I had a wonderful experience with Eastern Mirror and Glass. Jim, the owner, responded quickly to my e-mail for a quote and came out the very next day to measure for a dining room glass tabletop. The price was reasonable and the tabletop was completed, delivered, and installed within a week.

They always do a perfect job

This company did not finish the job that i paid in full. they promisedto come out the next day after each phone call made to them, after 15attempts. we decided to give up, and hire a new contractor. Jim the ownerand his son, laugh when i call them. they think everything is a joke. stillpondering if im going to see them in court or not,i will send them the billand see if they pay for it. Im sure they will ignore the bill like they did me.It took them Six months for them to start the job that had all ready beenpaid for, I would have fired them if i had never given them my money. Unlessyou are just picking up a piece of glass, i would highly suggest hiring anothercompany. Any one would be better then these guys. I will be going to theattorney gen, and better business,to make sure they dont screw any one else.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Jim the owner lies and makes excuses. I have been waiting for my new Glass for my doors for 3 months. He keeps making excuses. Do yourself a favor and never use this company!
