Jim was very friendly. He performed some body work for me. The job took far longer than I had imagined it should have, only to leave me very disappointed. The paint work was sub-par at best. Runs, scratches, overspray on several parts of my vehicle. After addressing this with him, he openly stated that he would implement taking shortcuts in trying to amend the situation because doing the job the right way would add a lot more work for him. That statement alone rid me of all confidence in having him work on my vehicle, and I will not be returning in the future.

Jim really took care of my 2013 Juke after I got rear ended. He took care of everything from the insurance adjuster to making my car look like nothing happened. Very nice guy. Old school. Highly recommend.
