They did not reinstall the key fob sync pocket after removing the center council. It cost over 1100$ to resync the key fob after a simple battery change to the key fob. I didnt have any luck speaking to service, even they didnt know where they relocated it or if they did. 70,000$ for a vehicle, 30,000$ for the modifications and every time the fob goes out of sync it costs about 1000$.

Mobility works of Plainfield is by far the best place i have ever rented a wheelchair accessible from. I have dealt with Cindy now a couple times and her customer service is outstanding. She puts the customer first like it should be. Renting the Van was very easy and she went through step by step on how to use all of its features. This is the only place i will go. And me and my handicapped veteran father thank you very much!!

Repaired our wheel chair lift on our van and did all they could to help us. Nice reception room, they go an extra mile to make you comfortable while you wait. The repair was done on time and we are very happy with it. It runs quiet now and the repairs are holding up.

Staff was very helpful...we got the info we needed...ended up buying from somewhere else though, which saved us 10 K

These guys saved my behind. My family and I got stranded one night recently behind their shop and Cindy was so incredible. she even drove us home that night. These guys are amazing and do more than mobility vehicles they are a full mechanics shop, and amazing at that. They replaced my alternator and starter that died while my kid was at Goldfish swim school behind them. Cindy just happened to be walking by and became our hero after asking if we needed help.I at least had to bring them donuts for all they did for me.

Great service, easy to schedule.When working to purchase a vehicle, they always give you options and listen to what you need. You never get a feeling like they are trying to upsell you. Both sales reps Ive used have laid out all options, talked about pros and cons, and then let us decide.

To be honest with you we had some problems with the van I had to bring it to some Managements attention the door had problems you couldnt get it to retract we didnt know if we were going to have to carry the passenger out in a 350-pound wheelchair but she didnt have a whole lot of time and she was just liking on cutting short and a little disappointed

Just spent $4,100 here for VMI ramp repairs a couple months ago and it still rattles. Ive had to take it back and still not right. Must pay a driver to take it in 55 mi ea way + wait time. Now Jerry tells me I must bring it back a 3rd time and pay $85/day for rental while they keep it overnight. These guys know wheelies are a captive audience!
