I loved Patagonia brand as I saw it on people and it was beautiful, elegant, and colorful. The store was so organized. The location is very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.I hope to see more Patagonia branches in more states, especially in Cincinnati,OH

I really appreciated the great customer service and support I received from the Pittsburgh Patagonia store. I was looking for a specific pant that was sold out online. I called the Pittsburgh store because I was told by another store they had it in stock. While they didn’t have the pant I was looking for in stock, Addakin was able to contact a different store in another state and have it shipped to me in Washington. So incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to find this item for me.Thanks again Addakin!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. One employee helped me search for button-up shirts made only from synthetic fibers (when I sweat heavily in cotton it feels awful against my skin). She took her time and retrieved products from the storage area (where they were being kept because of low stock). If the employees I encountered hadnt offered me their friendly help I wouldnt have found the full range of items I was looking for. Great location.

Loved the store experience here, all the clerks were super friendly and gave great advice about the clothing. I also love the brand values of patagonia like their care for the environment. On top of this, their repair program is fantastic. I would highly recommend stopping at this store if you are looking for some great outdoor gear, they do currently require an appointment to go in the store but it was really nice to go and not worry about it being crowded.

The appointment system is great, it might be inconvenient for some shoppers but its worth it. I felt as if I could go throughout the whole store without worrying or having to jostle around.The employees are very helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience personal and enjoyable. If Im being honest, those guys felt like I was getting shopping advice from a friend rather than from store clerks.Patagonia is a great brand, with environmental focus and the return/repair/replace program. The employees at the store made the brand even better and made me want to return to the store and instead of going online.

Love the brand, but only being able to shop by appointment only is insane. After waiting in the cold with out seeing and customers in the store we were told we could be put on the appointment list. Very disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere as should you.

I bought 4 coats this past winter & I love them all! The deals I got were awesome! This was my first year skiing & Im so very happy I invested my money into Patagonia products. I will be buying ski pants next year.I recently got a hole in my jacket & shipped it back to Patagonia for a repair. The customer experience was fantastic & they did a wonderful job repairing my coat. I honestly cannot have enough good things to say about this company! I look forward to doing future business with you guys!

Nice store.... plenty of options for outerwear, accessories and clothing. Womens on the first floor and Mens on the top floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are to be expected for the quality of the products. Great location along Walnut Street located near many other specialty shops and stores. Would recommend.

I have a couple of Patagonia layers and a Nanopuff jacket that I have owned for 10-15 years. They are my favorite items of clothing and have held up incredibly well. Today was first time in a Patagonia store and it was a great experience! I took my jacket in to be repaired and the friendly, knowledgeable staff went way above and beyond in customer service. Because I appreciate the companys focus on sustainability and fair trade, and because I love their clothing and know it will last, I will definitely buy more from Patagonia. Because the staff was so helpful and kind today, I will definitely return to this store!

I just dont really get Patagonia. Its super expensive and the quality is good but not any better than LL Bean or Eddie Bauer. Its basically the North Face if this decade. Its fine but about 60% more expensive than the competition so all youre paying for is brand recognition.

Went in to grab a christmas gift for daughter. Staff was attentive and helpful, very positive experience. Would be my go to store if I didnt live 4.5 hours away

Sales assistant gave us the completely wrong information on a product, left us confused, and we ended up not purchasing it. I expect better from Patagonia and their staff.

First time visit. Patagonia had lot of variety of jackets for each level of winter. Neat small shop and well arranged stuff. I found cost very expensive. We can get the same stuff at cheaper rate with other brands. Am not sure if they have sale. Staff is very polite and helpful. There might be issues with finding a suitable parking n might have to pay for parking.

One of the best if not Thee best clothing stores.

Patagonia is great. So happy to have a place that sells outdoor stuff (even if it’s only really clothes). Ever since Outdoor Experience closed down Walnut has needed a store like this.They have Men’s, Women’s, and Childrens clothing. Also sleeping bags and little gift items. The products aren’t cheap, but the quality is usually very good.
