I love this place! The brand is my favorite, I constantly buy all their new merch and stock their website to make sure I dont miss any drops. Everyone should have at least one of their shirts ... Especially if youre from da burgh!

Didnt catch his name, but the guy working today, Sunday august 22nd, was fantastic. Infectiously happy, made sure I had the right size on the new hat. Put a smile on this busted up yinzers face. Much appreciated.

I placed an order on October 1st (16 days ago) and I still have no news. I called the store 4 times, they keep telling me they are going to call me back but they never do.I also sent an email and they don’t respond either!!!!Wish I’ll have a respond with the review.Be careful if you order online.

Nothing is ever in stock. I’ve been trying to buy t shirts for Christmas gifts for several years starting each fall. I see in these reviews that in August they blamed it on Covid and said a big restock was coming. This is November. Everything is sold out. It’s hard to understand. If they own the design, just print more shirts. I give.

A Pittsburgh STAPLE for over a decade. One of the most forward thinking sportswear/streetwear shops in the country, let alone our small city. Great staff, great owners, great products, great service.

This place barely has anything in stock (online&in-store) and when you try shopping in the physical location you are met with rude employees and barely any inventory. I understand being under stocked but i have tried obtaining a few basic shirt styles for atleast 6 months and it seems they never have been restocked

For like the last five years i always would purchase products and loved it, but after these past two years my experience has declined tremendously. I often get arrogant and rude responses by in-store employees even though i spend thousands of dollars on items over the years, also the quality has really went down hill it first started when i purchased a few items including a camo beanie and grey beanie and some other clothing items, i was given the camo beanie from the back and it went straight in the bag upon arriving home i found the beanie almost unwearable “yeah a simple beanie unwearable” but it was shrunk and all mangled i called and expressed my experience and got a response from a female employee “you must of washed it we don’t sell products we don’t endorse” not even, an attempt to at least hear the story or see the actual product. I chalked that up to a bad day but i have repeatedly found shirts and hoodies patches and prints fading or just downright wearing off after two washes (i always check the tags for washing instruction and follow them to the t) due to the insane price i don’t wanna ruin something that is expensive. I also bought a number of lanyards and accessories and they break without any use. I also got tired of the out of stock sizes and styles constantly i know covid is a problem and is affecting small business but when i go to school in august and come back a couple months later (mid October) and it’s virtually in the same state when No Lac and other brands are doing fine, but it’s just a bunch of issues recently from a once proud store. I’ll prolly get a sarcastic response from the owner like others have but i don’t care fix the issues rather than deflect blame.

I did a order by phone not too long ago on a Zappa Racing shirt they had. The person over the phone was very polite, efficient, and helpful. When I received my item, it was great quality. Heavy cotton yet pretty loose which I love my shirts to fit a bit loose for comfort. I see posts about their price, but if you can’t afford it, oh well, move along. Their quality speaks for itself. But anyways, I will definitely be buying some more from them. They deserve a higher rating.

Placed order few weeks ago still got no call back from store or an email with when my hood will be here. just want to know when I can expect it.

Great experience at shop 412. USPS dropped the ball and lost my package. They took charge and went out of their way to produce me a new hoodie and get it to me fast. cant say enough how great their product is and how well they treat their customers.

Great product branding, not to mention superior quality. The owners are always friendly and responsive. Any negative reviews are just haters hating on the game. Absolutley a genius move locking down the 412!!Keep up the good work!

Great product! Always prompt shipment and the rare chance I get to visit in person, always a great in-store experience.

Cool brand/concept and comfortable. Can be a bit on the expensive side, but you’ll get your moneys worth if you take care of the items. All these 1 star reviews about the trademark are bogus, if you actually read the story, it’s not that big of a deal.

Finally got to go! The shop is small but dont let that fool you. Everything you need is right there. The service was super friendly and helpful.

Stop in one night after dinner with my family. I enjoyed the layout of the store and the different items they had. The guy working there was helpful and friendly. The only draw back is the fact that they have limited stock pf items, but it is cool how they have new stuff coming out each month. If you ever coming to Pittsburgh, you differently need to stop in.

Let me start off by saying the quality of the shirts/products are well worth the price. I’ve gotten two shirts from them before and they are some of my favorite tshirts. However I’d be buying more from them if they weren’t sold out on a lot of items as often as they are. They’ve restocked the Shazier shirts before, why not other products? There were multiple hats on the website that I’d love to buy, but are unfortunately sold out. All this along with the controversy with the “412” area code fiasco. I want to love this brand, but stuff like this is keeping me away and has me looking at other clothing companies in Pittsburgh.

Very Poor response time from management. Tried to reach out to get a potential sponsor for an event that was giving back to the youth of Pittsburgh and never made contact with me after putting in the time and effort to contact the store and their customer contact us tab.

Poorly constructed, over priced products. The physical store itself is always sold out of anything half decent and the employees aren’t helpful. Oh and they trademark any obscure Pittsburgh reference and alienate half their customers. 1/5 would not recommend.
