dealership after spending a lot of money on a car there. Like I said the buying service was great but taking care of the customer was horrible

Took 2 vehicles in for service, first was mine. It had a clunking noise in the front suspension, they replaced the sway arm linkage. There was still the same clunking noise I was informed that it wasnt the part that was replaced that it was another. The technician said that he hoped the noise would settle after it was driven but obviously it didnt. With maintenance and recommended maintenance my price tag was almost $1800. Second was my wifes car her A/C was messed up it was a lower return line, worked great for a few days then back to hot air. Apparently the blendoor was going bad during the time of service and we were never informed. After regular and recommended maintenance that was a $900 price tag. $2800 bucks and neither of the vehicles were fixed for the problem they were brought in for. Definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Their technicians seem like back alley extortionists to try to get you to come back.Was contacted by someone to discuss the issue and played phone tag. Tried emailing and got no response.

We always used this dealership for services when it was Westgate. Now since new ownership not been too happy with the speed of service. Today was the final straw for me. Set up my appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dropped off my vehicle an hour earlier than appointment was for so it was there and no issues. I was called 3 hours later saying they hadnt gotten to it yet... Not sure why that warranted a call but ok. Waited till the end of the day and called them to get a status and was told they hadnt even looked at it yet. This was the result after me taking a day off work and driving 45 minutes each way with 2 vehicles because they requested the vehicle be dropped off. I will not go back and will be finding a different dealership to take my stuff to.

I cannot say enough good things about dealing with Brandon French during the purchase of my 2018 Ram 2500. I drove over 300 miles to purchase this truck after a 3 month search for the right vehicle. I found the truck thru the website and was contacted immediately upon my request for more information on the truck. I spoke to Brandon on the phone I believe 3 times, and we exchanged about 4 emails over a 4 hour period. The deal was made in that time frame and I told him Id rent a car the next day to drive and pick it up. I drove over 300 miles the next day to get to the dealership, when I arrived the truck was out front, detailed, fueled and ready to go. I looked the truck over and talked with Brandon briefly and he shuttled me into the finance managers office to handle the paperwork. All in all this is the way vehicle buying should work I spent less than 1 hour total at the dealership and I was on my way back home in my new truck. Great job to all involved especially Brandon French. Thanks again, love the truck!!

Scheduled recall and brake work several days in advance. Supposedly the work was run past service manager who acknowledged would get all done in one day. I took the first appointment time for today and even dropped car off night before. Today, Friday, 12/31/2020, received phone call around 4pm...,sorry didn’t get to car today to do anything (brake or even recall work) and unable to get the work done until next Monday. Disappointed, what’s the purpose of making an appointment days in advance?

Ive always had great service here on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They just recently completed a recall on the clock spring and did a great job. Ill be shopping them first for my next vehicle, which will be a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Cant wait! Every repair or service theyve done, they have done right the first time, and on schedule.Update: I ordered in November a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon from Wesgtate. Salesman George Harrell helped me and was outstanding. He kept me updated as the Jeep went through the various stages of preproduction, production, and transport. They gave me a great price, but went further than that. When the Jeep came in and was readied for delivery, he called me up and told me he had found additional savings. Those savings came to nearly $1,000 dollars! The fact he did this long after we had reached an agreed price, which I already felt was very fair, just goes above and beyond. After purchase, I had the service department install a Mopar lift. They also did an outstanding job, and as always, treated me like I was not just an important customer, but a good friend. Brian, Mark, and the other people in the service department are just wonderful. I VERY highly recommend this dealership. They are the best of all the car dealers with which Ive dealt over the years, and most have been very good.

Sold us a Jeep at a decent price but thats where it ended. They also sold us an extended warranty but they dont want to honor that warranty. Weve had our Jeep in their 3 different times and they always have a reason not to fix it. Its still making the same noise it has made since having 10000 miles, it now has 65000. Their service department is a joke in my opinion. Dont buy the extended warranty.

Made an appointment to get new tires, oil change and have a recall fixed only to still be setting here 6 hours later and theyve still not done oil change or recall yet! Ill never bring my car back to this dealership and the restroom didnt have running water in the sink! One of the worst experiences ever!

I purchased a new Grand Cherokee on 5/11/19. Westgate had an excellent selection of Grand Cherokees to choose from. I worked with Wayne Washington, who was wonderful. Wayne listened patiently and helped me to find the exact model and features I was looking for. The price was right! I had brought my two large dogs with me and Wayne even helped me walk them and situate them in my new car, which really made my day. He also made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles of the new vehicle before I drove away, all within about 2 hours. I had several text with a gal from Westgate in Plainfield regarding 2 specific trucks I was highly interested in. I set up an appointment with her to come on a Saturday at 9am. I let her know it was over an hour drive, and if I decided to purchase, it would be at that time. After driving over an hour, and arriving at 9am sharp, I was told that one sold, and the other one was at the cleaners, and wouldn’t be available until Monday. Lost my business indefinitely.

Great experience shopping at this dealership. Wayne Washington was super helpful even though we werent buying that day. We wanted to check out the inventory of challengers and chargers and see what we liked more. Wayne didnt hesitate to take us around to every one of them and inform us of what we wanted to know. Two words: Wayne Washington.Id been looking across the Midwest for a very specific JLU for months. Black exterior, other specifics.I found one at Westgate about the same time I had a few others in play so suddenly I had a couple of options. My sales contact from the beginning at Westgate was Wayne Washington. WAYNE PROVIDED WHAT WAS EASILY THE BEST VEHICLE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. From start to finish his communication was spot on. Not pinging me every second, and when I reached out to him he responded right away. No pressure. He very quickly went back and forth between his sales manager and me for negotiations, and was able to get me a MUCH BETTER DEAL than any of the others in play could.Even though I could have waited and wasnt in a hurry to buy, the deal Wayne got me was better than I was going to get if I had waited.Bottom line? If you are buying a vehicle, go to Wayne. Your welcome.P.S. Wayne is now at Tom Wood Toyota in Whitestown.

Hate the games this dealer plays. Ive been following a vehicle they have for sale and trying to get a better deal vs going out of town to another dealer. They said they are selling it below invoice, but now the price went up $2500. Such BS. Its just a game. They say the rebate went away yet other dealers prices didnt change.

This location did an oil change on my Dodge Challenger. 2 days later my car was overheating. Called the dealership, they gave me the number to a tow company they use. I specifically asked Mark if this was on his dime or mines and he said he would take care of it. I NEVER agreed to a diagnostic testing.. never told them to do one, and now they are telling me that I have to pay $100 tow fee and $130 for a diagnostic that I never agreed to nor did I sign any papers. My car was running fine when I took it in for an oil change.. oh not to mention they did not check any fluids and returned the car to me with NO ANTIFREEZE in it. This place is a scam and a rip off. STAY AWAY! Go to the Keystone location. It is worth the time and money. I will NEVER use this place again.
