Shady, corrupt preorder system for new consoles. Was told lies about preordering when I put down deposit. Then told lies that they weren’t getting a second wave when Microsoft did send out another wave and then they changed stance and said they were probably only online and my preorder deposit wasn’t a preorder. Left the store extremely upset

Took to long register messed up had to do it again on different one but I did get what I was looking for and it will be mailed to me

Called about going to the store tomorrow for preordering the series x. They told me dont bother coming in all there consoles are already spoken for. I said how preorders don’t go up until tomorrow. They have been taking people’s money for preorders for months to hold them spot for one. Shady back door business.

Im absolutely impressed with the customer service I receive every time I come here. Today the employee Tony gave us an excellent deal on our trade in over what it should and an even trade for my sons PS4. What a great guy! Im proud of the employees here.

Been buying games from this store for years.Ever since i was a little kid (like 15 or so. Im 22 now) they have been nothing but nice and super kind to me up till this day. And always super smooth

Went to trade in some games and other equipment. As usual and can always be expected. I hear a great number only to have it cut in half or worse when I state that I dont want store credit... But on the bright side, theyre always buying....

I have always been a fan of GameStop. Only thing I was not happy about is 10 games I wanted, they did not have in stock. They even had the games on the shelf, but not in stock

I use to go there so much everyone knew my name and was always happy to see me. Now I get happy greetings but its more about what they can try to push on me and less of the genuine happiness to see me. It pushed me away from going here, I miss the old way of doing things

Service is excellent and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My big concerns are with corporate and their policies for trade in values.. Ridiculous. Anyway as for the store its a good place to find the newest gaming hardware and stuff.

The staff here is always nice, and honest. Ive been going to this one since it opened years ago and have never had a bad experience. Its a smaller gamestop, but there is still plenty of things to choose from.

It usually has the games I want and the staff there is super nice and knows exactly where the games and products are. I 3rd a great place to find used and brand new games,the prices are reasonable too.

The store doesnt always buy things back and if they do it isnt enough money to be worth it. The refurbished items tend to not work. Also the customer service is spotty.

Sometimes you get good service other times you dont. I didnt have a bad experience until the last 6 mths or so. Now I dont want to go in there. Very rude and had friends hanging out and being very arupt and loud. Not sure if that person or those still work there and dont have their names but I dont go there unless I have to now.

My kids have both XBox One and PS4 systems. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Not all locations provide the same experience so this is my go to store!
