Big portions, amazing friendly staff, and great prices. Perfect for an after dinner dessert

The soft serve here is easy to afford. It tastes good and the portions are HUGE! The only down side is they only have soft serve chocolate, vanilla or chocolate-vanilla swirl. Though they do have slushees as well as a few other things. But the deserve a 5 for good staff, large portions and great prices.

This is my favorite soft serve spot because the variety of flavors, sizes and the competitive pricing.

Had strawberry sundae two different times, first with nuts then with colored jimmies. Both were delicious. Will go many times.

This is my wifes favorite place to get ice cream in town it is very cheap and reasonable price and the size is always huge cookie dough and a boat and my daughter got sprinkles twist in a boat

Cheap and delicious. They have simple cones or you can do multiple versions of sundaes. The ingredients are never stale (unlike the other place down the street when they first open for the season). Always a stop after 3rd Thursday.

We were told that this is a must stop because the size of the ice cream is amazing. Even on a hot day, my kids had to have the cone of ice cream (as opposed to a manageable cup) to get the full effect of the stop. They wore much of it, but it was all part of the fun. The woman working was super friendly and very helpful.*Parking is free if you park in the dirt lot right next to the place. The paved lot is pay parking.

Small place, no seating, window ordering only. BUT great ice cream options (cookie sandwiches, huge ice cream cones, sundaes, etc.) And super cheap. 6 of us got a wide array of ice cream for under $20. Across the street is a park and playground. Large public parking area.

King Kone is my favorite place to purchase ice cream. Their ice cream is massive in my opinion. They have many different sundaes that always makes it difficult on which one to choose. I often pick the hot fudge Sundae to eat. I also choose a vanilla ice cream in a boat with cookie dough placed on top for the perfect cookie dough ice cream! My third favorite ice cream is vanilla ice cream with rainbow or chocolate sprinkles on top, which feels great in your mouth. Go to King Kone for an amazing Ice Cream experience!

I love, love, love your ice cream here.... But I was a little disappointed last night when the woman who made our ice creams wore gloves for our first 2 sundaes and didnt wear any for our last 2. Which really isnt a big deal except when mine started to fall over she put straight up again with her bare hand🙄. Even still super delicious for a great price. Also, your Heath bar topping is old tasting.

There are a handful of soft serve places in Pittsfield. Theyre all pretty good. King Kone beats them all in one respect...price. For about $2.50 you get an absolutely huge cone. Theyre so large they have come holders which allow you to lay the cone on its side. Besides cones they have a selection of sundaes, toppings, dips, etc. There are few things more enjoyable than walking around Pittsfield on a nice day and stopping by King Kone for a treat.
