We stopped in on a Saturday night since we were visiting from out of state - we walked in to have the lady behind the counter shout - WE CLOSE AT 8pm - we had about 10 mins - we looked around quickly - my daughter found a jersey to purchase - while cashing out my Husband asked the cashier if a certain jersey was in stock - he replied I dont know. This store does not care to make any sales apparently. I get it Saturday night during a baseball game time and they want to run out the door at 8:01pm - others wonder why people are shopping online verses going to stores - Customer Service is the driving factor I would say. If it wasnt for my daughter really wanting the jersey she got - I would have told him never mind and left. Huge disappointment - so if there is another store near by - go there, maybe they will provide better Customer Service.

Kinda pricey But that’s to be expected for that store in between two stadiums. But with that being said not only do they have Steeler pirates and penguin merchandise they also have merchandise from all the local colleges like Duquesne University point Park University pit university in Penn State University. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and it’s actually a one stop shop instead of going up and down the strip District looking for items or wondering if you’re getting a item on Amazon that even fits.And the best part is if there’s something in the store they don’t carry they have a website where you can order from.

Employees are very friendly and helped me with whatever questions I had!! (Specifically the one I encountered today named Marissa). Shes great!!

We stopped in here after taking the Heinz Field Tour and was overwhelmed with the variety of Sportswear. Since we already have ample Steelers Sportswear this go around we loaded up on Pirates paranaphelia, especially for the game we were going to attend that night last summer which we were returning to our hometown. Worth your while to stop in and see for yourself.

Poor customer service.. I put back everything back when my 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom and they told her to use the outside port a potty.

Terrible customer service.... rude, yelling, untrained and unprofessional store lead. Olivia is her name, immediately started raising her voice. Did everything they teach you not to in customer service. Rally House customer service does not return calls either. DONOT BUY HERE!

Great selection, however prices are ridiculous. I would have bought several items, if only the prices were reasonable.A lot of the shirts are thread bare. Shouldnt we expect higher quality for higher prices?

Love this location withe the proximity to all the citys major sporting venues! They offer different designs than most of our local stores, for professional and collegiate teams. There isnt much they dont sell as far as product offering, so I recommend you visit before the big game and buy your team apparel.

1st time in Pittsburgh for a game and went to this awesome store! It was Steelers heaven such a wide variety of merchandise and great location near Heinz Field. We Will definitely shop here again on our next trip.

Love the Penn State gear in the front window. I rally for Rally House! When a Penn State fan moves to Pittsburgh, they want their gear too! So what if Pitt Panthers field is a couple blocks away? Great selection and friendly staff.

The place is lovely and have everything you may look for. You will need to look carefully for what you are looking for because the place is jammed with alot of items and goods. I recommend you ask the sales associate to help you find what you are searching for.

Recently a second location was opened in the North Shore so now I can go to the one across from PNC or across from Heinz depending on which game I am going to!!

Why is there Penn State products in the window a block away from Heinz Field? They should have Pitt products knowing that not only the store is in Pittsburgh but so close to Heniz Field. This is obviously not a good place to buy from. Absolutely disgusting.

We shop Rally House online, first time in the store. Amazing selection, customer service. Well be spending a lot of $$$ here from now on.
