Napa had a national week of recognizing their employees and this location was not allowed to celebrate like the remaining stores out in the area. All I know is Joe told his employees he wasn’t participating. What kind of person does not allow their employees to participate in a company wide initiative to thank them for their contribution to the company.

I would like to send a big thank you to Ben for his quick thinking. Its nice to see that there are actually people behind the counter who know something about cars. I recently purchased a front ABS sensor for my truck, however the replacement part would not fit onto my truck due to a manufacturing flaw. Ben had the great idea of looking at a bearing kit that included the ABS sensor and when looking at that ABS sensor you can see that it would work on my truck. So instead of waiting 2-3 days for what would have been wasted on another sensor that wouldnt fit due to the flaw he gave me the sensor from the bearing kit and I was able to get my truck put back together.Thanks Ben

This NAPA does not even come close to showing customer service. It doesnt matter if they moved. Steve shows the worst customer service ever. He stands outside to smoke cigarettes while I was inside looking around. He doesnt even come in to help me out. Go to another parts store if youre looking for good customer service. This NAPA is flat out awful and the corporation should be ashamed of themselves for allowing poor customer service to happen.

Make sure to check rebuilt/refurbished parts. Quality control from these manufacturers are subpar. Went thru 4 calipers and 3 locations to have them all offer me the same branded caliper.
