Worst customer service experience. Ordered a large piece of glass. They called and sent 2 guys to measure the space. They said expect the glass in 4 weeks. After about 5 weeks, I called to check on my order. I was told it wasnt ordered because they lost my phone number and couldnt call for a deposit. No apology. No urgency to rush a new order in. I was told it would take another 4-6 weeks! My tough luck! I spoke to the owner to explain my story---she hung up on me. Someone needs to go to customer service school. Thank goodness glass is a commodity and I have multiple other choices. Never buy from these clowns!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. My order was ready the same day.

Excellent communication and service.I used them a lot via my role as executive assistant for one of the local retreats and every detail was accounted for.
