Could not recommend more! I had contacted them months ago to get a rough idea on getting an area carpeted and they were pretty helpful in their email response. Finally we decide to go forward with our project and schedule a meeting with them. The girl that helped us was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We picked a carpet, padding, install date and voila! The prices are SO MUCH more reasonable than a quote we had received from Home Depot and their carpet selection was so much nicer. The installation was done promptly, just two days ago in fact, and we could not possibly be happier, 1) with the carpet, 2) the installation 3) the company. Feel so much better having helped a smaller, local company than some giant conglomerate. We will absolutely be back.

Terrible service after they take you money. They have installers until the install in terrible quality and then say they are not our installers. Don’t trust them. Go somewhere else!

They do a very good job of explaining their process, and helping you find a product that meets your needs. I encourage you to call them and speak with a representative to understand how it all works. Prices are very reasonable. Ill update this review in a year when I see the quality of the carpet I purchased. Its still a little early to know, but so far Im very happy.

Wonderful! 1st class customer service. Came in for a home project where i only needed a few strips of carpet, they had everything i could have wanted and more. The best part is the prices, i was literally shocked by how much carpet i bought for only... 20 bucks!!! And its beautiful quality! Wish i could give a sixth star. We will be coming back. :)

Cheap (actually reasonable priced and not gonna cost you both arms and legs) carpet. But regardless, carpet isnt cheap-nor is install but this is your best bet. Plus if you need remnant for some basement laundry area carpet, this is best place in town.P.s. remnant City-give me discount on my porch carpet Im gonna buy tomorrow. We visited the southside store and was very happy we did. Andy was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable. There is a wide selection. We were looking for matching rugs and ended up buying a piece of carpet, that we had 4 rugs of different sizes made and bonded. Worked out cheaper than buying one rug. Great Service, will definately shop here again!!

Wether you want a better quality carpet or a cheap option and if you have your own installer, then you will save hundreds of not more thousand dollars here.

I have been going there for 25 years and the staff is always so helpful my downspout was clogged we got 2 inches of rain and you know the rest of the story 450 square feet of carpet and padding later all for under 500 bucks
