I was looking for a quality product and wanted to support local business within the Pittsburgh area. I found this warehouse and thought I hit the jackpot; WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I ordered a vanity and was told it would be ready for pickup in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks, they called saying it wasn’t ready, but they would express ship it that way it would be ready before Easter. Again it was not (not a big deal). 6 weeks after originally ordering, it was ready for pickup.Showing up at the warehouse a man cut open the front of the box and asked if everything looked good. A scratch on the front of the vanity drawer was noticed, they marked that on the paper and gave us a tube of paint and said we can touch it up ourselves. We were okay with that since it was a smaller scratch. Once home, the vanity was taken out of the box completely (for the first time). It was then we realized the terrible condition it was in. The leg was bent and paint cracked, the middle shelf was completely broken, and cracks in the paint on every corner. I called the warehouse immediately and sent pictures for them too see. I explained that the damage we now see was covered because the vanity was not taken completely out of the box at the warehouse. The manager agreed it was not taken out of the box because they DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR THAT THEY ARE TOO BUSY. Plus, we signed a waiver before leaving so we have to live with what it looks like. They were completely UNWILLING to work with me. It’s sad that a big box store has better customer service than a local business here in my hometown.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend shopping here. Great prices for the quality of the product. Great selection too!

Post Install Update: While installing the vanity I noticed that two of the screws that hold the front faux drawer face on were stripped. When I removed the screws to replace them I then noticed that there were four unnecessary holes that were drilled through the face of the cabinet that were then very poorly refilled. Now these will not be seen because the drawer face cover barely covers them but are irritating nonetheless as the vanity was sold as new. Appears that there was some indecision on how to mount the drawer face to the main frame? I inspected the vanity before leaving the store and the box was cut open in front of me so I assume it occurred at the factory in China. I sent feedback on this to Home Improvement Warehouse and they did not respond. Minus one 🌟.Another negative was that the vanity took almost a month to get after paying for it. The vanity on the showroom floor had cracks in the paint so they ordered another to be shipped from the Atlanta warehouse. I was told that I would be contacted when it arrived - that never happened. Truck delays, shipping issues etc. I had to continually follow up when it would be there and I could pick it up. Minus one 🌟.They will ask you to leave a positive Google review as soon as you pay for your purchase and before leaving the store in exchange for a free bottle of stone cleaner. I gave in and did this but dont like this tactic. If your product and service are great - the timing of the review should not matter.Overall the design of the vanity is great(48 white Atlanta) but the service and quality could have been better.

Check back often as they get in new items weekly. If they have what you need you can definitely Italy save verses buying it at Home Depot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location as well. Lots of parking.

If youre looking for a bathroom vanity and really dont want to buy the cheap 49 cent junk the big box stores carry this place is for you. Large selection and range of sizes and styles all solid wood (most are birch) construction dovetail drawers with soft close hinges and drawers prices are higher but actually less that most you will comparables you will find on the internet. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable about products they were selling. Would buy from here again would like to see product line expanded to other cabinetry.

The quality of product and customer service is unsurpassed. We bought 3 different vanity/counter top sets and I cannot believe we paid such a low price for such high end cabinets and marble counter tops! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable...I highly recommend and will return for all my future purchases for sure!

Very pleased with the vanity we bought. We saved money because we decided to take a drive to overstock instead of the familiar endless drive to home depot. He actually had the exact vanity that we wanted and home depot discontinued. All in all we got what we wanted plus a beautiful faucet for 200 less than we priced . Very helpful and polite employee. The name says it all, its a warehouse with overstock stuff. They have some very nice pieces at reasonable prices. All open box so inspect what you get. The guys working were very helpful and packaged everything up very nicely.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience as many others have. I placed an order for a Willow brand vanity that was in stock at their warehouse in Georgia, but needed to be brought to Pittsburgh. I was told it would take two weeks at most which worked very well with the time frame that the vanity was needed due to contractors beginning work at my home shortly thereafter. After three weeks, I had not heard anything from the store so I attempted to reach out and the person who answered the call was in Georgia and I was informed for the first time that the vanity I ordered was still in Georgia and would take another week to come in. I waited an additional week and still was not contacted so I reached out again. The individual in Georgia answered again. Only after that additional call did the warehouse in Pittsburgh confirm the vanity was available to be picked up. I communicated that this was causing a delay with the work being done at my home and asked if any type of discount would be offered due to it taking a month for the vanity to come in. No discount of any kind was offered nor did they offer to arrange for delivery. Looking back the salesman asked me to leave a Google review right after I made the purchase in exchange for a free stone cleaner - thankfully I was not able to in the store after the ultimate experience I ended up having, but please know that many of the reviews left are at the request of the salesman in the store prior to the customer receiving the product ordered if it is not in stock at the Pittsburgh warehouse.

Not as much inventory as advertised online. 1 employee there, when asked questions he acted like I was disturbing him. Items are not as cheap as advertised either. When asked about sale priced items.... they where sold. Online prices just to get you in the door.

Pretty decent place with all types of home needs at a discounted price. They have a whole much of different things but dont come in here thinking your going to find your specific item because you probably wont. It looks like its a bunch of random things they gather and price it at a lower rate. Again everything seems pretty random so its hit or miss. It seems like its like marshalls or tjmaxx version of Home Depot where they buy the overflow of products or discontinued things. You may find something different every time.

The lads at Overstock hustle up some pretty decent deals on many Depot carried tools but especially in fixtures...bath & kitchen predominantly.

Great place for discounted building supplies...especially bathroom vanities.

Do not waste your time. Very rude and believe it or not Lowes and home depot have a much higher quality of vanities, better prices, and nicer employees. Its like the IKEA brand of vanities here, pretty, but will fall apart after a year. Only difference is IKEA will allow returns, not this warehouse of worthless garbage. Save yourself the time and go to Lowes or elsewhere. This business will snuff out within the year.
