Frank Blanco went over and beyond our expectations. He was able to source laminate flooring that had been discontinued over 2 years ago so that we could replace the old carpeting on our stairs and second floor with the same laminate hardwood flooring to match what we have on the first floor. He also was able to find us a top notch installer in 1 day that was available and we had the flooring installed 2 days later.Amazing customer service and a pleasure to deal with!Thanks Frank!

Gayle and the rest of the staff at ProSource Wholesale were amazing from beginning to end in helping us completely redo our kitchen and laundry.Let me start by saying I’m extremely particular, meticulous, as well as indecisive which can be a nightmare for those on the other side of any sales counter from me. On top of that we had a fairly strict modest budget we had to stick to. Gayle was accommodating, patient, and did an amazing job guiding us through the process. She went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at the price we needed. Our kitchen and laundry turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations, mainly due to Gayle ensuring everything was taken care of along the way. I dont think that they are interested in smaller jobs. I requested help on a Hall bath remodel and in the three weeks since I left them my info, they havent returned my call or answered my web request. They are good at enticing you to give them your contact info. I wonder what they are going to use it for since they dont call you back.

ProSource has an endless selection of all types of flooring. We had been wanting a vinyl wood flooring and came to the right place! The ProSource team was wonderful! Joanna was so patient, as its not an easy decision when theres so much available. The service has been amazing. They dont try to oversell or hard sell and give you as much time as you need. Troy Hanson is and has always been my go to at ProSource. I can be a demanding Flooring contractor needing good pricing, speedy service, and info. As an Interior Designer and business owner, I LOVE ProSource! They are a one stop shop for me when I am in the design stage or a clients kitchen or bath remodel. They carry so many cabinet brands and styles, all the best countertop materials, and the tile choices are amazing for backsplash or flooring. They also have amazing Wood and Laminate selections, so no matter what our needs are, ProSource generally has it. And my Rep Troy is amazing too. He gets me my pricing promptly, places my orders, and keeps me and my invoices straight!!! My family used ProSource of North Orange County for all tile needs (floors, shower walls, shower floors, shampoo boxes, etc.) for three complete bathroom remodels. I was referred to ProSource by our construction contractor. Our primary Account Manager was Troy Hanson, but we also received help and assistance from Joanna Domingo, Jimmy Vo, Tim Walsh. All ProSource personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. We made personal appointments with Troy to select all tile materials. Troy patiently worked with us to design and select materials that would complement each other until we were satisfied with our selections. Thereafter, Troy took photographs of all sample materials for each bathroom so that we had a visual record of our selections. Troy placed our orders with all tile vendors and then supplied us with a detailed listing of where to pick up each purchased material including the expected time of arrival for each material. Overall I am very pleased with the service, selection, and prices from ProSource and would highly recommend them. My only area of difficulty was that I had to personally pick up all materials from four different vendors (locations), which was quite a task and took numerous trips. I dont know whether there was an option to pick up all materials at one location or perhaps have them delivered to my home as these options were not offered and we didnt think to ask when we placed our order. In the future we would prefer to have the entire order delivered to our home, even if a reasonable delivery fee was required.

Well my contractor White Glove Construction in Fullerton sent us over here to pick out our product for the addition and kitchen remodel we did. Let me tell you i had no idea such places existed! It was so nice working with people that solely do this kind of work as opposed to going to the summer Like Home Depot or Lowes where the people have no clue what theyre talking about. I mean this place had it all and it was awesome from flooring to tile and just about everything there in between. Were able to make 90% of our purchase at ProSource thanks to Tim who then passed everything back off to White Glove Construction

My brother and I went in ProSource to choose material for a re-model project at our moms house. The contractor we are using sent us to ProSource. Evidently, Tim is the sales person who partners with our contractor, but Tim was not there so we were paired up with Diana Drake. Wow, it was our lucky day! She was so knowledgeable and was right there with us to walk us through all of the choices we needed to make. Diana has the facts on all of the products and understands what materials will work best for your situation since she does have her contractors license. Would highly recommend ProSource, and you will be blessed if you are paired up with Diana Drake!

Jimmy has been THE BEST to work with. Always gets back to me and totally on top of it. He worked directly with my contractor to get stuff done without me micro managing the project. I recommend working with him. The rest of the staff is just as amazing. I really enjoyed my experience working with Prosource!

Went to ProSource Friday to order 2 Kemper cabinets, sizes 12 X 48 and 12 by 72 Troy said he would call me back later that day with a quote. He never called me back so I called him Sat. morning and he told me he would get back to me. He never did so I called him back around 12:30 and he told me the cost would be $1,695.00. At this point I knew he did not know what he was doing. I then called another dealer and was quoted a price $540.00 LESS. When we were in the store Friday a young lady by the name of Gayle was very knowledgable and very helpful. I wish she was there Friday to make sense of this.
