Great store, for the most part. Very slow getting what you order out. I called last week asking if my order could be sent out as I was going away. I was told yes. I only live about 60 miles away and it should have been here in a day or two. Almost a week and still not here because, even though it has a label on it, it’s still sitting at the store. 🙁 All lovely people, but it’s hard to get answers because they never answer emails or text. I ordered a sewing machine and was promised kits plus 2 replacement kits. Machine has been delivered, but no answer on when or if the kits will be sent out.

The staff is always there to help you to gain confidence in your purchase from basics to complicated. They show you how to make sewing a passion and not a chore. The BEST PLACE EVER. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of inventory. If they dont have something, they will go out of their way to get it for you. Need help with a project, no problem, they will take the time to teach you. Just cant say enough good things about this place

If you are not a familiar face you will be ignored. Also no one was wearing a mask, nor made it a point to put one on when seeing a patron. I will gladly travel to a place that cares about other peoples service and safety.I have also bought a machine here years ago and had the similar cold shoulder when trying to buy a machine.

In October I bought a used Baby Lock Unity Machine, it does quilting and embroidery. I had it about 2 months and it started breaking the thread during projects. After several trips back and forth, thread breaking was never resolved. Today I go up to once again take the machine back and Gloria decided to trade me with another machine exactly like I had. What a blessing. Ive been so frustrated. She didnt have to do that, but ever so grateful she did. Shes a good egg in my book, and takes care of her customers which is why shes so successful. Thank you Gloria, I will never forget this.

This store is Wonderful! Loads of Moda & Northcott. They have a room full of Batik and a sale room that got me in to some trouble 😂. The staff was friendly and helpful I wish I lived in the area so I could shop more.

Visited this wonderful shop last weekend; beautiful selection of quilting fabrics and great staff. I will make the drive from Burlington, Ontario again next year.

Both Joanie and Jeanine were so helpful in trying to get me to understand the serger today. The 4 people in the class were all owners of sergers but found them quite difficult to understand and use. Both instructors made sure each of us found success in completing the apron project. From past experiences, I know that when I run into problems help is but a phone call away. They both are so experienced they can easily visualize what I am doing wrong and know exactly how to walk me through the issue.

I have some issues with this business and would be very careful buying from them. Take whatever the owner says with a HUGE grain of salt -----avoid if possible   They are in a bankruptcy for over a million dollars so be very careful buying from them,  If they try to sell you anything in advance like an extended warranty or  classes there is a possibility that you may never be able to collect. If you feel you have been taken or misled you can contact the states attorney generals office.  Because the sewing shop is not a corporation the bankruptcy is filed under the owners personal name. If you have any questions check  the bankruptcy and you will see that this is all fact.  If you look at the bankruptcy you will see why Baby lock does business them. Owner owes them a lot of money. No other sewing machine company would get mixed up with these people. If you pay cash get a receipt, just make sure that you get a HUGE, HUGE discount.

I dropped off my sewing machine for repair last Friday, and was told (very rudely, I might add) that Id get a call the next day, letting me know when it would be fixed. I had not gotten a call yet, (6 days later) so I called today to check on the status of my machine. The woman who answered the phone was very short, and very condescending. When I asked for the status of my machine, the reply I got was Well, if you havent gotten a call, that means it isnt fixed yet, right?I have orders to fill and my customers are getting antsy. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because I have not gotten my machine back yet, and if it was properly fixed, I will update my review to 4 stars.I dont want to be talked down to when Im bringing business.

Embroidery is new to me, that being said...the people at Glorias are very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of different embroidery machines, beautiful fabrics, and classes available.

Not customer oriented. No greeting and never asked if I needed help.had to ask if they had fabric upstairs or I would not have known. Very disorganized and messy looking. Not my kind of quilt shop. Wont go back there.
