Very welcoming Staff excellent service comfortable experience I appreciate and was assisted by a lady named Tobie Graham who gave 110% as far as establishing new services and got me internet easy and fast and would highly recommend this store

Good public face but sorry, dont let that fool you! Poor customer service and rates that are totally to high for there services. My internet service is higher than the basic and I still experience my broadband going in and out! Too bad they have almost a virtual monopoly I would leave them in a heart beat!!

Unfortunately, I have to confirm what a customer (Toni) said about a staff member 8 months ago… this young lady was rude and unwelcoming for no reason. I have good communication skills but I really felt no consideration at all from this person! It totally spoiled my experience knowing I drove from far away because of the nice reviews I read on Google! Too bad! ☹️

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Wait time is acceptable. Karsten helped me set up the wifi transfer to my new place. Great guy, does his job well and very friendly. I was scared by the reviews before coming in, but my experience turned out to be pretty good

After being an Xfinity customer (internet and mobile) I have had much experience with staff in this store -- clueless, unprofessional, shady, rude, and its MULTIPLE reps. Everyone acts like they just started yesterday, even though Ive seen some of them here for months. Ive watched them interact with other customers. They simply dont listen. This week alone, Ive had eyes rolled at me, voices raised at me, and the reps keep ATTEMPTING to find excuses to dismiss customers and not actually give usable solutions. Im in the store AS I WRITE THIS and Im watching it happen (and Ive been here for 40 minutes!!). I am literally stuck in the store because my representative was overly charged when speaking to a systems specialist. Why does no one here know how to do their job? Why are there multiple staff floating around gossiping? Whats up with this ear hustling that the staff do? They gather in a group to eavesdrop, making customers SUPER uncomfortable, but then, no one has a solution. Wow. Why all the attitude? How are CUSTOMER SERVICE reps THIS temperamental? This is your job. It your duty to understand the tech; when I ask you to compare phones that YOU have on display, its your job to say, let me find out for you, not I dont know. This particular site STRONGLY perpetuates sterotypes-- staff are either catty-acting / airheaded, or aggressive with ill-fitting uniforms. Way to meet expectations, everyone.

Tobie, the Xfinity representative that greeted me as I came in the store, was extremely helpful and professional at addressing the issue I was having regarding my account. She was able to give me specific answers and details and genuinely cared about me being a satisfied Xfinity customer. I have been dealing with this problem for over a year and just 1 stop in the store and she was able to help me more than the phone based customer support ever could. Thank you Tobie for being a professional and caring individual!

There is no way to contact the store directly. You have to talk to the Xfinity hotline, and they cant do anything for the store nearby. The actual store is fine, 5 stars, but the fact that you cant call them... Xfinity please fix this.

I agree with the other reviewer who said that the staff is ill-informed unhelpful rude discourteous and very unprofessional. I can hardly believe that they work for a major corporation and dismiss customers in such a rude way. If they werent one of the only players they would never be in business. I hate that I have to do business with them for my internet service.

Jay at the Baum Blvd, Pittsburgh PA store, was wonderful; friendly; extremely informative about comcast products including mobile services; helped me to lower my bill; gave me tips on upgrading without costing a fortune; and was just a pleasure to talk to. I will go back and consider his suggestions.

Do not believe Xfinitys in-person sales reps, they do not know how Xfinitys own billing and pricing mechanisms work and may give false or misleading information. Closing accounts is convoluted and getting refunds is next to impossible. Always do your own research and read the fine print.

The behavior, attitude and communication with customer is very rude and unprofessional! This is new to me about this location because other staffs are usually nice and professional. So, I think she is a new employee there (still cannot excuse for her attitude). Her name is TOBIE!

Returning my rental equipment (modem, router, cable box, remote, cables) was very easy and took less than 10 minutes. We had already set up our internet on our new modem/router, which I believe made the process easier. The employee did not check through equipment, just scanned one item and then took the bag full of parts from me. She said they would recycle the wires, so perhaps you can keep those if you wish. You cannot call the store directly, the number will just put you through to a generic Xfinity phone tree. The parking lot was full despite being off-hours, and being the only customer in the store. There is ample paid street parking in the alley on one side of the parking lot.

I went into the Xfinity store after being a customer for over four years of Xfinity mobile. I no longer have Xfinity Home services. However I pay additional fee to have the Xfinity mobile. My accounto said I was eligible for a No fee upgrade. so I went into the store to do my upgrade and the woman who waited on me was extremely rude. She never even gave me her name she was an older woman with blond hair. she told me I wasnt eligible for an upgrade since I didnt have Xfinity services. However my account online said different. She didnt give me any advice on what I should do so I can get the upgrade. She basically just wanted me out of her store she was completely rude unprofessional and not friendly whatsoever. I will never go back to the store. This makes me think about canceling my service offof 4 years

My roommate and I came in looking to make her the one in charge of the internet bill because I am getting ready to move out. We were left standing in the middle of the store not greeted by any staff for roughly five minutes even though they were joking with each other. When someone did come up to help us, we asked a couple questions trying to figure out what our best course of action was. Instead of walking us through the process, she scoffed in our faces and made up our minds for us. Anytime we asked a question we were met with a snippy response. She was incredibly rude and seemed to not want to give us any information. Would not recommend coming here.

The bit of a far drive from Corliss but they do have a nice place there you dont have to wait in line and they help you right away someone comes up to you soon as you walk in the door very nice person just cant remember his name
