We received our windows last week. They are beautiful! The installation went well with one very polite, hard working installer. We are extremely pleased. They definitely deserve the 5 star review. Great prices as well. We are completely satisfied!

Tom was an absolute professional throughout the process. He clearly presented options, made recommendations, and set the proper expectations on the timing. The installation went great, but I had a small issue with alignment that couldnt have been caught during the initial install and Tom came out and fixed that for me in an expedient manner. It was difficult to find a round top storm door but Pittsburgh Window and Door came through.

I love my new storm door. It was very expensive for the custom round top and took almost six months from order to installation but now that its done, weve been very happy! One tip is that if you want the UV glass, make sure you specify it on the order. We did not and missed out. The company was very pleasant and friendly during the whole process. Wed definitely use again.

In October 2020, my husband and I ordered a steel door, storm door, and two sets of large patio doors from Pittsburgh Window & Door Co. The brand was ProVia, which is my preferred brand for energy efficiency and security. The estimate was reasonable, so I signed a contract to purchase the doors. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ProVia factory was very slow in manufacturing my doors, so the installation did not occur until May 2021, but that delay was NOT Pittsburgh Window & Door Co.’s fault. On the day of installation, four workers arrived in the morning and left in the afternoon. They were very courteous and professional, and they were highly skilled at installing the doors. When they were done, they thoroughly explained the features of the doors and how to use them. I absolutely love my new doors, and I plan to purchase more doors as well as windows from Pittsburgh Window & Door Co. in the future. I even convinced my friend to purchase a patio door from this company, and my next-door neighbor already was a customer as well.

Customer service is terrible. We have been trying to get 3 windows serviced for over 6 months. No callbacks and when I do get a hold of someone, they still dont call back with when things are going to get fixed.

What a wonderful locally owned family operated business Pittsburgh Window & Doors is! Friday I had the privilege of one of the owners (Jim) come to my home due to a failing window (from a company that had many promises but kept none) that I could not shut (not one of theirs) he literally had it fixed within an hour!! He was supposed to be here at 3 he called at 2:55 & said hed be 15 minutes late. Arrived exactly as he said. Jim wore his mask the entire time as did I. If youre looking for a window company look no further!!! you have found it!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience, quality, price, and result! We needed a new sliding patio door and front window since they were original with the house (1960s). Tom was great to work with! Him and Scott did an awesome job with installation, cleaned up after themselves, and did it quicker than I expected. Had to wait a little bit for installation because they were so busy but definitely worth the wait!

Just had our window installation completed...they are fantastic...no problems with process..house was left spotless .....we went with the Provia model...the windows look better than our original windows and you would not know they were replacement windows..the installer answered my endless questions...they were very grateful that I had cleared the areas immediately in front of the windows before they got there..thanks again for a job well done

These men were professional beyond professional. They all had their jobs, they all paid attention to detail. We had 15 windows installed. We are so satisfied with the windows, quality of work, and how our house was left clean after installation. I had many quotes and decided to go with the local company with the honest salesman (which was also one of the window installers). SUPER JOB, COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!!

In 1995, this company installed new windows throughout our entire home. Now 24 years later we have a problem with one window. It took just one call to get the owner of the Owner of the company Jim to come look at the problem. A seal was broken and well out of warranty. He’s working up the quote to fix the problem. I’m sure it will be reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about this company.
