I recently bought a brand new 2022 White Hyundai sonata Limited from this dealership. My sales personnel was Kelsey Agnew and she did a fantastic job at giving me information and my overall sales experience. She did everything she possibly could to make sure that I had a great experience. The car having problems was completely out of her control, as I just had bad luck with their service department. Overall, very eccentric and enthusiastic car salesman, Id buy from this person again. 10/10.
My car broke down in another state and I had a nightmare getting it back to Pennsylvania. It was very stressful but once I got my car shipped to #1 Cochran of South Hills they took care of EVERYTHING. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and contacted Hyundai directly so I didnt have to do anything. They got me a brand new engine and a rental car and had it all done in two days! Inspection went perfectly. 1 year later, only getting better with age.A friendly warning:West Liberty Ave. can be a little unforgiving in the afternoon in terms of traffic. Never again will I buy a car from here (and weve bought/leased 8). To say the staff doesnt care is an understatement. Spend your money where theyll at least treat you like a human. The manager blamed us for mistakes the staff made and couldnt have cared less that he wasted an entire day of ours. Then, he tried to gaslight us on top of everything. Hard pass for life.

Completely disrespectful of my time. I drove an hour to get there, only to find out they no longer had what I was going to test drive. A phone call would have been nice.
If I could give less than 1 star I would...I took my car go get looked at for a few issues. One being my drivers side window wasnt working properly, another was a loud sound coming from my front passenger side wheel especially when turning..So after about an hour or 2 the service advisor came out to tell me about what they found.. I paid the diag fee and they said that the window regulator was bound up and thats what the issues was. He said the part and install it would be over 700 dollars he said the labor would also be 2 hours... I said never mind because that sounded extremely high so I called around. I got the part (that I paid them to look at and diag) from another dealership for 140 also called other Hyundai dealers and they said the labor time is .7...Then I asked the advisor about the wheel sound he said the tech didnt hear anything. Which is an absolute joke because during a simple test drive he would have heard it...Today I went to do it and the regulator in the door is just fine and the tech NEVER even looked at the window to begin (and how I know is the plastic under the door panel was still glued to the door and wasnt ripped at all... The ONLY thing wrong was that the glue holding the window to the regulator came off both brackets.....
Somehow without ever having brought my car to this dealership, I have received two harassment phone calls from them about work needed on my car.
Charged me $120 for a thorough inspection...basically cleared my code and did nothing...somehow missed that my ball joint and crankshaft sensor needed replaced...
Gabe McNeal was the most personable young man! He was such a friendly, funny, perky, and knowledgeable salesman. He explained everything about each car, repeated it when needed, and acted like he had all the time in the world to spend with me. I felt like I understood each item as he was an excellent teacher. Positive: Service was quick. The advisor was very friendly and helpful.Negative: After getting a new car battery, the car was driving very heavy. I decided to take it to another Hyundai dealership and they found that whoever changed the battery didn’t reset something. So even though service was quick, it was not complete.

They set up the appointment and contacted me a day prior to make sure I was still coming in for the repair.When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the service advisor who took the keys and led me to the comfortable waiting area where refreshments were waiting while my car was taken to another area for the scheduled service.I wanted to look at some newer Hyundai models like the Tuscon and Sante Fe since both my kids each have one and compare some of the new features for 2021 while enjoying my latte.The showroom was spacious and clean and there were several salesmen busy working with customers. I was approached by a salesmen who offered his help if I needed it. The model I was interested in was outside so I zipped up the coat and went outside for a closer look.The new cars were clean and the area was clean of snow making it easy to walk around.After about 30 minutes of window shopping I went back inside to wait for my vehicle. I found myself reading a travel magazine in a comfortable lounge chair. After about 30 minutes I was asked by the service advisor to step into his office where he informed me of the progress of the repair. There were some lights out on my car needing to be replaced but I refused the work.Ten or 15 minutes later the advisor informed me that my car was ready and I was asked to sign some paperwork. I have taken my vehicle here since I purchased my Hyundai one year ago. I have had positive experiences every time. I have only had my recommended service for the mileage intervals completed here. Everyone from the telephone/online scheduling and the service advisors has been helpful and professional. The service advisors are direct and keep you updated on your service and recommended service/recalls, with no pressure. I have had no issues with scheduling, and they usually can get me in pretty fast. I have been doing the contactless pickup, and everyone is accommodating around this. I’ve never been here before and I was scared of taking my car to a dealer for fear of over pricing, however I couldn’t have been more wrong. They were so professional. They got me in so fast and it took half the amount of time I expected - and for half the cost too. They went above and beyond by also cleaning my car after service. I have had multiple problems with this company very displeased and unsatisfied. Currently waiting for a callback from the company it’s been over a week. It seems like they are only interested in selling cars no one really cares. I actually had to go above and call Hyundai to resolve my problems. No I’m face with a problem for being charge for oil changes when they should’ve been free.

Recently I moved from out of state and got my vehicle serviced after my trip. all the associates were very nice and very friendly and one of the service advisors actually took time to take me for a ride so we could identify a specific problem that I was hearing. only thing that I recommend is following up on phone calls my service indicator was not reset and I left two messages about making an appointment to get it reset and never heard anything back I will personally go into the location and take care of this. But again everybody was nice and the service was great and efficient
They have a 3 day return policy however when I tried to return my vehicle they would not allow me to get the taxes back on the car that I just returned (roughly 2k). I understand the document fees but taxes on a vehicle that got returned, come on people! I dont like the way this place does business. If you allow for returns, allow for returns! Every item I have ever returned gave the taxes paid back to the payer. I wont be shopping here anymore.

I gave this dealership 3 chances because I really wanted to buy a Hyundai Pallisade. Each time was worse than before. The first time I went I was told I couldn’t test drive the Pallisade because I didn’t have children and they’d “let me drive something smaller”. The next time, we waited for over 20 minutes without anyone even saying hello to us. We were sitting in the showroom, as we walked out (20 min later), two salesmen ran after us trying to help us. On the third time, we were met with a rude salesmen who did nothing to help us. We eventually decided to drive 35 minutes to Bowser Hyundai and we purchased our Pallisade there on that same day! Bowser was great, #1 Cochran, not so much!!
Love these folks, a super friendly and helpful crew and everyone Ive dealt with has been honest and upfront. I didnt even buy my car here but they treat me like I did. In fact, they couldnt get the car I wanted here because it wasnt sold in PA and nobody would trade with Cochran, but they pointed me to a dealer in MD that had the car available - how many dealerships would go the extra mile like that? We went to their new facility for the first time to have our Tucson serviced. We were happy to see they are following recommended Covid safety measures. As weve experienced in the past, the work was performed competently and all our interactions with Cochran service staff were friendly and professional.
My husband and I bought a car from #1 Cochran Hyundai back in May. We ordered a bunch of accessories with it that they didnt have on hand, so they told us they would need to order it. We said thats fine.We stayed in contact with our salesman, and were told on multiple occasions that they were still waiting on parts or that everything but the roof rack had come in.After three months of this, we asked about getting the accessories they did have installed and getting the roof rack done later. They wanted us to do it all at once to reduce contact because of covid. Fair enough. In that spirit, we decided wed just have everything done when we brought the car in for 4000 mile maintenance and our inspection since both were going to need done in October.Well, October comes, now 5 months since we bought the car, and we take it in for maintenance.The service manager calls to tell us that the maintenance was completed, but that it didnt look like any of our accessories had ever been ordered by the sales department, so he went ahead and ordered them for us.My husband said hold on. The sales department has been telling us for FIVE MONTHS that they were just waiting on roof racks, and now youre saying they never even placed the order for ANY of the accessories? Thats right.We called to talk to the sales manager. He seemed annoyed to be talking with us and said he would look into it and would call us back. He never did. When my husband went to go pick up the car, he asked to see the dealership manager who took him to the sales manager. The sales manager said, oh yeah I forgot to call you back as if it wasnt a big deal that they lied to us for 5 months about these parts.He told my husband that they were sorry about the mixup and that everything would be in on Thursday (it was Tuesday Oct 6th). So before they wanted us to believe that it was taking them months to get parts in, but now they can have them in in two days?Well we called on Thursday and it wasnt a surprise they didnt actually have any parts in. They said they expected the rest in the next day. No calls from them at all.Well be calling again on Monday, but I dont have my hopes up.We love our car. Wish the customer service at this location was a hell of a lot better, especially from the sales department - service department seems better in our limited interaction with them so far.

The financing was easily done online so that the process at time of purchase was less drawn out. Drew was eager to show us all of the bells and whistles inside of our new car and, as said before, went above and beyond. Overall very good experience! By the way, this car is AMAZING!

Words cannot describe what a car salesman did for me one year ago today! I had just gone through what I thought was the worst two months of my life. I was without a car due to a bad transmission with my Nissan. I haven’t bought a car with just my name on it in about 20 years. What was I going to do? I did a COVID-19 purchase and it was great! I inquired about the car, they were not pushy and let me pace the sale. I did all of the paperwork online, only going to the dealer for about 20 minutes to sign paperwork. It was easy, quick, and I would do it again that way. I have been a client of Hyundai South Hills for six years. The service is good, and I havent had any issues with my car.Last time I went there it was for the annual inspection, which overlapped with quarantine in the city. I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership called Lyft for me, and for all clients who wanted, to go back home to stay safe while they take care of my car.
Purchased my vehicle here last year and it was about as good of an experience as buying a vehicle can be. Salesman was not pushy at all and was very patient while I was making a decision, despite the process going well past their operating hours. Just had my first inspection completed here as well, and have no complaints at all. Will be definitely be returning.

I arrived early in the morning, prior to 9 a.m. and was able to have my car seen that day. The new location is definitely an improvement. When I pulled my car into the service bay, I felt like I was docking a ship on the Death Star (which is a good thing, so as not to be misconstrued)Chris, the technician who greeted me was kind, friendly and professional. He addressed my questions and concerns pertaining to my vehicle. After my multi-point inspection he took the time to explain the overall condition of my car. He (Chris) also gave me an estimated timeline and price of upcoming components that would need to be addressed (i.e. tires, spark plugs, excetera.) I was even given complimentary car wash!
Once again I had great service at Hyundai Cochran at west liberty. Mr. Jordan always makes me feel important. He was able to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I would highly recommend everyone to this Hyundai dealership. As always no popcorn machine. Thank you
