Interstate battery rebuild center was excellent. Best service cheap rebuilt car & truck batteries. I bought a rebuilt car battery from them for just 55.00 dollars. The last 2 truck batteries i bought from them lasted me 4 years. Best low prices, service, they even let me borrow a set of their tools to take out my old car battery, then re install the new battery, i bought from them.

Guy name Dan (He is manager) dont know how to talk with customer. They sell their warranty for 18 months on battery but when we have issue with not working their battery, he push back by asking an extra fees of $45 per charge. End of the day, this is not a place I would recommended to do business especially with Battery buy. I will not be visiting this place again.

VERY Helpful. Bought a battery there5 1/2 years ago. I had to recently let my car sit awhile. When I went to start my car after 5 weeks it was dead. A family jump started my car and drove it for about 1/2 hour and thought we were set, but not! A few days later when I realized it was not starting again call Interstate Battery and they said theyd probably just needs a trickle charge before I would have the expense of a new battery. They were only able to charge this old battery to 93%....it worked for about a month but start having problems, so I just went there again today to get a new battery. I appreciated them trying to charge it without trying to sell me another battery. I decided battery was getting old and finally decided to just get a new battery rather than chance it. They were very helpful with my several calls 5+ years ago and now.

Interstate is well known. Ive used their products but have learned many things along the way. This particular spot has a great staff. They not only sell car batteries. They sell batteries for many things I did not know of like watch batteries and the batteries that go inside the batteries for drills and other things. Love them.

My husband needed a new battery for his truck. It was a great experience!!! They recommended a battery and installed it very quickly. We were there for a total of 15 minutes. The facility was clean and their staff members were friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

These guys rule! Go here for all your battery needs, especially the difficult or very expensive ones. They have rebuilt battery packs for me on multiple occasions and I have always got more power at a lower cost. If its powered by a battery, they probably have it or can create it. Such an awesome place to have around the neighborhood.

Extremely nice customer service reps and very simple to purchase a new car battery. I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes and I didnt even have to do anything they were able to do it all. I highly recommend this location because of the quick and friendly service as well as it being a one-stop-shop for many battery products. Seriously awesome.

Chances are the bad reviews are from people that dont know how automotive charging systems and/or batteries work. Just because a battery is dead, does not mean its bad. A long slow charge is usually all it needs unless its very old and sulfated. The bad reviews did not mention why the batteries were dead/low. What was the key off / parasitic draw on the battery? What shape was their alternator in? What about the drive belt and tensioner? Out of the thousand and thousand of batteries that go through this dealer, yeah, maybe one or two are defective and is that the dealers fault? Why dont the people the that write the bad reviews knock the manufacturer of the battery? Oh, probably because they dont know who makes the part! Ive been an Interstate dealer working with this location as my wholesale distributor for over 30 years, and if there ever is a truly defective battery, this location stands behind their product every single time. Ed, Todd, Josh, Austin, and the whole crew are a class act, and always put the customer first weather or not its a wholesale account or public consumer.

Great place for battery recycling and good place to buy batteries

Service was awesome! Had battery 4 1/2 years. Tech tested old battery. Had full charge but the draw was low. Purchased new battery and was installed for free. Entire service took 25 minutes.

Batteries failed under warranty and manager and associates claimed they could not replace them even though I saw the load test clearly showing the batteries failed. I am an ASE certified mechanic and had already done all proper checks for parasitic drain yet they talked to me as if I was a child. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by offering me replacements for $75 (even though they clearly failed... they shouldve been replaced under warranty). As I had already drove 30 minutes I just bit the bullet and replaced the batteries in the truck myself since they were going to charge for the install. When I went to checkout after I installed them they stated it would be $75 each not $75 total. They then claimed they were going to sell my faulty batteries as blems which is extremely unethical. Due to the bait and switch I removed the new batteries and put my old ones back in and left.A quick call to corporate resulted in Firestone replacing my batteries at no charge to me. Recommend just going to Firestone for your Interstate battery needs. Wont touch this store ever again with a 10 pole.

A loaner socket set and I swapped out the battery in 10 minutes. These people are great. Good batteries!

Im having a real hard time believing this company. I brought in a sump pump battery on May 31st and they assured me it was bad. I hooked the new battery up to the system and within a week the same condition appeared. I brought the battery back and they assured me it wasnt an issue with the battery but the charger. Kind of makes me feel like I was duped into buying a battery I didnt need.

I love interstate batteries.I did have one however that failed to charge after a year or so, I brought it in, they hooked it up overnight to a charger they have there for $7...1 year later, its still fine.

Sales people are very helpful getting customers the right battery that is required for their vehicle.
