Love these folks. I am on my 2nd kitchen job and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Excellent service, very reasonable price and selection exceeded our needs. My friend is a house flipper and uses them for each house. Don’t let the name fool you as they also have excellent plywood box cabinets. No junk here!
My wife and I had prices from 6 different forms for cabinets and Asian Granite handily beat them all. At their price I was a little nervous about quality but after reading reviews we decided to use them. We are very happy we did, they did a excellent job and were very easy to work with. Lee was our sales rep and was a great person to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman who came to measure and consult on design made a number of helpful comments and unlike many places his suggestions saved us money, made a nicer job and made it easier on the installation crew. Yes there was a little language barrier with the installers but they try very hard and are always nothing but nice. We always managed to work out what was going on. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel or new countertops. We couldnt be any happier or satisfied than we are. Great job guys and keep up the good work. Thanks again!!!
Tremendous people. Very patient with us as we discussed our goals and provided an array of examples, from granite/quartz to cabinetry. Extremely meticulous and knowledgeable in measurement/preparation/installation. Simply put, they know their stuff and are amenable to achieving your goals. Reasonably priced, accessible and prompt. Highly recommended
After having a horrible experience with LT Granite in Bridgeville (lady refused to wait on us) we went here. Got a beautiful quartz top for our island priced better than anywhere else. They did a great job from start to finish. Very friendly, professional, and a great variety to choose from. Highly recommend!
The Asian Granite team was fast and responsive while providing beautiful quality and workmanship. My granite countertop project was completed within three weeks of my first visit! Though communication was a bit of a challenge at times, the end result was worth exercising a little patience. Good company. Good people. Fair price. Run, dont walk, to Asian Granite & Cabinet for your next kitchen project.
Asian granite offers a large stock of granite for your home renovations needs. The prices are beyond the best youll find and the staff is very friendly. The process is a little confusing at times because they do not give you a written quote or a copy of the invoice until the job is complete but if you call or walk in they make it very easy to understand what is going on. The process typically includes you choosing your granite and scheduling the measurements. Once the measurements are done they will give you the final price for everything (product, removal, sink, etc.) and you need to put a down payment (50%) to put you on the schedule. Once the job is done you pay the remainder of the bill. The guys doing the install were respectful and timely, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to spruce up their kitchen or bath.
Lisa was very professional and went out of her way to make sure I was completely informed throughout the entire process. I even made changes midway through and she was calm and understanding- even talked me through certain points. I never felt rushed. My countertop had to be done in two pieces on the one side. I was worried about the seam matching and the flow of the veins being off, etc. Turns out, there was no need to worry. I think they did an excellent job! The gentlemen that came to the house to install were on time and very nice. Overall, I have no regrets and would definitely not hesitate to use this company again.
We bought our kitchen countertops from Asian Granite and we could not be more pleased. They have an amazing selection of granite available. The installers were very professional and fast. We would definitely purchase from them again.
The entire process was easy. Went to the showroom selected my granite and got the estimate on the spot.. They came and messured and scheduoed the install.. The installers were professional and efficient. They were in and out no mess. Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.
Im experienced in remodeling homes but I am new to Pittsburgh. I knew exactly what I was looking for and I asked for prices. I was hoping for a price sheet or somebody to accompany me to their Granite yard to give me an idea of how much these pieces of granite installed would cost. Instead I had to go out by myself, memorize the granite or quartz names, come back into the office just to he told that my chosen styles cost $50 Plus per square foot. The lack of transparency of pricing, the lack of courtesy and failure to adjust to my request to please have somebody go out with me to point out less expensive alternatives made me decide fast not to work with this company. They just have good stone that is currently trendy, many of them in the white and gray family. Thats why I gave them two instead of one star. Summary is goodstone but poor customer service.
Beautiful work..Excellent price...cant beat them..exceeded my expectations.
We ran into a little snafu with the installation of the granite in my kitchen. The sign of a good company is whether they are willing to fix the problem. They were amazing. They fixed everything perfectly. My kitchen looks fantastic. The seams are invisible and it shines! Very good job. Would not HESITATE to recommend.
Fantastic quality granite and prices. Iur kitchen looks beautiful!!! Thank you Asian Granite.
Beautiful workmanship, extremely hard working staff & very professional.
Very poor workmanship. The installers were at my home 2x and didnt even have a tape measure. The installation was not scribed to the wall and the lead installer refused to wear a mask after multiple requests. He pretended not to understand even though i showed him a mask and motioned for him to wear it multiple times. Luckily, these were vanities in the bathrooms and not kitchen countertops. I would never use this company again.
Would not recommend anyone uses this company. Delivery driver going down my road hit our children’s basketball hoop and kept driving. The only reason he came back was I called the company and they told him to come back. Why would anyone use a company who’s employees will act like that. I could only imagine what they would do to your home and not tell you.
Very pleased with the transaction. Best pricing and best service in Pittsburgh. Company messed up on installation date but corrected it immediately after our phone call. They were able to fabricate and install granite the same day. We have received lots of compliments on our granite counter top and lots of praise on the seam work!.
We had a great experience! They did an amazing job on my kitchen! Installers were friendly and quick! Prices are great! Would highly recommend.
Very pleased with the work.We went to see the show room, took few samples and scheduled appointment for measurements. The guy showed up on time, explained everything we asked and gave us a price. We paid half before the work and half after. At the day of work; the guys showed up on time, removed the old countertops and installed the new ones. Super clean and quick job. 40% off Home Depot prices.
Worked extensively with Lisa to finalize price and scope on a project. Had cabinets measured and was given several prices and options such as customer pull cabinets, cash versus credit card, etc. Responded verbally what options were agreed upon and requested for final written proposal detailing the job and told this wasnt possible. No terms and conditions, no scope of what was/wasnt included just a hand written drawing with a bunch of numbers and options. Lisa obviously wasnt really allowed to even fill out a proposal form of any type based upon the field visit. After all the time spent picking the right stone, deciding what the contractor and customer would do and or include, 3 store visits Lisa couldt write up any kind of summary much less a simple contract. If you want to do a verbal agreement for $3,000 or more use this contractor. If you want something in writing detailing the agreement use someone else. I paid $300 more and went to New Choice who were very professional and detailed the entire proposal. Guess I have watched to much Judge Judy!
We are very happy with our new granite counters and especially with the service and quality. The installers were very polite and proficient and cleaned up after the installation. Ordered over the phone and sent our measurements in along with our drawings and sink template. We spoke w/Lisa over the phone a few times and answered all questions and concerns. She always got right back with us. They gave us a delivery date within 2 weeks and no hesitation, they were installed on time. They beat anyones prices and quality is just as good, if not better. highly recommend.
Installed a full kitchen in our basement. We went with a leather skin finish and we really like it. Although there was a slight language barrier and their shop is a little rough, everything worked out really well and was installed with very little issue. If we ever redo our upstairs kitchen, we will certainly use them!
We needed to remodel our bathroom on a strict budget and Asian Granite & Cabinet had the best prices around for granite ( I got about 6 other estimates before I choose them). They were professional and got the job done in a timely matter. We would most likely use them again for future projects.
Asian Granite did a beautiful job on my counter-top. They are very fair, and reasonable people to work with. You will not find another place that does a beautiful job for such a low price.
We had a great experience with Asian Granite! Nice selection, accurate estimate & skillful installation.
Did an amazing job for a great price.
Wonderfully nice people. I’ve never heard or seen anything negative about this company.
I will first start with the positive aspects and then the negative ones. But if you don’t have time to read, just take my advice and spend a little more money to get a better service. Don’t do my mistake because a quartz or granite countertop is not easy to remove if it gets messed up.Positives:1- When we went to look at samples, the staff was very nice.2- they gave us a lot of samples.3- their price was good.4- they showed up on time to my house for measurements and installation.5- when things went downhill, they gave me a discount (after I requested it).Negatives.1- language barrier. It was hard to communicate with the man that came to take the measurements and installers. I told him specifically that I installed a wooden countertop myself and I knew that the walls weren’t straight so when I did my measurements I had to adjust the countertop in a way that would make it fit without any gaps. But i think he didn’t understand me and the countertop came with lots of measurements problems.2- polishing. I specifically told him I need both sides of the waterfall (the vertical part of the countertop) polished. It came polished on only one side. Now I have an ugly side that is an eyesore.3- measurements. I have no idea how they messed the measurements of the waterfall. It didn’t match the rest of the countertop. Measurements is like the main part of their job. How could they mess it up?4- rudeness. When I told the installers I didn’t like the waterfall and called the boss to negotiate it. They got really rude (i guess because they carried that waterfall for nothing). I forgot to mention they could barely speak English. When I tried to tell them about the waterfall problem all they kept saying was “one piece. Push” i had no idea what they were trying to tell me. So anyways. When I talked to their boss, they started behaving rudely, it felt like they left without finishing (i guess). I had to go after them and ask them if they secured the sink because I could see only one screw securing the sink. Conclusion:I have been looking for my dream countertop for about a year and now I have a messed up waterfall and gaps (that they left before filling) and I cannot afford to remove it. So my advice is to spend some more money and get a better service to avoid ending up like me.
I was very happy with our experience with Asian Granite, despite some installation snafus which were immediately remedied. The women in the office who manage the customer accounts and orders, Amy and Lisa, are fantastic. We took a LONG time over multiple visits to their office and to local granite wholesalers (Mont and Daltile) to figure out what granite we wanted for our kitchen and half bath. They were both so patient and kind with us, never making us feel hurried or that we were bothering them with questions or concerns or by requesting a price on a slab from one of the wholesalers. They explained everything and took a significant amount of time with us in their on site granite yard on a very cold night looking at our kitchen and bath slabs and helping us determine exactly where they should be cut for the sink and backsplash and which portions would go next to the stove, etc.On installation day, the installers showed up at the expected time and got right to work. Our granite countertops look fabulous. We had a couple of issues with installation in that the fabricators/installers reversed the direction we wanted the backsplash to go in the bathroom and reversed the kitchen bar top. We’d selected a very unique/non-uniform granite for the bathroom and so we were very specific about where the cuts were and how the pieces should line up. For the kitchen bar, we wanted to have the greyer areas of granite close to the wall to maximize the sight of the brighter white and beige tones in the piece. The installers didn’t speak a lot of English, but once we communicated that some of the pieces were reversed/not installed how we’d discussed at the office, they got right to work fixing them. They took the reversed pieces out to their truck and repolished them on site and then installed the way we’d planned originally. We visited at least 5 other granite fabricators and none of them could match the prices of Asian Granite and Cabinet (at least for in stock slabs), even the places that advertise they won’t be beat on price. We also ordered a bathroom faucet from Asian Granite and it started leaking immediately upon installation, could not be fixed by changing the washer, etc. I called the office and they said to bring it back for exchange or refund. Took it back and they wrote me a check on the spot since we’d already purchased a different faucet.I highly recommend this business with the caveat that if you are particular about how your granite is cut/where particular sections or seams go, you must watch that aspect carefully and take the time to go over precise cuts and positioning before installation. And then be present for installation to make sure it is put in how you want. I’d imagine this is the same with any granite fabricator. Great business, with no BS factor.
