Thank you PawPrint Oxygen for all you do for my pup Lucas, He is doing much better now, thanks to your services you provide for him. He is able to breathe better and looks a lot happier and more attractive now that he is receiving Oxygen. we are very happy with this product and will continue to order for as long as he needs it. Lucas had Surgery done on 7/26/21 for a Tracheal Collapse, with that came a hacking cough and short of breathe. Lucas is very bless to have Pawprint Oxygen in his life. Thank you again Pawprint.
My little guy has PLE, a minor heart condition, and a severely collapsed trachea. I was truly having constant panic that he could not breathe. My vet told me that oxygen would be a game changer for him. So, I went online and found Pawprint Oxygen. They have been so helpful from the beginning. I started with canisters but decided my baby needed a Buster cage and a concentrator. I asked for the most quiet unit and they helped me with that. They also answer every question I ever have in a timely manner. I received my machine and tent several months ago. It was packed extremely well. I dont know what I would do without this machine. Trust me, if your pet is having issues breathing and you have to go to the emergency room very often, this will pay for itself in no time. Please follow their instructions and dont let your pet get too hot. I sit next to my guy for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day and it is the best thing I have done for him and for my peace of mind. Thank you, Pawprint!
My 12 year old lab Tucker was diagnosed with Laryngeal Paralysis within the past year. Until recently, we managed using meds, but after a scary respiratory distress incident we added Pawprint Oxygen to our list of interventions. Everyone I’ve spoken with at Pawprint Oxygen has been helpful and kind, and I am grateful to have ready to use oxygen canisters in my pantry available at a moments notice if need be. Thank you PawPrint Oxygen for the peace of mind. 🐾
Having to consider oxygen for our pets has opened a whole new world. I discovered Paw Print Oxygen by looking for some relief for our 14.5yr old dog who was showing signs of taxiing breathing in the mornings and late at night (but not while sleeping).I inquired with the vet and said it was an excellent portable product and recommended it. I gave him the easy to print prescription for and got a nice call from Paw Print. Very nice people over atc customer service. Our dog doesnt mind it either.
I found paw print oxygen when my senior frenchie went into lung failure. It was so comforting to know I had a product available to help him immediately if he was struggling to breathe. We live about 40 min from any vet hospital so this was a must have. This is very user friendly and easy to use. Every interaction I’ve had with this company has been great. So glad this company and product exists!
I would give Pawprint Oxygen 10 stars if possible. They have the best customer service of any company I have dealt with. Not only that but they know their product. On my first prescription for my pug, his vet put the air flow at .5 (to be honest most vets dont even know about Pawprint Oxygen) the gentleman who got the prescription called and said that the air flow needed to be 1.0 liters and changed it without having to go through the hassle of having my vet rewrite the prescription. I was so grateful because I had to fight to get the prescription in the first place. My pug has chronic bronchitis and we hadnt had to use the oxygen (had it over a year) until the other night. He was panting so hard and his heart was racing. We were ready to rush him to the emergency vet when I remembered we had oxygen and decided to give it a try first. It wasnt even 2 minutes when Roscoe stopped panting, his heart rate went down and he went right to sleep. I will be forever grateful for such a wonderful product and a great company. Pawprint Oxygen saves lives!
Our 13 year old dog, Teddy, has been suffering through congenital heart disease for the last few years and at times, would struggle to breathe and gasp for air. We had taken him to the emergency room once and they had given him oxygen for most of the day and it improved his breathing and quality of life immensely. From that day on, we sought ways to get oxygen here at home so he could benefit from it during his more difficult days. That was when we discovered Pawprint Oxygen through a lucky Google search. Not only were the employees sweet and helpful, but the entire process was super easy. We spoke to our vet and he agreed that Teddy would benefit from oxygen so he wrote a prescription for us and we sent it to Pawprint. Within minutes, they called us to set up the order and a couple of days later, we had the entire kit at our door. We just ordered our second set of oxygen canisters and we couldnt be happier with the product and the service. Our sweet dog has been doing so well with the ability to have oxygen therapy at home and it has greatly improved his day-to-day life. Pawprint Oxygen is amazing and we are so happy to have found such an amazing company. ♥
This is a great thing to have to supply to our pets. I just think it needs to be more affordable to the masses than it is. There is a point to how much most people can spend. I would have loved to bought a concentrator or rented one but is was very cost prohibitive. If you need one make sure your start early on before it becomes too late. Hopefully it can become more mainstream and affordable in the future. It did help my Scooby .Get the concentrator if you can.
Our pup Frankie has a collapsed trachea - the transport & rescue oxygen is super easy to use and helps him recover from an episode. We thought hed be upset about the oxygen mask but it is large enough and he can see through it when we use it. Our Vet ordered the Oxygen and we had the order the next day. Reordering is super easy and we also got the order within a day.
I am a rat mom. My babies are small and their lives are short and often they are prone to health issues. This company understood that I loved my rats as much as any dog or cat. They gave me the means to provide supportive oxygen to my chronically ill rat when he needs it most. It has helped him eat better because he can breath better. At meal times, He no longer has to choose between food or air. His quality of life is better.Pawprint Oxygens customer service is great and ordering is easy and fast. The equipment is so easy to set up and use. They have inquired after my rats wellness since the first day because they are invested and that is reassuring and comforting.
The team at Pawprint Oxygen has been beyond fantastic! They are so helpful on the phone explaining everything and helping get orders processed. My little Westie, Monty has fibrosis of lung and needs oxygen boots daily now. This has been a lifesaver literally. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Pawprint O2 has been a lifesaver for my small dog with a compromised trachea. It is easy to use, and portable for necessary travel, especially in a wildfire poor air quality environment. The staff support is as good as it gets. Thanks Pawprint for increasing my dogs comfort level and saving his life on several occasions.
The representatives at Pawprint Oxygen have always been so efficient & so pleasant to do business with, and are quick to address any issues you may have with your order. I personally had an issue the valve for the oxygen canister and the rep sent a brand new replacement no questions asked and it was delivered in a prompt and timely manner. I’ve also had a free can replacement when I brought up the issue where I thought the canister was not full, turns out the representative, after a thorough explanation on how the canisters are filled was correct, however in order to keep me satisfied as a customer he replaced it with a free canister. I can’t say enough good words about this company they are an reputable company that offers an amazing service to pet parents like myself. I have a little Chihuahua 4 1/2 pounds who’s been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and occasionally she gets syncope episodes and I quickly give her her oxygen and in a matter of a minute or less she is completely re-energized and refreshed having received the oxygen therapy. I plan on in the near future getting the oxygen concentrator as the canister is good for quick emergencies or transport emergencies where you need to administer oxygen while bringing your pet to the veterinarians, however for ongoing therapy the oxygen concentrator for daily oxygen therapy, would be the best way to go! I will continue to do business with this company because of the great customer service and caring staff! I know that there are several oxygen companies out there however this company provides the best caring, efficient customer service hands down!
I am a huge fan of my personal oxygen tank for my dogs. Just recently we had to rush our baby to the emergency vet and this device kept her alive in time to make it there safely and to be transported into an emergency oxygen tank when we arrived. I am so thankful to have had this to get us there safely.
Thank God for Pawprint Oxygen. My sweet Mindy is doing well. After she comes in for walks and/or gets excited for whatever reason she may need extra help as she breathes. She’s miracle Mindy (beagle mania) and you would never know she has CHF.
These oxygen canisters have been a lifesaver for our 13.5-year-old chihuahua with congestive heart failure. It helps him breathe better when he occasionally breathes heavier than usual in a non-emergency situation, and having them on hand really gives us peace of mind. The customer service at Pawprint is always so helpful and friendly every time I call, its always a pleasure to do business with them.
My senior dog has breathing issues and recently contracted severe pneumonia. After so many nights pondering whether to take him to the ER or not, I decided to spend the money on a concentrator. Its seriously the best investment Ive made in a long time. Not only for reducing the stress for myself but also to limit the number of $5k ER visits just to get supplemental oxygen. Its already paid itself off 10x over. The customer service was great and the machine seems to be very high quality. Highly recommend for the peace of mind alone!
Love this service! My dog suffers from congestive heart failure, causing her to have coughing and fainting spells from time to time due to lack of oxygen. Pawprint Oxygen has been so convenient and helpful in providing her some comfort when she has these episodes. It is super easy to use -- comes in a small portable canister and all you have to do is screw on the regulator that is attached to the tubing and mask and oxygen starts flowing. My dog doesnt really like having the mask over her snout, so we just put it as close to her snout as we can possibly get it, and hope that she at least inhales some. Once I put a dab of peanut butter in the inside of the mask to try and get her to stick her nose in and sniff it, and it actually worked! Ordering was super easy -- I just had our vet fill out the prescription form that can be found on Pawprint Oxygens website and had them send it in. Then, the company reached out to us that same day and I was able to order over the phone. Only had to pay for shipping the first time, and all subsequent orders are free shipping. (I think shipping is free on first order if you order 3 or more canisters, but we didnt because we didnt think we needed that much and didnt want to store them). Each canister contains 20 minutes of oxygen, which is actually a lot considering we only need to use about 3 minutes of oxygen per episode. Our shipment even came with a cute drawstring bag to store everything. I would highly recommend! It is so comforting knowing that we have something we can administer ourselves at home to try and make our pup a little more comfortable when she has these episodes.
Great product. Our 15 year-old cat Dante suffers from chronic asthma and the Pawprint Oxygen canisters provide relief during his worst attacks. We dont use the black rubber mouth-piece, as its too constricting for Dante. Instead, we place the clear mask over his mouth and nose, and hell typically let it stay there for 15-20 breaths. Thats all it takes for him to breathe easier on his own without any distress. Well continue using the Oxygen therapy (along with oral medications) as part of Dantes overall treatment plan, as guided by our vet.
Not only was the oxygen easy to use, but we had great customer service! Everything is great about this company!!
Pawprints oxygen has been a life saver. Could not obtain an oxygen concentrator locally. Most are designated for human use only. They shipped one fast and a buster cage for my Yorkie. Ive also purchased the emergency travel oxygen canister kit. Their service has been fast, friendly, and informative! Dont know where else I would have turned for this service.
Thanks Pawprint Oxygen for helping my sweet Bella during a scary situation! About 2 months ago Bella went into cardiopulmonary arrest and the ER vet saved her at the last min, she stopped breathing. They originally told us that she had congestive heart failure, but later found it was pulmonary hypertension. Since then we’ve had to take her to the ER vet 2 other times. After several discussion with the ER vet, our primary vet, and a cardiologist, oxygen therapy was discussed and Pawprint Oxygen was recommended. We’ve been chugging along nicely for that last few weeks up until last Thurs when Bella woke up coughing and huffing similarly to the other incidents in the past. Luckily I was able to use my oxygen mask and canisters to get Bella the relief she needed. After administering the oxygen and a dose of anti-anxiety meds Bella began breathing regularly and we did not have to make a trip to the ER. It was such a relief knowing we had the oxygen on hand during these touch and go situations. It was easy to use and Bella took the oxygen with no problems! Thanks again Pawprint Oxygen for creating an affordable, simple way to help pets and their parents feel a little more secure when scary situations as these occur! We appreciate you!
My little son aka Yorkie has a collapsed trachea and has been struggling. He is still trying to get use to it. He still struggles at times but it does seem to make him calmer. I would def recommend.
Pawprint Oxygen is a wonderful company--staff is helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Our 16-year old chihuahua, Lily, has heart problems and sometimes has seizures. The oxygen has helped her tremendously and gives us all peace of mind. We purchased both the concentrator and the canisters so we are covered at home and everywhere else.
Pawprint Oxygen has been a blessing. They were quick to get me the oxygen supplies I needed and the process was easy and simple. I am thankful as it was holiday time and they got my supplies here, its helping my sick kitty, and gave me peace of mind knowing I had the oxygen to help her breathe better. I highly recommend them. I have talked to them a few times and they are always helpful and friendly. Oxygen therapy at home is a gift to those with pets in need.
This product has literally saved my dogs life. I have an elderly bulldog and she started to have problems breathing. She has used the oxygen 3 times and her episodes are way quicker and it gives her exactly what she needs when she needs it. It also keeps me more calm because there now a solution when she cant breathe. I feel way better having this on hand. Every interaction I have had with employees at Pawprint Oxygen have been amazing! They make everything super easy. Order this for your pet you will not regret it. Thank you to everyone at Pawprint you have saved my dogs life and made it easy for me to care for her when she needs it most.
Paw print Oxygen saved our dogs life . Our English bulldog developed a case of pneumonia and was expected not to make it unless she had a oxygen cage to stay in . The vet hospitals all want $1,000 a day . I dont know who could afford that, but i knew that we couldnt. After searching online I found pawprint oxygen i spoke at first with Mark then with Blake . They went above and beyond to make sure that the oxygen we desperately needed would arrive in time this morning so she could go straight in it after we got her home. She is in her oxygen cage now and is not struggling to breathe. Im so happy with the whole experience and not to mention with the cage a month rental of oxygen and overnight cost the total was $1,350. Thank you paw print Oxygen for saving Matildas life.
I have been using Pawprint Oxygen Canisters for a few months now. It has definitely helped my French Bulldog, Joey. She has the unfortunate diagnosis of cyanotic heart disease. Her vet advised us to have oxygen on hand to help her catch her breath during cyanotic episodes. The canisters are easily portable, lightweight and fit perfectly in the side pocket of the backpack that Joey rides in when we take her hiking. Pawprint Oxygen Canisters have saved her. We just celebrated her 2nd Birthday! None of her veterinarians thought that she would make it to her birthday. Thanks Pawprint Oxygen!
I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Pawprint staff are extremely knowledgeable and assisted me in getting the prescription for my French bulldog who has lung cancer. They are very helpful!!
My pug Hazel has a permanent tracheostomy due to a collapsed trachea. Somedays, whether its congestion or inflammation, she just cant get enough air through. The Pawprint Oxygen tanks have really helped her when she is struggling. She actually come right to me when I bring it out and usually feels better within a few minutes.
I came across Pawprint Oxygen by accident because I was looking up something else on Amazon. Turns out the Rescue Kit put together by Pawprint Oxygen was exactly what I needed for our cat Molly. This Rescue Kit is something every pet owner should have...the same way one would have a smoke detector or fire extinguisher. I plan to place an order for several more oxygen canisters. We hope we never have to use it, but if we do we have it.
Thanks to Pawprint and their staff. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful their kindness and empathy go above and beyond. Our Beau was able to do well even with his first dose because of their suggestions. It wont save his life, he has lung cancer, but he is able to breathe a little easier. Thanks
The Pawprint Oxygen canisters/set saved our 14 year old dogs life! The Vet/Doctor had said it absolutely saved our Jack Russells life when he was choking and we had to rush him to the vet. The vet never heard of the travel oxygen (PawPrint) before but checked it out and will recommend to patients as well. Thank you Pawprint Oxygen for saving Sammys life!
Im extremely happy that I was able to find Pawprint after researching online. My 11 year old chihuahua suffers from a collapsed treacha and now more than ever, its difficult for her to breathe when walking or running. I always had to rush her to the vet which made her more anxious and harder to catch her breath. Now with the oxygen that I can get thru Pawprint, I can treat her at home where she feels safe and calms quickly. Im very happy with the sales people that assist me when I call and I recommend this company to anyone who has an animal in need of oxygen therapy. I will continue to purchase oxygen canisters from Pawprint!! A+
Needed oxygen for my dog and they were very helpful in working with me to get my Vet to email the prescription directly to them and then shortly thereafter called me to get all the detail for what I needed. Received in 2 days as promised. Very good service and fast delivery!Highly recommend their service!!
5 star customer service and a great product. I can rest assured that Julias asthma attacks can be helped at home.
Pawprint Oxygen was able to give me piece of mind! When my dog was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, it was scary to see her change so quickly. Know I had oxygen on hand if needed helped me be a better caregiver to her. Although the can last about 5 minutes, it’s usually enough and they have options for longer term therapy.
We ordered this oxygen for our Maltese due to bronchial collapse and multiple episodes of pneumonia, and it has brought her great relief when she becomes symptomatic. But it wasn’t until our other sweet poodle of 15+ years suddenly and unexpectedly began to struggle for air that we realized how important it was to have the oxygen on hand. Unfortunately, our sweet girl passed away that evening while in route to the emergency hospital. Having the oxygen on hand not only assisted in soothing her symptoms during her transition, but it may have afforded her enough time for my husband to arrive for (what we did not realize would be) final goodbyes before she departed. Sooo thankful we received this oxygen system when we did.
Paw Prints Oxygen is wonderful. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They were great about helping me set up my oxygen for my dog for the first time. They are very reliable and shipments come on time taking away the anxiety of running out of oxygen for my Daisy!! Look no further to get your oxygen for your pet! They are the greatest!!❤️😊
Pawprint oxygen has allowed my poodle to be comfortable again. She is 14 years old and has a collapsed trachea and the oxygen many times will prevent or stop a coughing fit completely. A humidifier is a must as well!
My girlfriend and I have four toy poodles: Danny (10), Chip (9), Bella (16) and Oliver (14). Oliver is Bellas son and lived with my girlfriends mother until her passing in 2015. She loved them dearly and since her death, weve worked hard to be a big, happy, poodle family.Despite their advanced age, Bella and Oliver have been doing very well. In late September, however, Oliver started to really struggle when we were out walking. I rushed him to our vet, and the next day, he was still having difficult breathing so I took him to the local veterinary hospital, where he stayed overnight. Various tests determined that he was, unbeknownst to us, suffering from severe pulmonary hypertension.Oliver is one my VERY best friends, and we do everything together. Learning that he was seriously ill was both scary and heartbreaking and we took it upon ourselves to learn everything we could and get him the best possible car. While he was in the hospital, he benefited greatly from oxygen therapy, so my first thought was to see if we could use similar tools at home. Surprisingly, neither the veterinary hospital nor our regular vet had every prescribed oxygen to patients. Our vet, however, felt that Oliver would be a good candidate for rescue oxygen, both because hes relatively compliant and because he felt we were responsible pet parents. He told me that if I were willing to research some options, hed be happy to take a look a write a prescription if he felt comfortable with them.I found Pawprint Oxygen very quickly during a Google Search, and shared my findings with our veterinarian the next day. He felt that the system would be easy for us to use, and that it might very well do some good in an emergency. Once he wrote the prescription, ordering was very easy -- the company returned my e-mail inquiry with a phone call almost immediately, and, living here in Pittsburgh, we received our starter kit the very next day.It comes in a nice travel bag with three canisters, a twist-on regulator, some tubing, and a mask. Easy-to-read instructions for use are also of course included. The whole process truly could not have been simpler considering that this is a medical product as opposed to something more mundane like food or toys.Although our dogs get along, they occasionally growl at each other and when this happens, Oliver can get overexcited very quickly. On several occasions over the past few months, we were able to use the oxygen to calm him down and keep a tense situation from turning into a crisis.Unfortunately, weve had a couple of real crises to deal with as well. Two weeks ago, Oliver collapsed after coming in from outside and may have gone into cardiac arrest. I was able to start administering oxygen within a few seconds, and my girlfriend and I rushed him to the hospital. Miraculously, he regained consciousness and stabilized with no lasting ill effects. Just the other day, he had a similar episode (we had him fitted with a heart monitor earlier this week but the results of that analysis are still pending) and was completely unresponsive. I scooped him up and rushed downstairs. I could feel his heart beating, but he was stiff and clearly unconscious. I began administering the the oxygen and after perhaps 20 seconds, his eyes opened. About a minute later, he started breathing heavily and showing signs of alertness. After a few more minutes, he had recovered, almost as if nothing had happened. There have therefore been two separate occasions on which administering oxygen, in my opinion, either saved Olivers life or materially contributed to saving his life, giving us and his care providers the opportunity to refine and augment his treatment plan, which, apart from these terrifying episodes, has really improved his quality of life very considerably. The oxygen has also helped us feel less powerless and more confident in our ability to help when the moment comes. If your veterinarian believes your pet would benefit from oxygen therapy, I absolutely and categorically recommend PawPrint.
Pawprint Oxygen provided me with EXCELLENT service when I needed to purchase oxygen, regulator and mask for my miniature red Schnauzer Rudy. Rudy suffers with congestive heart failure and needs an oxygen boost occasionally so having home supplies keeps him out of the animal ER and the Cardiologists office...easier on him and my pocketbook. The staff is compassionate and offer wonderful suggestions and information. As long as my beloved baby is alive, I will trust in dealing with Pawprint Oxygen.
The folks at Pawprint have been wonderful to work with. I love this product! My dog has lung cancer and he needed oxygen, however the Vet Oncologist told me that there was not really an option for larger dogs. I went online to research some choices. I came across Pawprints web site. My Vet checked in to the product and was impressed. He put in an order for our Duke. I was most impressed with the product is packed and shipped very professional. I love the tote bag that comes with it!I took my order to show my Vet, he loves it and is going to keep the brochure to help future patients!Thank you Pawprint Oxygen!
Sandra has been wonderful and so helpful each time I have called to order my dog his oxygen canisters!Saves me a trip to the vet having these oxygen canister when my dog is having a hard time breathing.
They are friendly helpful people. You do need an rx from your vet. And if your pet needs O2, it does helpOnly reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is they dont seem to have a faster shipping option.Maybe they could look into stocking product at regional shipping warehouses
Our cat, Sid, has been in congestive heart failure for over a year. We’ve had several ER trips, but those are costly - both to Sid’s health & our wallet. After searching for weeks we found Pawprint Oxygen & it’s been wonderful to have oxygen on hand for those times when our sweet boy is struggling to breathe. The service is outstanding, the people on the phone really care and want to help; the cost is manageable; and, most importantly, the oxygen helps! Putting a mask on a cat is not fun, but if we hold it in front of his face while he’s laying down he tolerates it very well - and you can tell when he starts to feel better. I am recommending Pawprint Oxygen to any pet parents that need oxygen therapy for their fur babies.
Pawprint is an excellent company providing a vital need for one of our cats. They are fast and very responsive to customer requests. And their product works well! I recommend them highly.
Thank you, Pawprint Oxygen, for helping me to provide oxygen at home for my cat, Busybody!!! Blake is wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and efficient, providing his insight and experience as to which products to order and how to use them. The products are easy to use and arrive when promised. I started with the mask and canisters and then added the oxygen concentrator. Thank you again, from me and Busybody!!!
This company has saved my dogs life. Bella was critical and almost died from her pulmonary hypertension. We were rushing her to the ER almost weekly to get oxygen and the cost was mounting. We were freaking out because we couldn’t afford to keep going to the ER but then I found this company. With the at home oxygen it has been a lifesaver! Every time she has a little issue breathing we give her 3 to 5 minutes and she perks right up. Now I can enjoy my sweet Bella for longer. This has truly given her a new lease on life. THANK YOU, thank you, thank you!! ... Big shout out to Brittany in customer service she is AMAZING give that girl a raise!!
Overall amazing product and fantastic customer service. The delivery was incredibly fast. I would definitely recommend this product to people! My dog has collapsing trachea and this just helps her breath better and be more active. Definitely worth every penny.
Pawprint Oxygen is a lifesaver. After receiving the script from our vet, Pawprint’s customer service has been great in making sure we get what we need. The cans are very easy to use. So happy we’re able to provide oxygen, when needed, from the comfort of home.
My senior shih tzu has collapsed trachea and CHF. She struggles for air with drinking, any excitement, and exercise. I tried many holistic remedies without much relief, and then my vet suggested hydrocodone/homatropin and pawprint oxygen. Now we have a winning combination! I give her 90 seconds of oxygen whenever she has a coughing fit, and it calms her significantly. At first she didnt like the mask, but now she knows she will be able to breathe, and lets me put it on with no problem. My dog will only get worse over time, but pawprint oxygen gives her better quality days for as long as she has left. Im grateful for the company providing this service for at home use.
Excellent product and service. My dog won’t wear the mask but we shrink wrapped a crate and use the canisters in there on the way to the vet. Helps me feel more secure.
I’ve been so pleased with the customer service and thankful to have the team at Pawprint Oxygen. This has truly been a life saver for my sweet Mindy. Thank you for providing a great healthcare service for pets!
I can’t say enough good things about this product. My dog has CHF and has fainting spells often. Having the oxygen has been a life saver as we have been able to administer oxygen quickly ( very user friendly) and have it with us during transport to the ER vet. It brings peace of mind knowing we can give him oxygen when every minute counts. The customer service clearly explained the product, benefits, and costs and have been outstanding if I ever have a question. It also shipped promptly!Thank you PawPrint!!
Rexx is a mini dachshund, 13 years old, he started having problems in his lungs last year, and his vet suggested providing oxigen daily to help with his breathing. I bought an oxigen machine which we use most of the time to help him.I discovered Aeronics oxigen and got my first order over 6 months ago, when Rexx gets really bad with his lung condition I started using the Aeronics oxigen with a mask and this therapy provides a relief for Rexx right away.I always maintain cans of oxigen from Aeronics as a back up for Rexx to make sure I can provide help to Rexx when necessary, this is the best concentrate oxigen can in the market.Raymomd bailly
Our Cavalier is in heart failure, but still has good quality of life overall. He occasionally has episodes where he passes out and needs medical attention (trip to ER); thank goodness these are seldom. Typically these trips to ER entails medication, and overnight oxygen at the ER. Just last night, the pawprint oxygen bottles have literally saved us a night in the ER (and likely around $1200). Our dog passed out, was in labored breathing (this is first episode since we bought our pawprint 02). We couldnt get him to take the oral medicine we have been instructed to give him when this happens (even wrapped in his favorite treat, he was very out of it). After administering one pawprint bottle, he became more alert, consumed his medication, and ended up recovering well.I did have my vet on the line, and let her know we were on the fence about going to ER, but based on his response to the 02, and his recovery (we were monitoring breaths per minute), she thought we were ok to keep an eye on him. Im not suggesting having 02 replaces the ER, of course not. Professionals with ability to analyze and treat with more options is of course the best option. But in cases like ours, even if we went to the ER, the fact that we could have had him on 02 earlier (while driving) could have only helped.Pawprint has consistently had good service, and are pleasant to work with. Im a fan of both their product, and their service.
PawPrint Oxygen has been a life saver for my baby! He suffers from heart failure and being able to have oxygen readily available has saved us on so many occasions! The orders always arrive very quickly and the customer service team is always very helpful!
I am so grateful I found Pawprint Oxygen. It was recommended to me by fellow cat owners on a feline asthma support site. It is a great relief to know I have oxygen on hand in case of an emergency with my cat. The customer service representatives have been so helpful and made ordering very easy. I recommend Pawprint to anyone with pets who have respiratory issues.
Pawprint Oxygen has given us peace of mind in providing at home oxygen for our family dog. They are extremely professional and made the process fast and simple for us to get our supplies and refills. The canisters are easy to use and having them on hand in a jiff is a win for us.
Thank you so much PawPrint!!! We love the oxygen, we have seen a huge difference in our dog. He sleeps better, he is more comfortable day to day, and it’s definitely improved his life. Thank you 🙏🏻
Best pet company I have ever dealt with! They respond in a timely manner, and are very knowledgeable about dogs. I called them worried about my dog not being able to breath, and they provided me with the best solution for him, sent the product out right away, and when I needed to re-order they processed my order for me right away - I never have to worry about my dog not being out of oxygen! Super friendly staff both over the phone and via email.. truly appreciate them treating myself and my dog, peanut, like family.
The oxygen canisters from paw print oxygen have made a huge difference for my chihuahua. My dog has CHF and, when he starts struggling, will sometimes panic, making it worse. The canisters give me great peace of mind. Their customer service has been absolutely amazing.
I have a Dachshund with heart and lung issues due to severe abuse and heart worm prior to us getting this precious dog. She also has some issues with her trachea because of the enlarged heart. At times she gets winded an has trouble catching her breath. It is frightening. We were able to get Pawprint Oxygen for occasional use and boy what a relief it is to know the oxygen is right there if needed. We have used it a couple of times and so far it has done the job nicely. Everyone at Pawprints has been so super helpful! These people could not be nicer or want to help more. Thanks to everyone at Pawprints.
Amazing product and truly life saving for my dog. He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and recently was not feeling well the past few months. My dog was feeling very sick from possible heat exhaustion, allergies, and/or water in the lungs due to his heart condition. This saved us so many trips to the doctors. I truly believe this product saved my dogs life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And customer service is extremely kind, transparent and good-hearted people. Thanks for being a blessing to dogs and their owners.
Every communication with this company has been outstanding. Compassionate, understanding, and very willing to help. The oxygen has really helped my best lil’ buddy. And shipments arrived on a timely basis. I found Mark and Bethany both to be extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love this company. So grateful I found it! It has been a life saver for my little maltese - Layla, who was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
Pawprint Oxygen is literally a life saver. My dog has CHF and after remembering that oxygen is what brought my dog back to responsiveness 2 years ago when he was rushed to the ER and first got diagnosed, I mentioned it to my vet and he wrote a script. I was almost gonna have to put my dog down but he is doing much better. I give the oxygen to him as needed. For my dog who was pretty bad the first 3 canisters given within the week wasnt enough to do the trick so I reordered and after the 4th canister I see a huge difference. I am so grateful and wish I would have known about Pawprint oxygen 2 years ago, my dog probably wouldnt have gotten so bad in two years. Pawprint has been very professional, my order came extremely fast (2days), and they have great deals and promotions! I highly recommend them!
It was a very easy process getting oxygen for my elderly dog. From their friendly service to a quick delivery, this company is one to go with for your pets oxygen needs. I am highly recommending them.
The staff at Paw Print Oxygen responds quickly and are very friendly. They were able to answer any of my concerns in a timely manner. Administering the oxygen was simple and easy. The oxygen seems to be helping my dog breathe better because she suffers from a collapsed trachea.
Such a great at home solution for oxygen therapy and gives me peace of mind, which can be hard to come by going through CHF with your pet.
My sweetest love is a four-legged fur baby named Beau. He is a twelve-year-old Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure several years ago. Beau was taken to our vet, (an exceptionally fine and compassionate vet), who indicated that possibly that the time had come for him to go to heaven. I was heartbroken but I leaned that there was a company that provided oxygen for pets who had illnesses and I decided to give this a try for Beau. The Representative at Pawprint Oxygen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and indicated this would help to assist Beau with his breathing and give him comfort. The product arrived and it is an ingenious system with a mask that fitted Beau exactly right and did not freak him out and provided him pure Oxygen. It worked beautifully! I know this is not a cure, but it is a humane and wonderful gift to any pet that is loved so that they can stay a while longer. We are going on six weeks now, and I wish it could be forever. I am so thankful for Pawprint Oxygen for the gift of keeping my Beau with me just a while longer.
Amazing product. My dog responds immediately to the oxygen therapy and his breathing problems immediately improve. Thanks to Pawprint Oxygen I can be calm and confident that a breathing issue will not result in a trip to the hospital. I highly recommend both the canisters and the concentrator with ICU cage.
My rating for PawPrint Oxygen is 5-Star plus. I am extremely happy with the customer service we received. Blake was superb and I can’t give him enough accolades.Thank you Blake for being there in our time of need. You were understanding, compassionate and caring during one of the darkest hours of our lives. Thank you for expediting the shipping of the Oxygen Concentrator, Oxygen Cage, Oxygen Canisters and Regulator. When you found out that our fur baby Oslo crossed the rainbow bridge before he could use any of those items, you presented us with options that would save us money (i.e. rental vs. purchase of the concentrator, return of the unused canisters and regulator at no cost to us). Even though we decided to keep those products (we have another fur baby at home), your thoughtful gesture didn’t go unnoticed. It conveyed to me that PawPrint Oxygen is a company that genuinely cares about its customers.I would be remiss if I didn’t thank Mark. My initial consult was with Mark prior to working with Blake the rest of the time. Mark was very informative and patiently explained everything to me. First impressions are critical and Mark you are the reason we chose to go with PawPrint Oxygen as opposed to a competitor. .
The oxygen cannisters helped my dog a lot! Excellent customer service from Pawprint!
My fur baby needs daily oxygen and I had no idea what company I should use. My vet advised me to use Pawprint. I recived my prescription and emailed it to the company. The response was fast and the customer service was even faster. It is refreshing to do business with a small owned company. Customer service went far and beyond to help me with my order. Thank you Pawprint.
Fantastic customer service. Fast delivery. Easy to use. And most important.....the oxygen is working. I was nervous that my 14 year old large breed mix (who can be very stubborn )would not take to the mask but I took the rubber rim off and she took to it fine..
The People at Pawprint Oxygen have been helpful and caring and asked me each time I contacted them how my dog was doing. My dog is recovering from pneumonia and the home oxygen has been essential in helping her...Thank you Pawprint...I highly recommend them..
Ive just started using Pawprint Oxygen and it has helped by dog COPD tremendously. He also recently had a seizure and I gave him some oxygen and it helped him through it as well. Im very happy I discovered this product.
This is the best place Ive ever dealt with . So kind, thoughtful and understanding . We have a small Yorkie she is 14 with a collapsing trachea . The oxygen is helping her so much . I know this is not going to fix her problem but, it is giving her some quality of life as she still tries to play . We love her and when the time comes we will do what is best for her as we love her too much just to keep her because we cant stand to say goodbye for now .So please if you need help with oxygen for a pet/furbabies please get in touch with Pawprint Oxygen . They are the best .
This company has been an life saver for my baby Sammy who suffers from a heart condition. I would highly recommend this company. They are always very helpful.
Great customer service.
This product has literally been a lifesaver for our 13 year old buddy with laryngeal fold paralysis. We are so very happy with their product and how much it has helped our guy!
I’ve been using PawPrint for my dogs heart condition and it has definitely been a lifesaver. I’ve noticed the difference it has made he can breathe easier and doesn’t get exhausted as fast and if he does we just give him oxygen for about 2 mins and he back to his normal energy. If your vet recommended oxygen for your dogs health I would 100% say to choose Pawprint it’s so easy to use and customer service is very friendly/helpful. Thank you Pawprint!
I highly recommend this company if your pet needs oxygen. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They told me to have my vet call with a prescription, which they did, and the oxygen was shipped out that very day.
I am a mobile hospice and end-of-life care veterinarian who uses Pawprint Oxygen in our practice. It has been a literal life saver for our patients, and owners love knowing they can help their pets if/when needed. Customer service is outstanding!!
Originally got this oxygen for my dog, but gave it to my sister when her dog got sick. Dec 6. her dog could not breathe and gave her dog the oxygen from Pawprint. It saved his life and gave my sister time to get the dog to the vet. He is coming home today. He wouldnt be coming home if not for Pawprint oxygen. A life saver.
Thank you Pawprint Oxygen for giving us more time with our boy Otis. He is 13 yrs. old and has an unknown respiratory problem. We are unable to get him to a hospital for diagnostics because he stresses out and goes into so much distress he almost dies. The face masks are perfect for giving his inhaler medication, I use the side vents to administer and close it off for a few seconds afterwards with my fingers. Also the included backpack is great to carrying my oxygen and supplies when I take him outside to go potty. Knowing I have what I need immediately if he goes into trouble is a big relief. His “Dad” is a veterinarian and I’m a veterinary technician, so we are doing our best to keep him comfortable as long as we can. You have made this possible and we are forever grateful.—-Waynette and Jeffrey
Outstanding customer support with quick, knowledgeable response to customer questions
I was urgently looking for pet oxygen tanks when my dog was diagnosed with partial tracheal collapse & Cushings. I found Paw Print Oxygen & Blake was so nice & helpful. It gets us thru the rough breathing spells & provides piece of mind in case of an ER trip. I would recommend this company to anyone! Amy & JoAnn Walker (for Chloe)
This store is a godsend for my two dogs who are in end stage heart failure. My vet recommended I get portable oxygen and after some searching I hit upon Pawprints. Now whenever my Chihuahua or Lhasa Apso begin to cough or their tongue turns bluish I give them oxygen with medical grade equipment and they’re better within minutes. I wish my vet had these in stock actually. And the staff there are super helpful and very knowledgeable. I didn’t know what to get or how much because I have two different size dogs and they patiently explained everything, answered all my questions and helped set me up with the right equipment. Delivery was stress free too, I placed my order on Wednesday and received the shipment on Friday. Thank you Pawprints!
I found PAWPRINT online when searching for home oxygen for my chihuahua who had been having difficulty breathing. Our veterinarian recommended oxygen therapy. When I called PAWPRINT, Matt, (a human) answered the phone. He explained their service, my vet sent the order. Each time I called with a question, my call was answered by either Bethany or Matt. Excellent customer service!! ;)
Exactly what I was looking for! After a few ER visit for breathing troubles with Bruzer, my 13 year old 4lbs teacup Yorkie, I decided to get my own oxygen for home use. The product works great and has already saved me a trip to the ER. Great quality product, easy to use, highly recommended...
Pawprints portable oxygen setup gave my family peace of mind in knowing that we could keep our 13-year-old lab, Maddie, stable in the event of a breathing episode. As she aged with a LARPAR diagnosis, there is no doubt that Pawprint enhanced the quality of her life and ours. The customer service from the team at Pawprint was nothing short of exceptional. They helped us work with our vet to expedite an appropriate prescription and had us equipped with their kit very quickly. I dont often write reviews but Pawprint fills a special need and is deserving of recognition for their thoughtfulness and dedication. I highly recommend Pawprint Oxygen to anyone who has a pet prone to breathing difficulties.
My cat had major surgery and we had hoped wouldnt need to use this but got it as a precaution and it just may well have saved my cats life tn at 4:30 AM. She was wheezing I was terribly scared //but she pulled through..Will be contacting her doctor to be sure. Thankfully shes getting close to her follow up appt. This was the only incident so far but still...You NEVER KNOW. This is why i trusted in pawprint oxygen:; for either emrgency home or transportation emergency oxygen tailored specifically to my pets face and weight..Thank you truly!!! I cant thank your company and its dedication enough!!!! 🙏🙏🙏😻😻😻
PawPrint Oxygen is working well for my ten year old mini schnauzer with CHF. Every now and then she needs a little help with her breathing. The pawprint set up is easy to use and helps her tremendously. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful!
PawPrint oxygen is amazing. My dog has stage 4 cardiac disease and struggles continuously with his breathing. In the past he had to struggle with his breathing until the vet opened and had to spend the night at the vet in an oxygen tent. This was very stressful for my dog and expensive for me. The vet has since prescribed me oxygen for my dog. It really is a lifesaver. As soon as I see his breathing becomes difficult I immediately give him his oxygen. The results are amazing. He no longer has to struggle until I can get him to a vet and I don’t have to continue paying an arm and a leg to place him in an oxygen chamber. The price is also reasonable and the entire system is portable. The regulator and nose cone are a one time buy as they are reuseable. The canned oxygen is buy 5 get the 6th one free. Each can is $30.00 and lasts for 5 to 20 minutes depending on the prescribed airflow rate. Mine lasts for 10 minutes which has been more than enough time to move my baby out of respiratory distress. Mark in customer service is awesome. He takes time to ask me questions about my dog and offer suggestions. The entire order process took less than 2 minutes once the prescription was received. I just just can’t say enough good things about this company, the their products and their customer service.
The canisters dont last long. Then you have to keep buying moreits a small business that doesnt know very much.
