It is mind blowing that the staff wont answer phone calls. I traveled a good distance the other day to get there, and my prescription was not ready. Prior to my trip, to be sure it was ready, I called. I had called several times and looped through the outgoing greeting throughout the day. Upon getting there, and having nothing to pick up, I bought a few items up front, and heard the woman in line in front of me complaining about the pharmacy not answering the phone. She had the same experience, and the poor cashier had to apologize, and also noted how hard it was for her, since ultimately the pharmacy calls wound up at her end of the store. It happened again tonight, but worse, they finally picked up, and put the handset down in an obvious attempt to not have the phone ring. No greeting, no please hold, just background noise of employees at the pharmacy.
We always have great service. Kindness and patience is a virtue. Thank you Rite Aid staff.
Rude pharmacy staff is an understatement. Promises made and not delivered on.
This place is amazing Excellent customer service good pharmacy. Kind of high prices but the great sales make up for it
This Rite Aid has only gotten better over time. Lots of attention to details for an extended time now have created a friendly store thats easy to shop & the RX is GREAT!
