I would give them 10 stars if I could today Juan the manager brought 2 matresess and 82” TV to the house himself because they are short of delivery guys for a few weeks, I am a long time customer and never missed a payment, because Juan goes out of his way to keep me and my wife happy I will continue to be a loyal customer. Miss Alba kept in touch with my wife the whole time.

THE MANAGER JUAN AT THIS RENT A CENTER IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HES BEEN RUDE AND UNCOURTEOUS TO ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG BEDROOM WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME ABOUT THE CHANGE! HE TOLD MY WIFE SHE HAD TO DEAL WITH IT OR THE MATTRESS WOULD BE LEFT ON THE FLOOR. COME TO FIND OUT ALL THE SCREWS WERE NOT PRESENT FOR THE FRAME. THE MATTRESS DOESNT FIT THE FRAME WHICH HAS LEFT A LARGE SPACE OF WOOD PROTRUDING IN THE FRONT. MY DAUGHTER SCRATCHED HER WHOLE THIGH AGAINST THE WOOD THE SAME NIGHT!!! MY LAWYER HAS ALREADY BEEN CONTACTED!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. ROSALIN WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO FIND MY ITEM. AND I WILL GET IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! THANK YOU!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT!
