Good coffee and tea shop with snacks. Very similar to anlther popular coffee chain. This place offers a larger variety of teas which is what I drink. I had Jasmine Dragon tea and it was good. My husband had a black coffe and he he enjoyed it. We also had a berry pastry and breakfast burrito that was heated up for us. The dining area was large and open. Customer service was okay.

Service was fast and they gave me a pup cup for my dog. Thanks

Today I went here for the 1st time & got an iced caramel latte thingy & a bagel. Of course I got a HUGE size lol with out knowing. The bagel is a good size & was tasty & crispy. Now Im not a coffee drinker but today was different. Its VERY yummy, worth the $ & way better then starbucks! Think next time Ill get a smaller size lol.

They have very tasty drinks and are very excited to recommend their own preferences. Stop by after lunch for the fastest service

Ive visited this location 3xs already and all 3xs they were polite. We were greeted right away, order was taken, and order was received within a reasonable amount of time!

Coffee was fine lol its coffee. But the service was terrible. I am in SHOCK!!! A younger lady was helping me in the drive-thru and after about 30 seconds of chatting she asked me Do you have a mask?. At the time I didnt so she offered me one nicely. I took it and gave her my card. She charged me for my coffee and then WITHHELD my card and my coffee until I put my mask on. Needless to say this is ridiculous especially considering I am in my own private car and there is plenty of plexi glass inbetween the 6ft we were apart lol. It is also advised not required. I will not be going back here and neither should any of you unless you want to get caught in a political battle of wearing a mask in your own car or getting your coffee and credit card back...

They did away with the chocolate covered espresso beans. Might as well just go to the other coffee place.

This location used to be the best in the area, I dont know whats happened but lately its been hit or miss if it is even open. Let alone the service has gone down hill. Today I was at the window for 10+ minutes for 3 drinks. And they came out one at a time.....that used to be unheard of

Great Coffee.. Bad listening skills.. took 3x to get order right.. received coffe.. still got it wrong.. regular coffee med with 6 sugar.. how do you get that wrong!!!

I love that you can make any tea a Latte and if your watching your calories you can ask for the No Sugar Added Vanilla or Chocolate Powder.My all time favorite teas are Winter Dream and African Sunrise.When I feel like munching on something I get the Honey Raisin Bran Muffin, warm. Delicious! The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Peach jasmine cold brew tea .cant beat it

Nice place! I was here around 12:30 on a Tues and it was extremely quiet. The place was clean and orderly including the restrooms. This is a very large restaurant with plenty of seating. They have a drive thru as well. I ordered the Peach Jasmine cold tea and it was terrific. I like things on the sweeter side and this was perfect. Dont come to the CB&T very often I tend to stop in Starbucks but was reminded today theyre not the only game in town.

They ignore your order. If youre vegan dont go here. Their powdered flavors, their default, are milk-based. When I asked for soy milk and syrup, not powder, they still put powder in my drink. I had to turn around and try again and the same thing happened.

They used to have a great variety of low sugar drinks. I ended up getting a drink based on the options (very limited) that they gave me and I took 2 sips and threw the rest out. So bummed!

I have always found the drinks and snacks to be good at this location. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I come.

Drive thru service was very well maintained for this COVID-19 pandemic.

Its new and its hours the city of Diamond Bar. Tell Quick Service Ive only used the drive-thru. But always courteous helpful staff. Right off the freeway.

I like their chai tea over ice. It is great when made properly, but some times its not. Not very consistent. With horrible parking at this place, I dont know why I come back..

Friendly staff and the place has a nice atmosphere. Im SO glad we have this coffee shop and not the Burger King that was here before. I do wish they stayed open until 11:00 pm however, instead of closing at 10:00 pm.

They have premium coffee that tastes richer and more flavorful than Starbucks.

Got here at 5:50am Saturday morning and they are not open yet even though the sign on the window says they open at 5:30am on saturdays. An employee who was waiting in parking lot approached me and told me the manager forgot his keys and lives 30 min away so they probably won’t be open for a while.
