The new manager likes to criticize other local shops. Asked him to do an alignment check, and he told me the two places I brought my car for repairs were horrible (Ive gone to them for years with no problems). The previous manager was great. I cant imagine the new one will will last long, so Ill check back in when they hire someone else.

I needed new tires so I stopped by for an assessment and estimate. The manager greeted me promptly, and respectfully and gave me the information and options I needed to make an informed decision about the condition of my tires. All employees I interacted with were friendly. I left with new tires within half an hour. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

I have nitrogen fill tires, and this is the only shop on Pittsfield that seems to have nitrogen. Theyve been very accommodating about filling low tires.When a repair they did on 1 tire seemed to fail a few days later, they got me right in, and fixed it at no additional cost. Won my loyalty.

I had a nail in my tire that my regular mechanic pulled and plugged late on Friday. Found out very quickly that it was not plugged well and I could hear it losing air, but they were closed for the weekend. I called Tire Warehouse on Saturday morning and was met with a cheery employee telling me to bring my car right over and they would fix it. When I got there, I was in and out within 20 minutes with a newly patched/plugged tire for next to nothing cost. Highly recommend these guys, they did a great job.

They always hook me up never had a problem quick and Speedy service they fixed my two flat tires they patch both of them one of the patches didnt hold had to come back two days later they put on my spare tire for free since the patch didnt hold excellent service I always will go back

The folks at Tire Warehouse are totally legit.The dealership that sold us our car said we needed an alignment. $130.Since my wife does not go down to CT for work at the moment we wanted to get it fixed. Took it to Tire Warehouse and they checked it out. It is fine within specs. No Charge. 2nd time we have dealt with them.Honest people. I love it. They are my tire and suspension folks from now on. I encourage all to give them their business!!

Keith at the front desk and Wes the mechanic are a great team..came in for a alignment and found i had ball joints in bad shape, they were able to get me back in two days and get it done, it helps they back up to a NAPA parts store they can get whatever you need if its in stock at napa right then and there . after a test drive Wes found i had a stuck caliper that was dragging on the brakes when i did my own brakes, and he fixed that too then and there and got it done ... alot of other shops are too busy to stick with it like that and will tell you tough luck. Wes got it done and great guy positive attitude and very fair with what they charge you. will be recommending to others for sure! truck drives great now...

Was happy at first! Brought my car in to replace two snow tires. Was told the other 2 were great! I leave notice they put my bald tire back on the back! I come back upset! The owner sayswe were supposed to replace front right? No .. so then why did my front blad tire end up in back??!!. I know there was one good tire they had they took off. Wouldnt you know they put the other balding tire back on n told me now i need new back ones before winter. I would beware going here. Especially as a woman. Sad cause i wqs happy the first go there. Front desk gut great! The other guy(owner i think) not so much

Be careful asking what they recommend for a mid grade tire for your used car. Not sure they know what is reliable and safe in tires. I got the Falcons per their recommendation and come to find out the highway dont care if you have Falcon tires. Stay away from the brand name tire Falcons. Unless, of course, youre self destructive, suicidal, or have a death wish. Staff is friendly which is why I gave 3 stars. Falcons get a 0. Tire knowledge gets a 1.I guess like anything, you got to research, study, and know your tires. Ugh.

Hands down the absolute best Tire dealer in the Berkshires! not only did they beat other area dealers by $200 on a set of 4 tires but the customer service is TOP NOTCH across the board. Derek - Ron and the rest of the staff are always very patient with our questions and go above and beyond to ensure we are completely satisfied and informed of all details of work performed. Also in years past at other area shops it was an all day affair to get tires.....I literally had 4 new tires mounted, balanced and an alignment done and was back on the road in 1hour 15 minutes. Quick service, done right at a good cost, no waiting around

This new location is great easy to get in and out they have several outdoor bass that you can pull right up to alignments are done by appointment. However when I dropped in for a tire balancing and nitrogen fill they got me right in right away. You will pay extra for nitrogen upfront but refills are for the life of the tires on your vehicle very courteous and professional staff. They also have a hunter Road Force balancing machine which is a little more accurate than the traditional tire balancing machine.

Overall my experience was not terrible thanks to the other members of the team! They were so nice and kind and patient. This older gentleman named Ron was very nasty and rude and because of him I will never go back to tire warehouse! It’s really a shame because the other guys that work there are so fantastic!

We hit something on the road and blew a tire. We drove 800 miles on a donut, but we were worried our luck would run out before we could make it to Boston. They saw us even it was closing time. They hammered out the rim and had us on the road in no time. The price was very reasonable.

FYI for anybody in the market for tires, DO NOT BUY from Tire Warehouse! They sold me 40,000 mile tires that are smoked at 18,000 miles! They have lied to me every single step of the way and their manager Derek has not tried to make it right. They want to upgrade me to a 65,000 mile tire but I pay the difference of $100. Now they are refusing to put the tires on my car at all! If you want quality tires and good customer service dont go there, they apparently dont stand behind their products.

Came in Wednesday before Thanksgiving had a tire that was loosing air, service was good they fixed the tire quick got back home, when back out for some shopping came home again and parked for the night.Woke up Thanksgiving and went to leave for families house and come out to find the tire flat again. Ended up have to call in favors to get a vehicle since everything was closed for the holiday. This really put me in a bad place for the holiday.Of course they fixed it on Friday but almost wasnt since they were packed and were turning people away took over 2 hours for them to fix the tire again so lost more hours for them not fixing it right the first time.So overall not sure what happened but just wasnt an overall good experience and I am a regular customer there for the past 8+ years in both there Pittsfield locations.

Service was prompt and to the point. I needed alignment and called about 2 weeks (few days) before Thanksgiving. They said they can make an appointment one week out as this was their busy season due to snow/all season tire swaps, etc. Suggested I stop by in early December without an appointment. Came today, they took me in immediately and did the alignment that I asked for. Printout showed pre and post alignment settings. Professional and courteous. Wi-fi available if you happen to be there longer so bring a tablet or nicely sized cell phone. Will come again and recommend their service. Thanks.

Made an appointment early this morning with this business which sent a confirmation for later in the afternoon. Email claimed if their were any issues they’d call. Well I showed up for my appointment to find out that all scheduled appointments were cancelled as they took people for the upcoming storm instead. Very rude and laughed at customers with appointments. It was my first time there. First impressions count and I would never suggest a place that doesn’t honor your confirmed appointment. A phone call would have completely have changed my opinion so I wouldn’t have to go out of my way.

Yesterday my Tire Pressure Sensor came on and my rear tire was low. Discovered I had a screw lodged in my tire. So I do a search via an app on my phone for local tire shops. I come across Tire Warehouse and theres a instant coupon for free flat tire repair, so I head over. Even though the tire was still on my car and wasnt officially flat they still let me use the coupon!! Overall I was extremely pleased by the service I recieved! Bill, the young man at the counter, was very friendly and polite. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I definately will be returning here to purchase my winter tires.
