Stopped in today to upgrade my phone. I was helped by 2 people. The lady’s name was Sheila and she was super friendly. She helped me pick out and pay for the phone. A super awesome employee, I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he had glasses and dreadlocks, helped me set up my iPhone and also put my screen protector on for me. Very friendly and informative. Super helpful. Will definitely return to this location in the future!

Brant (the store manager) was great!!! Ive had nothing but bad customer service stories from other spring t stores and via sprint representatives on the phone until I came to this store. Brant was very friendly and helpful; he solved my issue and even offered a better solution than I was thinking. Definitely would recommend this sprint store in particular and kudos to Brant for providing excellent customer service!

Friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Store always smells amazing every time I stop in. Depending on the time of day you might have to wait a little. Its well worth the wait so far. I worked with Brant to transition 5 lines to Sprint from another carrier. We are very happy customers. Throughout our time in the store we interacted with all of the staff and they are all personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great store, great customer experience!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I received at this store! Everyone was super helpful and kind. I came in to see when I could upgrade and not only did they do a free bill check they told me about my special offers for being a longtime customer. No one has ever done that for me! I would highly recommend!

Theyre very helpful & kind. They unfortunately didnt have my phone in stock. But they ordered it for me and put rush shipping on it without extra cost. The girl is willing if it comes in on my work day to have me drop it off to her, shell do the data transfer and then shell run it up to my work place to me! Never been treated so well! Very pleased & impressed!!

Great, fast, courteous service. I was assisted by Dalton in getting a new phone yesterday and he made the process about as smooth, stress free, and seamless as it could be. All of my questions and concerns were quickly and professionally answered and I was in and out under 45 min (and a lot of that was me asking questions) with a brand new phone. Thank you, Dalton!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and will try and help you in any way that they can I had an awesome experience I walked in thinking i was leaving empty handed but walked out with brand new phones they helped me more then Verizon who i had for years but cant never help with an issue that was their fault so Im glad we decided to switch and thank you again to the amazing staff at waterworks

I visited this Sprint store today to upgrade my device (after visiting a different Sprint store and getting no help the day before). Jen was very patient with me and explained everything. Even though they were having a busy weekend due to the new iphone release, she spent as much time with me as I needed, even applying my new screen protector and case for me. When I left I was very satisfied with my visit. I will definitely go there again the next time I need anything for my phone.

4 hours before they even helped me. Employees were not even working and would get defensive when approached. There was one person helped effectively in those four hours, everybody else was extremely upset with the result of them waiting around all day.

Recently stopped while out of town. I was having a weird glitch on my phone & they helped me so much. They were able to address the issue and the experience was great.

I opened up 8 lines for my business. 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, and 4 push to talk phones. Amanda Cooper (who is awesome seeing as we have the same last name) assisted us and found us the best deals and found out we were veteran owned and operated and even made sure we received every discount and perk offered by sprint. She spent hours working with us as we debated back and forth as to what we wanted to purchase. She stayed patient, calm, and courteous the entire time.Thank you Amanda!

Just dont ask to buy your phone out right because this is a third party store they will lie to you just to get a comission. all Im saying is make sure the sprint store you go to is a corporate store not arch telecom

I set up new service with Sprint coming from T-Mobile. Brant was so helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this store for all your Sprint needs!! And if you go see Brant, tell him Kiesha sent you! LOL!

The girl working had 5 people waiting & was more focused on talking on her cell phone to a friend and changing the music that was playing in the store. Totally ridiculous.

The manager there is incompetent.She told me one thing, made me go back to get my id (1h+ bus drive), only to return and tell me that the plan I was looking for was more expensive than what she had previously told me.With a sneer she told me there’s nothing she could do.Called Sprint and got it sorted out. Thanks for nothing.Expect poor service from the manager.------Edit:After the owner replied to my review, I gave them a call. I still stand by my review as I wasted 3h+ that day, but at least we got to apologize.

Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with phone service ever.

Untrained staff, dirty store. 15 min of repeating problem and phone number eventually deferred to a corporate store miles away to solve account locked.

CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS?!?!?!? THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! THEY ARE SO IGNORANT AND DONT EVEN HELP. I WENT IN TO PAY MY DAMN BILL AND WAITED 2 HOURS. THEY HAD TWO PEOPLE THERE. THE ONE GUY WAS ASSISTINGTHE SAME CUSTOMWR THE WHOLE TIME AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. AND THEN THE LADY WAS JUST STANDING BEHIND A DESK STARING AT A SCREEN. WHEN A BIG FAMILY COMES IN THE LADY FINALLY GETS PFF THE COMPUTER ANS RUSHES OVER TO HELP THEM. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR 2 HOURS???????? THEN SHE WAS RUDE TO ME AND DIDNT EVEN HELP ME. BASICALLY JUST DISMISSED ME AND I ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT GETTING HELP. THEY WERE HORRIBLE. NEVER GOING BACK AND IM CANCELLING MY SERVICE. THIS PLACE SUCKS. I WENT TP AT&T NEXT DOOR AND THEY HELPED ME AS SOON AS I WALKED IN. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A LOWER PAYMENT AND OFFERED TO PAY MY BILL. GO THERE NOT THAT HELL HOLE. LOWER PRICES, LOWER PAYMENT, FAST ASSISTANCE, FRIENDLY ASSISTANCE, FASTER SERVICE, AND MOST OF ALL THEY HELPED ME!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GET HIT BY A BUS THAN WALK IN THERE AGAIN. THAT WAS UTTER HELL!!
