I have used this company for several years and they consistently had problems getting up the driveway. I politely asked if they could instead run the hose from the road. The lady on the phone became defensive and said if you dont like it go somewhere else.Needless to say we did take our business elsewhere- HOWEVER I had 150 $ credit with them and they deactivated my account and when I called they just said we dont deliver there. We dont deal with people like you.

How in the world is anyone giving this company a one star.... I get that people get into situations where theyre frustrated because of their own actions but raking a company through the coals because you were not paying attention to your oil tank is unnecessary and honestly the reason Im doing a review..... My experience couldnt have been more pleasant with Pioneer Valley the kind woman at the front desk heard my emergency let me know up front that it is last minute but she would do everything she could to get our oil filled true to her word she reached out to the drivers and had a delivery to my home within 2 hours this is after exhausting every other company closer to me and being told to put diesel in my tank and wait for it delivery further in the week..... Once the Tech arrived he noticed a bit of ice on my driveway not too much but in an abundance of caution grabbed a bucket of sand to throw it over the ice patch.... Chris thank you so much for that!   My highest recommendations for this great company!!!!!  Wish I could give 10 stars!!!!

Pioneer Valley Oil and propane has been my propane provider for years. I’ve never had anything but an extraordinary experience with them.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! The rudest and most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with! When you call for oil on a MONDAY because youre almost out and abruptly get told well we wont get to you until FRIDAY. We have other customers that come before you you know youre dealing with a company that has no consideration or appreciation for their customers. They should be careful because they arent the only game in town for oil and I can assure you there are plenty of professional oil companies out there in this competitive market to order oil from that will treat you with respect. The hag at the front desk sounds like a rough stretch of highway....white trash!

I have been using Pioneer for a year or so now and have and found them to have the best prices and very good and courteous service. I feel for the problems of the lady that gave the 1 star review but they were simply a function of her lack of understanding.

Absolutely the rudest unprofessional company! I ordered oil over the phone, they told me I was all set. Then they never showed up and I didn’t realize it and ran out. They did not want to give me any consideration for their error and wanted to charge me full price to bleed line.The worst part was when the lady told me that I could go somewhere else because she didn’t need my business.

Polite and respectful service, got oil delivered on the day scheduled.

Customer for two years almost every time “can’t make it up the driveway” another company delivered within the hour and had no issue getting up the well sanded driveway. customer service is also horrible charged my card over 700$ for that said delivery and said they would refund it and didn’t. Go elsewhere

Horrible service, ran out of oil in March. Didnt know that I needed someone to start furnace. Customer service was rude and told me since I didnt have them do it while they were there it would cost double. Not to mention, I had a sick 1yr old. Now it was after hours and would of cost me up near 200 after putting oil on tank to get turned on. I can see if I didnt buy any oil, but I just spent 3000 this winter with them . So I was mad and told them i was going to another company. While i did not actually say dont ever deliver here, I tried to call at the end of April again rude customer service said I dont have service. I do not recommend this company.
