The staff is terrible. They’re judgy teenage girls who talk about everyone who come in. Super unprofessional and understaffed as a whole, had to crawl under the fitting room as well. Nothing had security tags either.

Ive never really understood PacSun, but after a recent visit Ive come to realize that I dont think they understand who they are anymore either. The store used to be stocked with cool costal/skater style clothing but are now instead stocking random higher end brands. Im confused. Also, this location is seemingly empty... While certain areas definitely have piles of clothing, I felt like I was walking through a discount store or a store that was clothing. Very strange. And not a single employee greeted us, or even looked our way. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The workers there are very careless and told us to pick up the dressing rooms when it there job. At the register, the girl tossed the bag at me in a very mean way and I think she rolled her eyes. I don’t remember her name but she has brown hair.
